Walks in the forest were always good ways to calm down. The last few months had been especially rough, with Aster losing the only family on Earth that she had truly ever known, the one who gave up her time to turn her into the woman she was today. having to finally say goodbye after the years of sickness never got any easier to handle. Thinking about this, she held her mother's pendant in her hand; staring at the beautiful black gem always brought back members of her family. However, looking just to the right of said gem brought back more memories. The stories she had been told of her father burned in her mind, and she knew that somewhere, someplace in the universe was her father, doing what was natural to him and voyaging through the cosmos. Eventually, Aster caught herself, not allowing herself to spiral deeper into her thoughts than she had been the last few months. Now she did what she always did at this same location she frequented: she found a small, round stone, looked at it for just a moment, then skipped it along the water, trying to keep her attention focused on the here and now. Now she needed to find something to do to make some money; after all, she felt her next place to go was off planet. Her dad was somewhere out there, and she needed to go find him. But for now, she needed to get feeling better. She found yet another stone and threw it into the water. Maybe she could finding something else to do to lift her spirits... THREAD START The thread is open for one other individual, I would like to start getting acquainted some other characters on Earth. No combat planned yet but we will get there when we get there.

Telzhud walked through the forest with its intentions set on discovery. This was the first time the android had left its adopted home of South City but with all of its earth experiences, the droid was in search of more. Telzhud thought of The Innocents, the people of South City that it felt that it had abandoned, but it knew it had no choice. The Zaibatsu Corporation hunted the android, their headquarters located in South City made a peaceful existence there impossible. The Innocents were at risk and so the android made a critical decision… move.
The android had only known the depths of space and the congestion of the city, the forest was its own entity entirely. Every inch of the city had a sound, but every millimeter of the forest was alive. Telzhud recorded all of the data around it as it took in the energy around it.
Telzhud had experienced much in its short time on earth, multiple fights, many new acquaintances and even a fan club. The android pulled out one of its fight flyers from its pocket and admired it. An eight by twelve glossy photograph of the Jaguar headed fighter armed with the most bronze of tans flexed for the camera. A small tear spilled from Telzhud’s eye and it placed the photograph away.
A small rock skipped along the water’s surface and clanked against Telzhud’s half submerged boot. The android stood tall in the water and looked out towards the small earthling a few yards away. Telzhud had yet to meet any earth creature that looked quite like this being. It was small in comparison to the android that stood nearly seven feet tall and its hair was as long as its body.
The android scanned the individual, measured and determined it had a tail extremity, Telzhud decided the subject to be a fish mutant of some sort. The wrestler android continued to step through the water and approached the fish person, Telzhud’s mouth open as it walked. Telzhud stood before the small being and flung his jacket open in dramatic fashion to then extend its hand.
“Greetings fish mutant! I am Telzhud of South City! From where do you hail from? Is that a tail?” The android’s voice was excited, youthful and inquisitive; projected and confident.

As Aster continued to wander her thoughts, she heard stepping through the water in front of her. Turning her attention to the source of the noise, she noticed a behemoth of an individual. A large man? Zoanthrope? She was unsure. But they were in a large jacket and something that seemed like a mask you'd see at a cheesy wrestling match. Aster was generally dumbfounded by the individuals appearance. The individual approached and introduced themselves as Telzhud, noting they had originated from South City. The person also referred to Aster as a "fish mutant," which made Aster laugh hysterically. That was truly a first. "Oh no, I'm not a fish mutant you joker," she would continue to say as she fought back the giggles. "I'm Aster. I'm an Earthling and... well... something else. I'm actually not super sure on that part but I'm trying to find my dad to get a better answer there. And yes, this is a tail," she would say as she wiggled her fish-like tail in front of her. She would also reciprocate their offer of a handshake, gladly taking his hand and shaking it a bit. At this she'd finally get a hold of her giggles and take a deep breath, collecting herself. "So, South City. I've been there a few times myself but I never stay too long, always too much happening for my tastes. What do you do for a living, with jokes like yours, I am sure you make a killing at clubs." Aster would totally misread Telzhud's attempt at conversation as him telling a joke. Hopefully this wouldn't offend, but she was genuinely interested in getting to know this strange new individual. After all, she was quite the strange individual herself! WC: 561 Stats Unchanged

