Character Description
Appearance: Gandigan is short and slender, standing at just around 170cm tall while weighing between 80 and 90 kilograms. Though not large Gandigan does appear muscular, living with a rigorous training schedule. His skin is a darker and sicklier looking green compared to the others of his kind, with the patches across his body appearing yellow instead of pink. He wears tattered blue pants, traditional brown Namekian shoes and a red silk belt across his waist. His left shoulder has a spiked shell plate while the right is smooth and purple.
History: Gandigan began his life as most Namekians did. He was born and raised in a small village, and grew up tending the crops as his ancestors had taught him. It was a fine life to live, though in truth he found it rather boring. Eventually the drive for something more in life pushed him to leave his home world; not a path most of his kind choose to take. Earth seemed like the natural place to go, though when he heard that the storms around Konats had cleared it seemed like an exciting proposition.
Unfortunately for Gandigan, Konats wasn't as friendly as Earth. The Kashvar people of Konats captured Gandigan and used their magic to experiment on him, warping his form and destroying what memories he had of home. Another project of theirs occupying their time brought the Namekian an opportunity to escape, though dazed and confused he was left in the clutches of his autopilot, which took him back to Namek, where he hoped things would make sense again.
Inside the Namekian lay a hunger that refused to be quenched by plain water as his natural instincts told him it should have. Even the Ajisa fruit were rejected by his stomach, forcing the Namekian to heave them back up. It was only meat that would satisfy him, and he found the best to be that of the Namekian. Though he found his new tastes vile there was nothing else that would satisfy him, and thus he eventually decided to force himself into a deep slumber, hoping that the feeling would pass.
A terrible feeling from across the galaxy would force Gandigan to awake, feeling no more satisfied than he was before sleeping. With little other options at hand Gandigan would emerge from his hibernation with two goals on mind: to find his creator, and to free himself from this unquenchable hunger.
