So, Sesame plans required him to have people at his side. Strong warriors that would cause chaos. He needed a hero to try from ashes, a powerful being to reproduce the same sound Fend created or something new. As the sound hunter and his violent tendencies fully unleashed, he craved that sound. He needed to hear it once more. With Griselda down for the count for some time, he needed to find more. So his plan? Well to cause some chaos. This would one of two things. Bring someone vile and cruel around or it bring a hero out. If the former, he'd would try to convince them to join his side and work with him to bring more chaos so a real fight could rise. If the later, then he'd get a good fight out of it. He'd show the hero's of this world the true meaning of fear and hopefully bring a hero along that will be match for him and give them the sound he carved. The sound that would grab and crush with all his might and leave nothing but an empty hole where that sound use to exist.
So to start when he arrived in West City proper he began heading towards where some of the gangs of the city lived. As he walked people seemed to recognize him, he was someone who tried to kill Derry, was not on the Register and helped destroy that floating Battle Island. People fled in fear as he walked down the straight fearful he cause renewed chaos.

Thread PL: 25,000 | Items: N/AThe city really wasn't meant for her.
Moire knew that one day she would have to begin encroaching on one of the vastly populated cities on Earth and begin her own campaign against its residents, to draw the attention of heroes so that she can swiftly bring them down and take their power for herself. That being said, it was a bit too difficult for her to get things going, as she has yet to truly recover her original power, and those that remained isolated out in the wild didn't provide nearly enough to justify going after all of them. It would only just waste more of her precious time, seeing as her infamy will eventually spread even if it concerns individual, isolated cases.
Perhaps that's why she's found herself in the city at the moment, specifically in one of its dank alleyways to stay out of sight of most of the people of the city. Even if someone did notice that something was off about her, she was more than capable of sending them away, whether it be slamming them with one of her many antenna or with a quick display of her magic. At the same time, however, she did notice that the place was far more quiet than usual, as if the place had been cleared out before she arrived. At first she was rather confused as to what's happening, but then she sensed something coming closer and closer to her location, something big, something... powerful.
Her gaze turns towards the end of the alley, and once she reaches the exit, she glances around the corner to see just who or what it was that was heading her way. Moire very easily spots the culprit behind such a massive power: Yet another demon, who was just walking down the street, everyone getting out of the way immediately. Seems like the demon's reputation precedes him. Deep down she knew that he would be far too powerful for her to defeat, but perhaps...
Moire decides to walk around the corner and confront the stranger, asking him, "The streets seem to be far emptier than usual, it seems. Would you perhaps have something to do with that?"
Sesame kept walking but as he had was marching through the streets, he would sense a power level getting closer and closer. It was a power of <25,000> which was high enough to draw his attention. Was this a hero here to stop him? Or someone just walking around who happened to feel Sesame massive power? Or they saw the crowd and assumed something was going down that they would like to be a part of. Regardless of why this person was nearby they seemed to be aware that the city was going quite crazy. She would eventually approach him revealing herself as a Majin woman. She seemed to want to know if he was the cause for why the people were sparse. "I suppose I am." Sesame crossed his arms. "I was just walking around but I'm not someone anyone want to be close too if I decide to take some form of action. I assume that is a problem in some way to you? Or were you just curious on why everyone seemed to be missing?" Sesame would wait to see what Moire would say. Maybe she'd wanna stop him or maybe she was going to want to ask any more questions. Sesame would be fine with either outcome.