Telzhud shook the small earthlings hand. This was the first Aster the android had recorded, none of its creator’s data included a being such as this and so it took the small one to be special. Not only did the being have a unique appearance, it also had a significant power level that rivaled Telzhud’s. The android let out a quiet roar and placed its hands on its hips.
“For a living? To sustain The Program’s existence… Earthling Colloquialism… Yea! You won’t find the South City champion Telzhud at any club, but you will find Hero of South City at your local Puroresu Arena! You could say many riches have been obtained! Many tournaments won and many to win throughout the galaxy!” Telzhud exclaimed as it pointed out towards the sky.
A lone bird flew from the trees as Telzhud pointed, it was the only sound or motion that broke the awkward silence. Telzhud cleared its artificial throat and focused back towards the fish mutant.
“Subject Aster, you should visit South City again one day, it is the best city I have ever seen!” Telzhud was very confident, it was of course the only city it had ever seen.
The android looked around and understood this very moment to be that of earthling commonplace. Telzhud appreciated the fish mutant and how she had brought The Program closer to humanity, or possibly fish humanity. The wind blew the leaves off a tree top, some critters scurried around the trunks and insects buzzed about the two as they stood in the river.
The android had all the data it could ever receive on forests, this forest and any possible forest to exist on earth, but the experience itself was one of specific significance. The AI appreciated each experience, each natural experience, no matter how it could be linked to a mechanical sequence of nature, the android chose to see the humanity in all things, the variability. The android turned its attention to the fish with a quick snap of its body.
“I must ask Subject Aster, do you wrestle?! Are you looking for a profession? Professional Wrestling is the most honorable and practical of all professions!” Telzhud said with a slight squat to be near eye level with the small fish girl.

Telzhud referring to themselves as "The Program" immediately caught Aster's attention. Now she remembered the clanking sound the rock made upon hitting his foot. This, then, must be an android. She had only ever met the service androids that people used all over the place, never one like this with its own dreams and aspirations, living on its own. It was a very cool experience. However, she wouldn't harp on it in conversation, making the decision to treat Telzhud just like any other person.
They then mentioned that they wrestled for a living in South City. This was something a little closer to home. Wrestling (among many other martial arts shows she would see while traveling the Earth) were one of her inspirations for developing her power to the extent that she had. She always liked the idea of being able to fend for herself in any situation. Plus, if she ever wanted to settle down in a single place, fighting (or even the teaching of fighting) was a nice way to make income in a world so full of powerful people. Telzhud then noted that she should visit South City.
"Funnily enough, I was actually on the way there now, after this little pit-stop I made," she would recall jubilantly. "You see, my father is a member of some alien race I know nothing about. He's somewhere out there in space right now traveling. And now that my mother is gone..." At this she would raise her hand to her pendant, grasping it firmly. After a moment, she composed herself and the sorrow left her eyes. "I want to find him. I know he is out there somewhere in the grand cosmos." After a moment, Telzhud additionally asked if Aster wrestled, noting that it was "the most honorable and practical of all professions!" She thought for a moment before answering.
"You know, I never really have thought about it. Strange considering that those little backyard wrestling shows are what inspired me to learn martial arts. When I come back to earth, I might have to take you up on that." She would then extend her fist out, expecting a fist bump. If Telzhud didn't understand this Earthling colloquialism, she would explain it before going in for yet another attempt. He got handshakes so this hopefully wasn't a stretch.
"You know, you are fun to gnash with. I would love to spar you at some point. Nothing really gets to the core of people's hearts and desires like a good sparring match! But that doesn't have to be now if you don't want to." She would try her best to try hiding her willingness to battle as to not sway Telzhud into fighting. She hated actual fights, those blood-soaked, horrible conflicts that often decided many an issue in today's universe. But sparring was always a fun event for her to take part in, and it was a fantastic way to improve her skills further.

Telzhud basked in the moment of this interaction. He logged every spike in his emotional position, it was a moment of newness that the android appreciated very much. The small one spoke to Telzhud and had to increase his auditory sensors to pick up the sound with the fish girl being so low to the ground.
“Ah, your father is of an Alien species. This would make you an alien fish? Logging. This is strange data Subject Aster, but valuable nonetheless!” Telzhud’s shoulder faced Aster proudly, his eyes staring clear over the person into the forest.
When Aster mentioned the cosmos the android drifted away and went to a place far from here. Visions of darkness, sounds familiar like a voice of a specific man, and the first jolts of existence all ran through the android’s mind. It remembered its first sights aboard the space vessel it was born, Telzhud awoke from its daydream with a realization.
“I too.. Am from the Cosmos… could I be your father? Or could my creator be your father? Much to learn Subject Aster…” Telzhud’s hand rubbed against his Jaguar chin.
The small fish girl extended her fist as she concluded her sentence around wrestling and the android’s eyes shifted their attention immediately. Telzhud had earth person's behaviors implanted within its core identity, but much of it was still recovering and building, the android had yet to learn the fist bump. The android made two fists, pumped them each into the air with excitement and a loud ROAR. He slid his foot back to reduce its height and slammed his closed fist forward into the fish girl's chest.
“Yes Subject Aster! I accept your challenge! We wrestle!” Telzhud grabbed Aster as she fell backwards from the punch, lifted her. and contorted her upside down onto his shoulders.
“To the moon fish! To the cosmos!” Telzhud leapt into the air with Aster locked onto his shoulders and came crashing down into the river.

