Kaiju Jungle certainly lived up to it's name. One wrong step and you'd find yourself inside the nest of some unimaginable creature who'd look down upon you as lunch. Though the prospects of making your home in such a place would be daunting for most, the environment was the exact reason why Megis had decided to make the jungle his home. The main inhabitants of the jungle proved to be a natural deterrent for most would be visitors, and Megis did quite value his privacy. Of course his master Mikan hated the jungle, which was just another benefit to living here.
He hadn't seen the old man in quite some time, and was beginning to wonder what had happened to him. Not that he cared about his livelihood or anything like that; he was just worried that their lives might somehow be connected, not worried enough to actually go look for him though.
He had spent some time in the North, and decided that he much preferred the heat to the cold, and jungle to desert, as the jungle also provided plenty of food. The same Kaiju who would scare the lesser of the planet made for ample meat and sport alike. Today like many other days Megis took to the vast depths of the jungle to hunt the mighty Kaiju, though he wasn't having as much luck as usual. It would seem as though the creatures were beginning to figure out his patterns and were adapting accordingly.
He did come across one pack which seemed suitable for a meal. There were five in total, and in one strike he figured he could take down at least two or three. He carefully watched through the brush as picked apart some old carcass, waiting for the opportunity to make his move. Just as they appeared to be gorged he tried to leap through the shrubbery, only to find something pulling him back. He looked up to find that another had snuck up behind, and had closed it's jaw onto his head tendril. Once the pain finally struck him the Majin let out a blood-curdling cry, enough to shake the jungle.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
