Blizzard had called the people of Arcose to the city. Many folks had traveled over there since this was a very important speech that was going to be given by a high ranking member of the Empire, along with the rumors of Emperor Azoth as well. The towering arcosian stood at 10ft in height and 300lb of mostly muscle, compared to the 7ft podium in front of him, he looked like a towering and intimidating figure along with his looks. The News was also present and broadcasting it to the entire galaxy and anyone who had a television could tune in and watch.

"My name is Major Blizzard, as many of you know Emperor Azoth was a traitor to his people. He wasn't here mostly when it came to the Arcosian people. He was on Planet Plant and trying to involve himself in a war that he had no business in. Like many of you, we know that greed tends to get the best of anyone. I don't know why he wanted to get involve in the war and try to make a profit from it. I don't know if he wanted more allies or to make more enemies. But we of the arcosian Empire haven't known war at all for the longest. We are a peaceful race and that most importantly came from General Hibernal's great service he did for us.

I was on the battlefield under Azoth's orders. I truly believed the peace that he told us. He told us that we weren't there to kill anyone. I believed him. As a soldier of the Empire, as a Major, I believed in him like any soldier, civilian should. We should respect our leader, our elders, raise the youth properly so that they don't ever have to see war. But when I heard the news like anyone else did, Azoth had wounded a Saiyan opposition since we were there to aid the tuffle soldiers. He betrayed us, all this talk of wanting peace and to unite the galaxy was built on lies. Now we may have a war with the saiyans because of the actions of a few arcosian soldiers that decided to attack the Capital of Sadala. For the saiyans who loss their lives, my sincere apologies go out to the families and friends. However, I have dealt with the matter.

The arcosian soldiers who had done this assault had been sentence to death with no trial. Their names along with their files are present. Captain Fuyu led the assault and did it under Azoth's orders. Captain Fuyu was also a bitter individual as well and since myself and Lord Mint were the closest ones to Azoth, he was extremely jealous. He used a rare technology to turn himself into me and tried to implement me into the equation of that assault. I was able to discover the truth, which is why he was killed along with Lt Zamorozit and Sgt Samui.

There will be a change to all of this and how we run things. Azoth ran our Empire to the ground with his talks of peace and purposefully implementing himself into other wars. I stand here to tell you that I will meet with King Taori himself and stop a war to coming to Arcose soil. I am here to announce my title for Emperor and to keep the peace that Azoth had failed to do. His death was a tragedy and his mistakes will be fixed."

It would seem the paranoia and worry from Mint was founded after all, or at least that was the first thing Ward thought as he sat in the seat of his currently empty ship. His heartbeat pulsed in his ears as his fingers gripped at the armrests, as the broadcast showed on the large screen in front of him. The assumption was that Blizzard was either coming to do something reckless and attack in some misguided way to prove a point, or he would quietly show up and try and take the throne. This wasn't entirely out of character from what he had learned of the Arcosian, but it was equally provoking to those in the know, as few as it might have been.

There were a few on Arcose, such as those that had met on his ship weeks earlier, that had suspicions about Blizzard now, but only Mint and Ward likely knew enough to fully understand what Blizzard had done on Plant. His speech was utter nonsense, and it wasn't long before Ward pushed out of his chair and focused his senses on where Blizzard was standing. There was no need just yet to interrupt him, because he was told long ago that when someone was on the path to destruction, you didn't want to stand in the way, but let them run head first into the fire. If Blizzard wished to spew his lies, then for now he'd let him have his say, but not much more than that.

By the time he had finished, even Ward's face was filled with a mixture of annoyance, surprise, and shock at the sheer nerve to say such ridiculous lies, and despite his allowance to finish before interrupting, he had seen and heard more than enough. In the time it would take those watching to blink Ward was standing nearby, having appeared suddenly to those watching. This was not a Shinjin standing before them, but the Arcosian some might have seen by the name of Brumal, and for now he was simply standing nearby staring at Blizzard. He was no where close to the overcompensating ten feet that Blizzard sported, but royal color pallet his body and bio-armor was covered in made him stand out more than enough.

"Are you quite finished filling the Arcosian people's heads with lies and pointless deceit?"

He was standing a good six or seven feet away, so his words were heard but not overly loud compared to where Blizzard was stood. Holding out his right arm the entire podium shifted and pulled closer, now standing in front of Brumal.