From this position, the attacking wrestler jumps up and drops down to the mat, driving the opponent shoulder first down to the mat with the opponent's neck impacting both the wrestler's shoulder and the mat. This can see the wrestler pick up an opponent who is standing but bent forward but it often begins with an opponent who is sitting on an elevated position, usually a top turnbuckle, because it's easier to hook and lift an opponent when they are positioned higher than the wrestler.” Power: 80% KP Cost: 6 KP Variants: Exhausting

The conversation had helped the pair learn a lot about each other. Both had a shared origin in the cosmos, both having people that were important to them somewhere out there. It was ironic that two people so massively different from each other had commonalities they could discuss and bond over. However, her attempt at teaching Telzhud the fist bump backfired, as they accepted their fight to spar much quicker than accepted. Telzhud's punch landed right on its target and knocked Aster back quite a bit. She was able to recover quickly however, using her Stellar Mirage to avoid being grappled by Telzhud. As Telzhud grabbed hold of her, the form they saw dissipated into a bright light, with Aster having gotten out just in time. After a moment she shouted to Telzhud. "Good shot! But now it's MY turn!" This was proceeded by Aster launching herself at Telzhud, landing numerous punches all over their body if successful. Regardless of the outcome, she would dash back and charge her body with astral energy, collecting it all in her fist to launch a devastating blow. "STARLIGHT PUNCH!!!!!!" she would yell, launching herself at Telzhud at supersonic speed hoping to land a solid strike on their face. Afterward, regardless of the attack's success, Aster would land and collect herself, facing her opponent once more so she could be prepared for anything they might throw at her. The punch landed smack on the android’s chin rocking its jaw and forcing it to look up to the sky. Telzhud took the direct hit and it was a big one, the droid recoiled and immediately sent a return head butt that the fish girl dodged as she moved back.
Telzhud let out a growl and adjusted his wrists by rotating each hand one after the other. The water peacefully ran between its legs as it stood in the river. The sparring bout had just begun but it had already picked up with some quick action, the background of the forest gave the match a deep contrast.
Tezhud’s anticipation had grown, this fish girl was quite deceiving, an alien without a doubt. Interestingly enough Telzhud had yet to meet very powerful humans of earth, Policy of the Zaibatsu was the only one the android had encountered, and here again was a worthy encounter with some derivation of alien species. Earth had become much different than what was implanted in its databases. Telzhud had learned the great scientist Yamada may have had his own view of the world, Telzhud would continue to ponder during the spar.
“Amazing strike! The crowd wants more!” Telzhud roared and leapt towards Aster, its arms wide and its hands open ready to grapple.
Telzhud grabbed the fish girl and transitioned into a rear waist lock, the tail made it awkward but Telzhud was a pro’s pro. The pressure on her belly increased and Telzhud lifted her into the air and targeted her shoulders to hit ground behind them.

