What is Out there?

It had been a few days now since he'd unknowingly corrupted Dion only for Nero to then come home and banish the corruption from Pankaa himself-- It'd left a nasty scar on the Avali's chest but he could thankfully hide it underneath all his fluffy chest feathers! For now anyways... He was glad he could hide the mark as it wasn't something he was proud of and he hated looking at it too. It was an ugly reminder to put it simply.

But with the corruption gone his mind was now clear to be just himself again-- All the thoughts it'd put in his head lingered of course but he'd had a notable improvement at becoming Pankaa again once it'd been removed and after a few days of observation it was decided amongst their little family that the Avali would be alright to go out on his own accord again. It was a tricky decision of course and the boys' guardian, Zukha was understandably worried and hesitant on the idea but also understood he was his own person and needed to go out on his own accord again at some point!

So today would be one of the days that they encouraged he go out and do his own thing for the day on, one step at a time though of course as he was encouraged to not stay out too late or stray too far for now as he'd only recently been saved from the corruption and it was best he not be too far from home just in case. So today he'd stick to the Maima Fields around their home. There was plenty to do just nearby their home anyways so he could work with this for now!

It wouldn't be long though that his journey out in the sun lead to him coming across an individual he'd never seen before, and they appeared to be... Digging? But whatever could they be looking for in the grounds of Namek? Were they looking to farm maybe? The Avali couldn't be sure, unbeknownst to him though the magic Kamae was wanting to understand better, the one used to purify the land here was the exact same that Pankaa had just recently had used on himself too, he practically radiated with the same feeling that the land that was purified did if not more-so!

"Hey there Mister! Do ya need a hand with digging? Pankaa can help!"

Pankaa would tilt his head to the side slightly making all four of his ears flop more over to the one side at how the stranger stared after having put his shovel down, did he look funny to them? He supposed he had been getting looks as of late especially at school when he still had the corruption in him, but now he didn't have it anymore and he was still getting looks? ... Maybe the man just wasn't sure what to say! Or maybe Pankaa had interrupted something important.

"Ooooh!! A treasure?" Thankfully the man did speak up eventually and what he had to say of course made the boy more intrigued! He was looking for treasure? What kind of treasure!? There was treasure hidden here on Namek? He wanted to look for it too! "That sounds fun! Is it buried here? Like a hidden 'X' marks the spot!"

It was unbeknownst to the Avali of course that this was the same individual who had planted that tree Nero had told him about, but honestly for the moment Pankaa was just relieved to be out and about again and trusted to do so, it's not like he meant to bump into specifically that individual as the first person he would meet while out on his own accord again no less! So he'd of course have no idea the man was lying to him either, and when given a name the Avali would smile brightly.

"Welcome to Namek then Vilis! I'm Pankaa!" He'd offer one of his little paw-hands up for the Demon to shake if he so chose to in greeting. "Pankaa's been to Earth before! Very busy planet, what does Vilis research? Is it treasure???" The Avali still seemed pretty hyped about the idea of there maybe being a secret treasure to find right here on Namek!

Pankaa would laugh lightly when asked if it was safe for him to be out here on his own, hoping the stranger hadn't heard anything about him from when he was still corrupted. "Namek is home and very familiar to Pankaa! Maima Fields not that all that far from home too" He'd then stand up as tall as he could manage, puffing out the fluff on his chest and placing his little hands upon his waist sash belt. "Plus I'm old enough to go on my own! Like almost 15 now! Not little anymore!" He was growing up and getting older, sure, but he was still only like 3'0" so he certainly was still little to most!

"And Pank-- I'm! strong and getting stronger too!" And getting better with his talking too it would seem, he'd get there eventually! "Vilis is also out here alone-- Well was alone, now I'm here! Now we're both safe!"