"The only thing you've said here that was true was Azoth's involvement in the Plant war, but he was no traitor, just too eager. Perhaps you'd like to tell these people what you were really up to on Plant? Tell them what you did after you fled from a battle near the Tuffle city of Hatchi. Given the nonsense that's been leaking from the cracked smile you feign along with your concern for anyone but yourself, let me save you the trouble and these people the time, given you've wasted more than enough of it."

Clearing his throat as his hands slipped behind his back, he began to speak both loudly and clearly, stepping to the side so everyone could see him, but not so far that he wasn't heard.

"You fled the battle for Hatchi city shortly after it started. This isn't a question by the way nor conjecture, it's a fact of the matter. What you did after was what made you an enemy and a traitor to your own people, the people you stand here and lie to and shift blame in front of in a terrible attempt to obfuscate your own actions. You on no orders but your own, attacked the Saiyan city while the Saiyans, Tuffles, and yes Azoth himself were busy at Hatchi. You caused the death of not just Saiyans, but those working under the banner of the Empire. You speak of a lack of war and fighting involving the Arcosians and Arcose itself, but the fact of the matter is your actions may very well bring fighting right to this planet by the hands of the Saiyans, lead by their King, Taori. This I've heard from credible sources. No one will accept you as anything more than a traitor to the Empire, and a coward who can't simply admit he's trying to manipulate far beyond his ability. I have no doubt Mint is watching this mockery of yours and will arrive soon enough as well, so perhaps now is the time to do what you do best and flee. I would venture a guess and say what comes next is something you don't want broadcasted."

So the Snake had returned. Mint was happy to know someone else had not taken out Blizzard. He was still around and kicking and that meant he could be the one to deal with him. He had arrived near the end of his speech, he had been busy with some other work. But he was able to catch the drift of what was going on. Trying to deflect blame to other parties that were not big players, and they somehow could hide as Blizzard. And have the same power to then destroy the saiyan capital. He didn't know how much of the saiyan force they martialed to attack the capital but he was sure it was more than some puny Arcosian and a few soldiers could handle. The saiyan would have to be downright foolish to not provide some sort of defense to their city while they were going to defeat the tuffles.

Even if this was the case he knew that at some point Blizzard had said Azoth had died to the attacks of Ozzaru but Ise had told him that it was Taori blasting him that somehow defeated him. So he knew that the Arcosian was lying, he would trust Ise over the former Major any day. "So you come flocking back to the garden." Mint would walk out of the crowd pushing past some of those who were listening. Of the three here Mint had been the highest man in the government even in secret. But he had done many speeches after Azoth's death and he had been known for his criminal power. He was sure that most of the people here that of the three, he was the closest to be the successor.

"I am surprised that you decided to return. You announce yourself as Emperor. That is bold that you forgot about old me. I could be emperor right now. That what you told me when you suggested that I murder Azoth for the crown. Don't think I forgot about that." He raises his arm at the people. "This man is a traitor. It is my belief he planned to kill Emperor Azoth. He let him die then rubbed his legacy into the dirt by attacking the saiyans. I cannot say I have full proof but I know this. He told me to kill the emperor, but I refused. And after that he worked with the Emperor plans of attacking the saiyan and the emperor died? It does not take a genius to put together what occurred. He decided to kill the emperor and use the saiyans to do it. You think a man such as himself would do his killing himself but guess even in that front you like to work in the shadows. When faced with someone stronger than you, you try to use words but when their weaker you about muscle."

Mint would slowly walk over to where Blizzard was standing. He would glance towards Brumal in the crowd who pointed out all the flaws and even dropped some more information. About how he fled from Hatchi City like a coward or how he was the reason the fight was being brought to Arcose. "It is good to see you brumal. For those who don't know Brumal is a powerful Arcosain who arrived in space. He is someone also trying to succeed for the power on Arcose. We have a vacuum of power and someone has to fill it. That was your idea yes Blizzard. How would anyone stand before the noble Major who lead Arcosain into battle? At least be honest and admin your a warmonger and not a peacemaker. I hate the way you lie with every word and its not even convincing. Though maybe that just cause I've talked to know enough times how utterly fictious many of things are saying and how the other thing while I cannot disprove seems as equally preposterous."

