After her not so wonderful time in the cold over in Jingle Village, Moire proposed that perhaps the exact opposite direction would provide something a bit more appetizing for the majin. Unfortunately, once more, she might've strayed a bit too far from the beaten path, and she's now surrounded by a few islands and an ocean, all while standing on a small archipelago. There was the occasional house that had a single hermit living inside, and though they provided the tiniest bit of power, it wasn't even close to being enough to give the majin the boost that she's been seeking. Out here, she was almost having even worse luck over in the north. Almost.
As for the archipelago that she was on, it seems to be mostly abandoned and filled mostly with all sorts of different kinds of tropical trees. At least, that's what constitutes the majority of the island. There is a single part of the place that does appear to have been created by humanity, or so she somewhat thinks. It was a lone, single-room stone building, complete with vines running up and down the walls, the roof possessing a few holes where stone would normally be, and most interestingly of all, a single altar. No other furniture is present here, and it seems like the place has been abandoned for over a century.
Moire slowly walks into the decrepit building to take a closer look at this altar, upon which a few utensils lied. Two rather decadent knives laid on opposite ends of the altar while a rather simplistic, demonic sigil lies etched onto the altar itself, seemingly stained red with dried blood from who knows how long ago. Actually, now that Moire thinks about it, it doesn't make sense that the blood hasn't washed away given how poorly the roof is doing. In fact, the altar itself doesn't show any signs of wear unlike the rest of the building. The majin wasn't entirely familiar with the demonic arts since she spent most of her life amonst the shinjin and was forbidden, but she cares not for what they tell her. She'll come back one day to exact her vengeance upon them, but for now this strange place has grabbed her attention.
