PL: 5 Sankishin: 80,000 Anti-Sense: On WC: 566
The lab was in turmoil, the front door's guards were writhing in agony within the hall leading in. The security were all in different stages of unconsciousness, the clones of Kamae were scattered about like dolls, and the lights were barely flickering on. Deeper within the base, space was distorted, objects were floating that shouldn't be while the walls seemed to be coming undone at their seams. The reality of the lab was breaking down slowly, whether it would take centuries or days, who knew. But it was clear everything was a complete mess.
Deeper still at the heart of the lab, locked behind a door that only certain people could open, Kamae stood leaning against the terminal. An observation deck was where he stood that sat overlooking a vast open room below. Within that room was the source of the problems, the stone Kamae had gotten with his time with Heit. It glowed an eerie purple, pulsing as energy ran through it and spread outwards into the room. The Observation deck was safe, but the ground about the rock had falling away into what could only be described as an open space. Stars could be seen, but they were not true stars. A phenomenon where Kamae's mind had placed them there, yet that wasn't the worst part.
Kamae himself was in bad shape, blood ran from his nose, mouth, ears and eyes. He was panting for breath, clearly straining to remain upright while he stared off into space. He had called Derry before this thankfully to come, as he probably couldn't even move at the moment. His arms shook from nerves while his legs braced against the terminal to prevent himself from falling forward. The Sankishin was not here, not that it would matter. What had happened was beyond even that shell. What Kamae had found... was beyond anyone alive.
Slowly the demon sank to one knee, placing one hand on the ground while he kept the other on the terminal. His head resting against the cold surface of the machine while he coughed and panted. It wasn't physical pain that was bothering him, but the mental taxation of what everyone had just felt. Kamae had summoned "it" to speak to him, and now he realized the error he had made. He had vastly underestimated the power of that being, or rather... he vastly underestimated what it meant to bring that thing's attention down upon him. He was an ant before a blue whale... no a bacteria to a blue whale. He was insignificant to it, beneath its attention.
Yet he had brought it here to speak to it, only to realize to late he had not accounted for what that meant. It was so vast, held so much knowledge and its mere presence overloaded his mind. It was liken to thinking of every single known objective, concept and idea all at once. The mind could not possibly fathom it, it couldn't process so much information at once. So now... kamae lay on the floor writhing in agony while his mind attempting to catch up to the vast amount of information he had just been given. Foam forming at the corners of his mouth, chest jerking, arms and fingers locked up. He was getting through it, but he was barely clinging on. In time he would recover, but it was certainly not a pleasant experience.