Mint clasped his hand behind his back then glanced up at Blizzard. "The reign of emperors has ended. Unlike you, I don't just flaunt my power or let my ego take control of my actions. I want this empire to thrive. Sadly, you put us in quite a mess. So I have come up with a great plan. They were three leaders of Arcose. A Triumvirate if your not aware what that is." He glances at Brumal. "That man who just spoke out against you will be one of them. There is a third spot. Now, I imagine you are hoping I'm here to tell you can be one of these three. That your service to the empire deserves consideration?" Mint would pull out something from his back. It was a small rat he seemed to have brought from the crystal moon. "This rat here? I'd rather make it a lord of Arcose. A fucking Rat. I hate you so much. You spat on everything I've tried to build with Emperor Azoth. Now he is dead. It is a new era. I won't allow us to be held back by Mongols such as yourself."

Mint aura would flex slightly. "I'll give you three options. Think of me as being a fair man. You betrayed Arcose. Your first option will be to surrender. Get on your hands and knees and beg. You will be imprisoned for the rest of the days. You will be given a cell worthy of your deeds. It will be cramp, damp and you'll be served the worst slop that can be produced. You may find that option unappealing. But I assure you the other two are much worse. The second option is that I tear you apart myself. Afterall, you will cry 'no their too many I shall fight alone.' I'll take that offer if that is what you want. To try to grass power. I'll give you the ability to try to do it. Course, even if you beat me Brumal would be waiting. But I image he will at least give some praise before ripping you to shread and maybe you can die with some pride knowing you nearly became emperor. The third option is me and Brumal tear you limb from limb ourselves. Much less appealing for you since we have such an utter advantage that we will have the ability to take our time picking you apart." Mint spread his arms to the crowd to the camera a vicious look in his good eye. "I welcome everyone watching to this new era. Watch as the old era is torn asunder and Arcose rise from the depths of hells to return as a great superpower that will be feared and respected across the cosmos!"

Heifong had been exactly what she had needed, not just in the sense that it had given her a chance to finally get back to what she had been prepared to do for years but because she had been given a new perspective on the situation here on Arcose. Sure she had partially hoped that the rather violent suppression of the rebellion there would kick over whatever rock Azoth was hidden under by offending his sensibilities but in a way perhaps it was better he remained gone. It let her move forward.

Mint arriving on Heifong had been entirely unexpected but not unpleasant, the information he had provided her on the news of who were the new big players on Arcose in the wake of Azoth’s disappearance was invaluable, as it currently stood she still felt inclined to throw her lot in with Mint, he was a known factor and someone she was fairly confident in her ability to work with. Still though she had been eager to find more about this Brumal, the NSFW’s general information on him was about as helpful as Mint, ‘basically nothing except a scant few recent bits of news’.

Ise’s mood had been so positive she had made an impulse decision, to reclaim something she had previously decided was not something she was comfortable taking up, but with the way things were shaping up and the likelihood of the role she would be playing on Arcose as things played out… It had begun to feel more ‘right’ and Ise felt more certain that it was likely exactly what her Father would have wanted her to do.

And so not long after Blizzard called forth the people of Arcose to make his declaration a familiar sight to the people of Arcose would rend itself into the skies above Kuriza, The Emperor’s Arm, the capital ship of the NSFW’s fleet, the ship that Hibernal had lead conquest after conquest across the galaxy for decades. It was now properly HER ship, part of Ise was tempted to actually have the massive capital ship come in as if to land, it was not STRICTLY intended for such a thing but when repairs or a more protracted siege were necessary it was possible.

Doing so would however perhaps be just a BIT much, still Ise hoped it would have the intended effect, to remind Arcose and its people of who exactly had forged the path to Arcose’s prosperity, she could already feel the power signatures below and her visor pipped in the active commentary, Blizzard’s speech aimed at shifting all the blame upon Azoth while conversely also propping up that he would be the one to maintain the peace and such that Azoth had brought.

Meanwhile Brumal and Mint had quite A LOT to say indeed about the Major, the two putting forth their own knowledge of what exactly had gone on with the war on Plant and painting Blizzard himself as the one responsible, Ise frankly did not actually care if Blizzard had been responsible for the attack there, he was for all intents and purposes an opposing force to what she and Mint were intent on doing and so she would back Mint’s interpretation of events, and Brumals if it suited what they needed.