It really does seem like this demon had quite the reputation around these parts after all. Moire still has yet to catch up on any Earth news, which is especially hard to get when she's trying to lay low and not draw too much attention to herself. It's a bit ironic considering the fact that she's pretty much exposing herself to who she presumes is one of the strongest fighters on Earth given his power and the people's fear, but on the other hand, it isn't like anybody else is looking over at Moire, at least, not when they're running away from the demon.
"Consider it a bit of curiosity," Moire replies, standing in place with her hands on her hips, "But problem? Not necessarily. I think it's safe to tell that you aren't exactly the most upstanding of citizens here on Earth. I myself wouldn't be considered among that rabble." At that moment, she moves back towards the alley and leans right against the nearby wall, all the while still keeping her gaze right on the demon. "So who exactly do I get to greet today? If you must know, you now stand in the presence of Majin Moire." Despite the drastic difference in power between the two, Moire thought it best to still act proper about all of this, not intent on backing down. After all, why should she, if she plans on perhaps gaining the demon's favor?
Sesame glanced at Moire as they said she was just curious and had correctly deduced that Sesame was not one of the best people around. But as she put it, she was apart of those that would be considered less then savory. "I see." Sesame paused for a moment before turning to fully face her. "That would be correct. I am Sesame. I am an assassin. I've killed and tried to kill a lot of different folks." Sesame crossed his arms. "Hence why everyone is avoiding me. Of course my last job was more blowing shit up, not really my style but I have things I want to get that required doing just that." He liked subtle jobs but now he had two people at his side, he just needed a few more then hopefully that be the key needed to find the sound he was looking for. She may of been the type that he'd needed. But he'd have to find out.
"So as you said your more of the less then upstanding type. What does that mean exactly to you." He glanced at the city. "If I said we should destroy this entire city and kill everyone here? What would you do about it?" Sesame wanted to judge how vile she was, or she was just someone who didn't like the President's laws. They were some of those since he wanted to track everyone power's. Most people didn't like being spied on but for Sesame that was not a bad person to avoid these laws. Just a wise one.

Moire could just tell by looks alone that the demon was likely quite wicked indeed, though that's par for the course for most demons. Appearances can be deceiving, that Moire already knows, but she's got quite a feeling that this one isn't exactly the most pristine of his kind. He introduces himself as Sesame, and he claims to have killed lots of people in his time given his profession as an assassin. A bit funny that he would be so out in the open as an assassin, but then again it isn't like they could really do much against him. "Well that's certainly one way to get things done," she comments, "Is it for the pay? For fun? For... Power?"
It was time for Moire to begin answering one of Sesame's questions, the demon asking her what she would do if he killed everyone in the city. Her brow raises up a bit, noting how wicked he really is down to his soul, though perhaps she shouldn't judge herself. It isn't like she's very lawful herself. "Well I certainly wouldn't appreciate it, at least, not with complete annihilation," she replies, "After all, I'll need something left to absorb when all is said and done. I can't really do much with ashes. Or at least, I haven't tried yet."
The majin begins to slowly walk closer and closer to the demon before continuing, "If you think I value mortal life aside from their usefulness to me, then you are surely mistaken. If they can't provide enough power to me or help me in my goals, than there is no point in keeping them around. I've been cooped up in my pod for far too long just to let my power degrade, Sesame. I'm supposed to live up to what I was made to do, after all. How else am I supposed to live up to my name?"
"The killing? It was for fun and money originally I suppose. Though I must admit money loses its charm when it is not much you can really buy with it." Sesame frowned. Yes, he had killed a lot of people but since he had faced off with Fend, it did not feel right. He now needed to kill the right people. To feel the beat of a hero's heart and to snuff it out. That was what he'd assume he'd enjoy. The type of kill that gets his blood pumping. He had to return to his roots, and then he'd figure out where to go from there. Maybe go back to the demon realm? Maybe keep finding heroes to face until the beat of a heroic heart vanished from this world?
As for his own question, Moire admitted she'd not mind destroying the city but not all of it. She wanted to absorb what was left. If everything was destroyed then what was the point of destroying the city? As she explained, she only used people to get more powerful or to reach her other goals. She seemed to have quite the reputation (Or at least believed that to be the case) since she needed to leave to her purpose. "I see, well we are aligned in some ways. I am a sound hunter you see. That is what I use to hunt. The different noises of the heart or the soul. But I lost that purpose until I was nearly killed by a powerful kai. Perhaps we might need to help each other out at some point in that case. Since our goals alleign in the way that we like to kill someone one for power and another for purpose."

