Zuci

BACKGROUND: Zuci was born to two low-class Saiyans just after the ceasefire of the Saiyan-Tuffle war. Despite being born with a power level worthy enough to be considered a mid-class Saiyan, as fate would have it, the leading scientist at the time had somewhat of a bone to pick with the girl's father and instead reported it at a level lower than what it was actually. Given that no one (who cared enough to dispute this) could prove otherwise due to his position and manufacturing evidence, Zuci was treated as and deemed a low-class Saiyan by the rest of the planet just like her parents. While the two themselves did not care whether or not their child was of high or low stature, said child would eventually grow to despise her role in the world. 

Being treated like a lesser being than the rest of her fellow Saiyans was one thing, and being called weaker than the Elites were another. But, when Zuci heard that as a child, she was destined for a life of mediocrity, never to amount to anything? She could not understand how her parents, also-rans they were, seemed so content to have a life where the greatest honor was to be called 'average' by another. This drove Zuci to have an obsessive desire for power to the point that her ambitions have gone far beyond merely wanting to be an Elite Saiyan. The young woman would eventually settle in Tarbel Village, not because she had a distaste for the loud bustling common among Saiyans, but because she wanted to grow stronger away from the eyes of the higher-class Saiyans. She did not want them to witness what she had in mind, after all.

With the recent political happenings around Planet Plant, Zuci sees this as the time to finally put her foot in the ring and acquire what she deems she is owed; her ambition becoming all-consuming, she plans on letting nothing get in the way of her rise to power.

Light Attack Technique  || One-Two! 
Zuci steps in and aims a strong punch at her opponent's head while simultaneously throwing a punch at their stomach. The reverse can also be true depending on the situation.

Medium Attack Type || Calamity
Zuci fires a spiraling, purple beam from her hand.
Power: 50%

Medium Attack Type || Wild Storm
Zuci raises her fingers and produces an explosion of Ki at an area, razing the area and whoever is inside of it when it detonates.
Power: 30%

Light Defense Type || Afterimage
Zuci moves so fast that she leaves behind a false version of her body that deceives the naked eye. If she's struck, then this false form will fade.
Power: 60%

Heavy Defensive Type || Perfect Barrier 
A perfectly designed barrier, used to repel even the mightiest blows. The massive field shields the user from damage, and if it is (somehow) broken, the incoming Bleedthrough is reduced by 30% of the remaining power.

Heavy SPARKING Attack Type || Armageddon 
Zuci enters somewhat of a rage-state and unleashes Ki from her whole body, firing blasts that are large, red concentrated beams from her body going in all directions. She can control them at will, although most of the time she'll let them randomly fly about to catch any foes in the area.

Utility Technique || Flight
With control over her Ki, Zuci is able to fly through the air with grace.

Utility Technique || Ki Sensing
Zuci is skilled enough with her Ki to be able to sense the energy of living beings around her.

Utility Technique | | Ki Suppression
Zuci has the ability to suppress her Ki to abysmal levels if she so desires.

Utility Technique | Power Ball
Zuci combines her Ki with the atmosphere of whatever planet she is on and throws out a large, white ball of Ki into the ski. Upon looking at it, she can access her Great Ape / Oozaru form. If it is destroyed, she will revert back to her normal form.