The presence of Brumal was immensely interesting to her, she had hoped of course to get a chance to meet the elusive Arcosian BEFORE things kicked off on Arcose but sadly getting The Emperors Arm back in action had taken a bit longer than anticipated, still he opposed Blizzard broadly which was really just a boon considering the power Blizzard wielded, Mint was strong, stronger even than when they had last interacted, but just a bit below Blizzard. If need be, the two of them together would almost certainly handle him though Ise had some concerns that Mint would seek to establish himself by facing Blizzard alone.

That Blizzard was a Major indicated at least some skill, it would likely be a toss up if the pair faced each other, if Brumal ALSO got involved though that made things quite a bit more interesting. She was really very curious what he would do.

Ise paused her musing as she had one of the exit hatches on the Arm open for her as she let herself fall into Arcose’s atmosphere powering up briefly to push herself to fast enough speeds to clear the distance from the ship to the city in little time, she pulled up and slowed down as she began to approach not wanting the populace below to assume the city was being bombarded TOO much.

“My my, everyone seems so tense and dire.” Ise spoke with a laugh taking a moment to take in each of the Arcosians present, Blizzard was roughly as she had been informed, large and presumably to the general populace rather imposing, Ise was already mapping out a rough plan of attack if she DID end up needing to fight him, a larger opponent such as that would be a bit of a task but with luck she could use her size to her advantage, especially if combined with backup from Mint.

Mint was nothing new, he WAS however projecting a lot more authority in his posture and tone now though, almost certainly because of the actual crowd they had, if he was going to be taking up the throne he needed to start projecting the image that he belonged there already, Blizzard had gotten the first word by setting this whole thing up but the people of Arcose would ultimately fall into step with whoever stood tall in the end as long as they could keep maintaining a sense of authority.

Brumal… Ise actually paused and her own effort to appear entirely unconcerned with the tense situation briefly was thrown off before she regained her composure. Brumal was… odd, all reports she had received on him indicated nothing actually particularly STRANGE about him in general, the oddity about Brumal was that his background was unknown. But now… now the real mystery was why his pattern seemed so OFF, almost WRONG in a way? It was difficult for Ise to parse what exactly it was, she had encountered quite a number of people with patterns that expressed themselves in unique ways. But nobody had ever projected the strange sort of disconnect she got from Brumal, even more strange was the vaguely… familiar quality to his energy? That was PARTICULARLY strange as while it was certainly not the same feeling the closest thing she had for context was meeting Vocado, Pitt, and Kabe.

She had of course deduced a while ago that it was her recognizing an inherent connection with their energy, they were after all related to her by blood, that had made plenty of sense once she figured it out.

She was rather certain Brumal was not however another lost uncle. She was no expert in biology but generally speaking she was quite sure Arcosians and Saiyans were not… “compatible”

That would be an interesting puzzle to solve later.

“So how exactly are we going to be handling this? I am quite fine with getting to watch a good show OR put one on myself so make your choice quickly ‘Major’ either face Mint directly or give me free reign to have a bit of fun of my own” Ise said giving a particularly vicious grin as she flexed her clawed hands, she had little care that she would almost certainly struggle in a direct conflict with Blizzard simply because she was rather confident she would NOT be having a particularly direct conflict.

At worst she would have Mint involved, at best perhaps she would have Mint AND Brumal, Blizzard would have to make a hilarious waste of energy to endeavor to take her out in such a conflict and almost certainly seal his fate if he did so.

Ultimately a win-win for her, either she got to enjoy making the claim that she was considered such a high priority threat that Blizzard needed to remove her immediately, or she would get to take her time slowly aiding in cutting him down.

As soon as Blizzard had made his declaration for the throne, Lamina made a beeline for Ise and joined her, partway during the Emperor's Arm's flight to the Citadel and the city below. Ise's plan was perhaps a very risky one, especially since he viewed that Mint had a equal right for the throne that Ise did. But while he was loyal to the Arcosian throne, the cyborg was very much more loyal to the NSFW than he was for the former, and as such he was one of the few and the mighty to back up Ise in case things got frisky.

Naturally, with the insanely high powers being thrown about however, he settled for waiting on the ship, rather than jump down into combat. He knew that the strongest of the strong were down there on the planet's surface, and that if anything got wild, it was likely he was going to be completely fried from even the most stray of energy blasts. As such, he decided to mostly stay away from combat, watching from the sidelines to make sure of two things, that being the ship's survival and of Ise's safety.