It's a bit interesting for Moire to discern motivations from the mortals of this realm, and this Sesame certainly has a pretty straightforward yet intriguing story for why he does what he does. Money and fun were his original motivators, but eventually with a commodity such as money, it was bound to no longer possess value to someone like a demon. Hell, it means little to the majin given how much of an outsider she is to mortal society, and it isn't like she needs money for anything. If she needs it, she can likely conjure it up, after all. "So for pure entertainment, perhaps? Well you certainly haven't attempted anything against me yet. Am I, perhaps, not suitable enough? Are you looking for something else in those you fight and kill?" She asks and teases at the same time, discerning what might be going on through his mind.
At the very least Sesame seems to be willing to give a bit of a partnership between himself and Moire a shot as their goals align with each other. With the two working with each other, one can snuff out whatever life he desires to take while the other makes their corpse useful and takes the power for herself. Given just how strong this Sesame is, it's very fortunate for Moire to get on his good side. He can draw out all sorts of heroes, and when the two of them beat them down into a pulp, they become ripe for the taking for the majin. Perhaps her goal is far easier to achieve than she originally anticipated. "I'm glad we see eye to eye on that front, Sesame. It is a big world out there, however, and perhaps I need to know if you are more than capable of handling whatever might be thrown at you. Do you think you have what it takes to take on the world?"
Moire asked a good question, if he fought and killed for fun, why didn't he just attack her. It was a fine question to ask but it had a simple answer. "What the point of killing someone like you? I want to kill someone that has a certain beat of the soul. The heart has to temper it sound in a way that drives me to the utmost peak of understanding. To silence a sound that is only heard once, maybe never at all. The sound I hunt must is those who are more heroic in nature. That means I need to have allies. The heroic figures of world like this don't fight alone. They fight together, in numbers. Not that I blame them, but if I wish fight a great hero with the sound I want to crush, it must be alone. In a one on one battle. That can only be produced if other factors make other member's unable to stop me." It was long winded and perhaps insane but that was what Sesame wanted.
Moire then asked another question, was he strong enough to face the strongest being around? To handle what the world could muster. "I can handle most of what there is to offer. I am quite powerful in my own right. I almost died before of course agiasnt the strongest, but that is the thing. In numbers there is strength. In desire their is a path to move forward. That is why no one can do it alone. I already have two other who may work with me for my plans. And they will grow stronger, as you will. It not as if I'm asking for tomorrow let start destroying something," In fact they needed to wait some time for Usumi to be fully healed. Until that point he really could not make any moves.

So apparently Moire's soul wasn't good enough for Sesame, eh? At least it isn't good in terms of quality, but rather morality, however someone is supposed to judge through that metric alone. He must be a damn good sound demon to figure that sort of thing out, but perhaps that's just the thing with his particular subset of demons. On top of that, it seems that he was particularly interested in gathering strong fighters that could help him in his own goal. He seems to desire a duel to the death between himself and a true hero, but seeing as these heroes tend to be accompanied by plenty of others looking to get their own piece of the demon, it's imperative for Sesame to gather her own group, and that's likely where Moire would come in, if she's right in knowing where this is going.
"An interesting desire, if anything," Moire remarks, paying particular attention to the desire of the demon of a true fight between good and evil, "I suppose in a similar sense that will likely end up being a problem for myself given my... Own desires." It was then that Sesame would answer Moire's other question, mentioning that he himself is working alongside two others, people who Moire would likely have to meet up with at some point as she will need all the assistance she can get. "You have my attention," Moire states, crossing her arms, "Who are these two, if you are so willing to part ways with the secrecy of that information." She doesn't believe there is much reason to hide that fact from the majin at this point, but who knows what sorts of motivations people may possess.
"Yes, It may be quite odd. But, as someone who hunts that sound, I need someone to give me that same beat. It is a song that can't just be found in any old fight. But, we will see if I can find exactly what I'm looking for." Sesame clenched his fist looking towards Moire. "And that's why I need you to join me alongside my allies." Moire then asked about his said allies who were more than happy to part with. "a Woman named Marrow and a demonic woman who is hosting a human body. Her name changes depending on who is in control I imagine. She is currently resting though, our last battle did not go to plan. We faced a cabal of warriors, and she was injured in the scuffle. I was too relaxed for that battle, I wished to not step in unless needed, but I stepped in a bit too late." And he had made a mistake using too much energy. But that didn't matter now, the point was that Usumi was down for the time being. It was safer to not reveal them as anyone could take advantage of their state. While he wanted allies, he was not stupid enough to think that everyone would work together without problems. Each of them would be willing to backstab each other if the price was right. So he had to make sure that never came to pass.