Luckily, Aster had managed to land her first big hit. Thankfully, one of the counter-attacks her opponent had launched was dodged as part of her post-hit readjustment. If she could keep getting hits like that, this would be a piece of cake. Now she had to replicate it a few times. As she finished her readjustment, Telzhud made a note that the crowd wanted more! Though there was no literal crowd around them both, the energy got Aster quite pumped to jump back into the fight. Unfortunately, she would quickly be reminded that this still was, in fact, a match. With only a roar as warning, Telzhud had leaped forward and grabbed hold of Aster, giving her a suplex. The ground was not a friend to Aster, and she slammed into it with a force that could rival the strongest punch or kick. She would take a moment to get her gatherings before breaking his hold, not letting him get another suplex in. Once she was on her feet, she would collect herself before talking a bit of smack. "Now that was a good tickle!" It certainly was a bluff. "Now let's see if you can handle this!" She would quickly begin spamming blasts of energy at Telzhud and the ground, attempting to create a large screen of dust. After fulling obscuring the battlefield, Aster would skirt around in the confusion to get behind Telzhud. If uncaught, she would attempt to grapple Telzhud from behind with her tail, gripping tightly before tossing her adversary into the ground. After letting go, regardless of the success of the attack, she would let out a quip. "So, you had enough yet? Little Fish gonna get the best of ya?" Little Fish was a nickname her mother had given her. Normally, thinking about it gave her a bit of grief, as it was so intertwined with her memories of her mother. However, using it here didn't seem to conjure those same memories. It felt almost powerful for reasons she couldn't quite explain. These were questions she could look deeper into later. Telzhud shielded itself with its arms as the ki blasts darted all around and before it. All of the dirt and mud kicked up from the shallow riverbed covered the air and blocked Telzhud’s sight of the fish girl as she moved around, though it did very little to stop the android from using its built-in sensors to determine where Aster moved to. The ear’s of the jaguar head twitched as Telzhud heard the small one moving amongst the other sounds.
The android spun around and was ready to meet its adversary but instead of a punch Aster threw her tail at Telzhud. The jaguar’s mouth watered as it sat wide open, forever frozen in time. For some reason Telzhud’s processors were reacting in a way they had never done within the month or so of Telzhud’s existence. There was a deep hunger within the pit of the android, it had no stomach so there was no location to blame, but a deep feeling of emptiness at its existential core; suffering.
“Fish… Food..” The grumblings of a jaguar’s growl grew from inside the droid.
Telzhud grabbed the fish by the tail and tried to bite it with its jaguar fangs. Aster wriggled from out of the Android’s grasp and jumped a few steps outside of its reach. Telzhud wiped its mouth of the drool that manifested itself and tossed the spittle to the ground, there was a lot. The android reached up to wipe its lips again but as it pulled away its arm a great light had spawned between the jaguar’s jaw.
The light quickly grew into a large ball of energy and shot out in the form of a beam straight at Aster. Telzhud let out a mighty roar that would shake the treetops with all the birds fleeing for their lives as the blast moved forward.

Her attempt at a diversion did not quite pan out. It seemed that Telzhud knew exactly what Aster was going to do, and had prepared for such an eventuality. Considering that Telzhud was a robot, there could have been any number of reasons as to the tactics failure. But for now, that didn't matter; there were bigger fish to fry. Telzhud had managed to grab Aster's tail before they could react. They then followed it up very confusingly, taking a bite into Aster's tail. Aster would yell in excruciating pain, managing to break herself free from the lock and back up so she could recover. Holding her bleeding and bitten tail in her arms, she would attempt to speak to the Android before being blind-sided by an energy ball she couldn't see coming. This knocked her onto the ground and left her hurting even more. She stood and finally spoke to the android. "Now what was that for!?!?!" she would yell with a hint of anger in her voice. "That really hurt, you know? Well if we are gonna be using cheap tactics, I guess I have no choice but to bring my A-game!"
After saying this, something in Aster began to change. She leaned forward, collecting her power and exceeding her limits as she had previously known them. In mere moments, Aster's previously normal eyes would turn completely white. This white would then fade into a galactic color, a blue and purple color mix with star-like white dots all around the sclera and where the iris would normally be. Her eyes were void-like and felt like the universe themselves when stared into. "I don't think I have ever had to rely on this form lucky you! It's a little something I have been working on since I was young. Call it Star Child!" At this, she would charge inordinate amounts of energy into her fist yet again. The android sensed the increase of power within the fish girl and forcibly snapped itself out of the hungry jaguar daze. The AI recorded the lapse in conscious motivation and logged it for correction at a later time. It was a very human or animal-like moment that The Program cherished, but now was not the time for self reflection and analysis. The fish girl’s eyes changed and her power radiated from her small shape, Telzhud’s body braced itself for what it expected would be a new attack.
Aster unleashed a familiar punch that Telzhud had recently seen and he snapped into a counterattack. The Program instantly initiated sequence #0bl01 and the android’s power quintupled, its muscles also swelled and its height increased. Telzhud stretched his right arm in front of himself and opened his hand to catch the punch head on.
The android caught the punch and held the girl’s small fist tightly. Red light snaked its way from around Telzhud’s hand and surrounded Aster’s fist, she would feel the android sucking away at her energy and then a slight vibration.
Telzhud received a notification. The android was receiving a video chat call from his new friend Papa Sm..honenashi. Telzhud reached into its back pocket and pulled out nothing, the physical act alone caused a holographic screen to show up within the android’s palm. Honenashi’s smokey face was on screen and immediately the android let out a roar of joy.
The android took a knee and proceeded to conversate with the blue alien upon his screen. Aster remained held within Telzhud’s fist until she decided to throw another punch that hit Telzhud square in the jaw. The android fumbled his screen but did not let go of the girl’s fist. The droid regained its footing, its screen with face time and wrapped its other arm around the fish girl to hold her close to the droid’s body.
The android continued to conversate as it gave Aster a strong headbutt followed by a lifting suplex that landed the fish girl on the top of her head, her hair falling down towards the ground. As soon as the two hit the android let out an even larger mouth beam that previous at point blank range!