Watching as Ise leaped down from one of the exit hatches, Lamina grabbed for the remote control for the ship, activating his own full power at the same moment to give himself at least a little bit of protection. It wasn't much in terms of protection, but it had to do for now, as he watched Ise land on the ground and begin her own retort against the two.

What he didn't expect though was that Ise was fully willing to start this kerfuffle all by herself, something that tensed him up as he watched down and checked all of the powers in the area. Out of all of them, Ise was very much the weakest, and knowing that an Arcosian's peak was stronger than her own, it very much left a sore taste in his mouth. If she didn't have a good strategy going into this battle, she was going to get herself wounded bad, and possibly even killed and forced to join her father.

If that were to happen... no, Lamina refused to think about that. Turning to the others on the deck of the Emperor's Arm, the cyborg crossed his arms as he prepared an announcement for the NSFW members on board as he got ready to depart.

"Ladies and Gentlemen on this fine ship... Galactic History is about to be made down below, and it's possible that by the end of today, Arcose is going to look a lot different than it was yesterday. If you wish to escape now and live another day, feel free to take the escape pods off the ship. If not, keep all hands on deck. We must protect the Emperor's Arm at all costs! For General Hibernal!"

With that stated, Lamina hopped down from the same hatch, falling down from the sky at a rapid pace as he braced for impact. This was very much a one way journey since he couldn't fly, but it was necessary for if his boss needed help getting away. Once he landed upon the ground, he quickly turned invisible, though keeping his Ki released in the process as he awaited to see the action start. Hopefully, things would go well for the both of them, but there was a sinking feeling that things were going to get really bad really fast.

After all, it seemed like everyone was at each other's throats already.

Blizzard had listened to the random arcosian that spat out the facts of the case. So much so that everything he said was accurate like he was there during the whole incident. He knew where Blizzard had gone to and he knew about the whole ordeal. Whoever this arcosian was boiled Blizzard to his very core. After the man was done speaking, Blizzard had ripped off his cloak, revealing his six robotic arms and his six swords, three on the left hip and three on the right hip. He was so angry that this man knew everything, fucking everything about what he had done. WHOEVER THIS ARCOSIAN WAS, HE WAS MAJOR SUS. Blizzard was so angry to the point that he grabbed his mask and crushed it with a single closed fist as the pieces fell to the ground.

"You wanna know where I was? I was out there fighting a fucking war that Azoth had got us in! WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU WHEN AZOTH WAS DYING HUH?!!? WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU WHEN I HAD CALLED REINFORCEMENTS!?! YOU HAVE SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE OF THESE EVENTS LIKE YOU WERE THERE BUT THE ONLY ARCOSIANS WHO WERE AT THE WAR FRONT WERE MYSELF AND AZOTH. FOR A MAN WITH SUCH A STRONG POWER LEVEL AS YOURSELF, WE NEEDED SOMEONE LIKE YOU! AND WHO THE HELL WOULD GIVE INFORMATION TO YOU? YOU AREN'T MILITARY AT ALL! I SERVED THIS ARCOSIAN EMPIRE FOR DECADES! MY BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS ARE INGRAIN IN THIS!

SOON AFTER THE WAR SUBSIDED, I WENT TO KING TAORI AND APOLOGIZED TO THE INSURGENCY THAT HAD OCURED! I FOUND OUT WHO DID THESE DEEDS!"

Blizzard had tried to calm down, but he just couldn't at this point as he held onto his chest.

"Myself, along with Mint, and Azoth are the only ones who have showed our faces to the Arcosian Empire and its people! Yes we all are different in our own ideals. But who the hell are you? Some random that showed up out of nowhere! Mint you can't tell me you believe this guy for one second? He would look over at Mint and fold his arms across his chest. Getting the name of said individual and staring at him.

"You are just going to let what? A random space arcosian that knows nothing about our Arcosian Empire just come in and what? Fill the shoes of a leader? Is this some kind of joke or something? You are just going to let anyone come into the army fresh out and not interrogate them to see whether or not they are an imposter? I guess the criminal in you just will let anyone come in and take the throne huh?