It's all rather strange to Moire, seeing someone express such a desire to hear something as seemingly pointless as a beat of a specific rhythm, but perhaps that's somewhat linked to what sort of demon Sesame even is. Of the few demons she was able to meet, she knows that they can be rather diverse in all sorts of ways, so perhaps this one's particular species has a keen desire to listen to certain beats, particularly, from what she presumes, is the heartbeat of some hero. Moire won't attempt to understand such a desire as her own goals are far more... important, let's say. What did catch her attention, however, was his offer to have Moire join forces with the likes of him and his allies.
"Yes, go on," Moire replies, her interest peaked up at the mention of working with others. She's been doing that plenty already with the likes of Megis and Qarinah, so she wonders what they can provide to the table of possibilities. A woman by the name of Marrow and a second one who seems to switch between two different sides seems to be the additional companionship that he can offer, though he mentions that the latter has been recently injured and is still recovering while he himself was resting. "Well, the more the merrier, I suppose," Moire replies, crossing her arms together in the meantime, "and perhaps I should also mention that I've been doing some recruiting myself. Perhaps with a bit more assistance and power, your little group would perhaps stand a better chance against these earthlings."
Seems this had worked out well. Moire was already looking to recruit more people to her side. That would mean there be a lot of warriors, more than just four strong fighters to cause chaos. Sesame grinned, "That sounds good as you say the more people at our side the better. The heroic folks have a lot in the way of numbers but their strength is lacking. I'd rather make sure we both have the strength and the numbers." They were a few strong fighters who fought for the side of 'good', but the list was pretty small. Plus it mattered what planet they went to. But they had exhausted everything Sesame wanted to discuss. There was not much else to do. "Well, we will have to meet again." He would produce a phone number, he had decided to get one so he could be in contact with others. "If you do something and need my help just call me before you do that task. I'll call you if I need the same. Sound good?" If that was a fine trade then Seasme would head out. Of course, maybe Moire had something else she wanted to say before Sesame left the city.

As much as neither Moire nor Sesame don't want to admit it, they both knew that there are many who would stand in their ways of achieving their own goals, and that is going to stand as a major problem for both of them unless they can work with others. They don't necessarily need the same goals to work together, rather they just need to owe each other favors. Working alone would only make things harder than they need to be. "Too often have I seen those that seek to rule fail time and time again, all because of their lack of integrity and inability to cooperate when needed. It is a powerful tool that is far too seldom used for those that seek anything outside traditional morality, let's say."
At this point, it seems like the two's meeting is coming to a rather natural conclusion, with the two now in agreement to a sort of partnership. Sesame mentions having to meet with Moire once more in the future, all the while providing her with what appears to be a phone number. Had she not received this scouter from Qarinah before, this would be completely useless to her. It seems like it's already starting to pay off. "Any opportunity provided for me is a wonderful opportunity indeed, Sesame. Take care to remember that." She then sends a copy of her own number to the demon to allow him direct communication the the majin. With that done and out of the way, she gives him a little wave and begins to float in the air, stating, "This planet needs more time to ripen for my taste. I believe I will go ahead and explore the galaxy for a bit. Until next time." With her last words spoken, the majin takes off for the nearest spaceport, determined to get out there and see what other opportunities might be available to her.
