You would think that considering his superstar nature Cassidy would try and frequent more lowkey areas for him to get his shopping done, but oddly enough, such a notion was completely off. In fact, East City just so happened to be one of his top cities of choice when it came to picking of produce and whatever other groceries he or Acerola needed on a daily basis, despite the fact that it was a very well known fact that in recent times it had become a place of which he began to stop by more and more often. It wasn't from lack of trying that he continued to find himself within the now familiar looking streets of East City, but there were certain things here that Acerola always had him grab that he could only get here, and so it was an inevitability that he would find himself here repeatedly over and over again.
Which was why he was right in the midst of one of the bustling open marketplaces here, near the center of East city itself, so soon after the last time he had been here. During that time, his shopping spree got interrupted by a "well-meaning" Majin youth, as that one weird magic man put it- Meister, right? One that he, himself, and one other fighter by the name of Mister Steel had to set back onto a straighter path that didn't lead to the further risking of rando citizens off the street.
And while it garnered him some pretty good rep, and even a new friendship or two with the pair of people that helped him out with the Majin menace of a kid that Cadabra ending up being, it made him forget exactly what he had come there first and foremost to grab, and so here he was the day right after trying to make up for what he had missed.
Acerola made sure he wouldn't forget this time, and sure enough, he didn't- eventually finding what she had sent him out here for originally. After paying, he began to make his way out of the marketplace and into the main city streets proper, as he always did like to take the more scenic route out of the city, even if it did mean a higher chance of getting recognized.
Plus, it gave him a good bit of time to think and reflect on past events, specifically that of his first meeting, again, with the aforementioned Mister Steel- while he was a bit of a fanboy, yes, he seemed to mean decently well, and he sure as hell did know quite a bit about Martial Arts- both the Ki related and the nonrelated kind. Not only that, but the kid was decently strong as well, he could've made for a decent sparring partner.
Alas, as he now sauntered about the city streets, he realized he had forgotten to give the guy his number, and an audible grown left his lips as he realized he let slip someone who could have been of decent use to him.
Cassidy began to wonder where exactly Mister Steel was now, now that he thought about it- maybe he'd run into him again sometime sooner rather than later?
