As the crowd's murmuring began to die down once more, the blue lady that spoke to Celerous earlier speaks up and offers a reason for why she has come to Earth. She has sought peace above all else, and that she will help however she can, especially if Fukushu were to return. At that point, the air began to grow colder and colder as it appears as if the stranger was ascending to some alternate form, at least according to what his scouter sunglasses suggest given the rise in power. It seemed to spook a few people, and some people in the crowd began to shiver, but many others were merely just staring in awe at what was being displayed, despite Derry not being entirely impressed himself. Not that it didn't look nice, but rather regarding her strength. If Celerous plans on training her, it's surely going to take a while.
Brumal then decided to speak up as well, offering assistance to help Earth and to make sure that Fukushu doesn't get himself into any trouble as he traverses the galaxy. It's a bit of a given since Fukushu seems like the kind of guy who holds no loyalty for any one planet, and from what he's aware of, not even for Hera. "Thank you, both of you. Your words and offerings are very much appreciated," Derry speaks up as he motions to one of his security guards on the side. He walks up and leans in to listen to Derry's whispers, the president issuing quietly, "Any feedback from the pod?" The guard nods, confirming that they have no idea where Fukushu, or more specifically his pod, is currently located at. It was only a temporary solution, and even someone like Fukushu would widen up to potential tracking.
Then there was the saiyan with blue hair, who is very much in favor of the emperor tracking Fukushu to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid. He makes his own comments regarding shoving him into a prison and letting him rot, to which the president chimes in, "Prison would merely be a slight setback for someone like Fukushu. Even with power restraints, it's no secret that there has been some trouble keeping more powerful individuals in check without force. As such, banishment has been the more preferred method of dealing with troublemakers, followed by a warning to neighboring systems about the perpetrator. Of course if he were to violate his banishment, then there would be one last option." Derry doesn't have to say it since most people would get the idea of what he means by that last option.