I told you we could work together and I told you about the events on what happened and yet this random arcosian that shows up apparently seems to know so much information that he adds lies on top of that. Hate me all you want Mint, but as much as I didn't like Azoth's wishes and the way he did things, I would never kill him. I even told you that I didn't even want the throne but then this happened and while you were here just twiddling your thumbs, I was out there fighting a war. I care about the Arcosian Empire."

He would walk over to Mint and sigh to himself and being tired of being angry.

"I served in a war I didn't want to go to. I buried the soldiers that didn't make it back Mint. I was the one who had to tell the soldiers parents and relatives that their son or daughter didn't make it back. You may not trust me and I can see that. I didn't listen to you when it came to the mining situation. I was wrong and will accept that, but what I won't accept are the lies and deceits that are happening all around us. We are the only arcosians with power that is in this military from the start. Kick me out if you deem my role unfit. Arrest me if you want to, I won't put up a fight. Charge me with whatever crime you deem fit Mint. I only care so much about the Empire because I don't want it to fall into enemy hands. My loyalty and servitude has always been for the army. You have known me for a long time, yet you know this arcosian for two seconds. Trusting the unknown is a scary thing. I hope you are able to bring the peace to the Arcosian Empire and I wish you the-"

His heart started to pound. The power of the ring that Azuki had given him had started to manifest itself once again. Covered in the black shadow from the power. His eyes were now glowing red as it began. He took a kneel from this as he began to shout to the heavens.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH ME!!"

His voice had changed at this point. The evil of the ring was ever more present. First the Lookout tower situation and now this.

"The Mazoku will rise once again from the shadows! First the Capital Assault of the stupid saiyans and using this body to do so! And now the stupid arcosians!"

Blizzard began to draw all six of his swords as they all began to ignite one by one and now rushing towards Mint as he began to slash at Mint with all of his swords in an attempt to kill him!

Mint had arrived just as quickly as he had assumed, and had said about as much as he had expected as well. So far things were going exactly like he had mapped it out in his mind, and now he was waiting to see the reaction on Blizzard's face, but it seemed things weren't quite where he had expected them to end up after all. A ship even larger than his own dropped another guest, and surprisingly one he was at least aware though not on a personal level. Things had gone from annoying to amusing to flat out interesting, at least momentarily. What he had said, and almost certainly what the others had said clearly got under Blizzard's skin, and despite this stage the Arcosian himself had set up, he was acting out, spewing more nonsense, but clearly he was thinking less clearly, fully screaming now.

Instead of responding, he looked over to Mint, then to Ise, trying to get an idea of what they were thinking in that moment, but neither seemed as interested in what Blizzard was saying and more what he might do. Mint was composed, near to the extent Ward himself normally would have been, but Ise looked as if they were ready to remove Blizzard's arms one at a time and beat the piss out of him. A part of him really hoped that second part would play out, even more so now after the temper tantrum Blizzard had started to throw, but he couldn't imagine they'd be reckless enough to charge in quite so suddenly.

All the while Blizzard kept spewing his lies and his nonsense, but the longer it went on the more unhinged he became, but still Ward stayed silent. He had said what needed to be said, and despite his reasons for being here this wasn't about him. It was possible that the doubts Mint had in his mind could resurface even a bit with what Blizzard was saying as well, even if it was nothing more than a small percentage, but getting into an argument now of all times would do nothing for him, so he'd let Blizzard keep shouting and screaming and dig himself deeper in his ever growing hole.

When Blizzard finally started to wrap up his ranting he walked closer to Mint and put a hand on his shoulder to get his attention, giving nothing more than a nod, standing next to him. It seemed he would be cut short of the gesture he was attempting to make as Blizzard started to act further down the rabbit hole than he had already jumped, and Ward's hand gripped tighter onto Mint before he moved it away realizing he was still in physical contact with him. His own power began to rise slowly, but it didn't quite hit the spike it had when Mint first met him, and his facade of confident was replaced by a stone-faced serious look. He had no idea what was happening here, but the way Blizzard was reacting, the change in his voice, even speaking about the Mazoku, it felt far too familiar, but not in the intended way. There were immediate flashbacks to Namek, to Phakk, and Blizzard officially had Ward's full attention.

His first thought was to leap in between the two of them, but he knew how well that had worked in the fight on Namek, and unlike with Phakk he had an idea that Mint was more than strong enough to take what was coming. Before it was attacks from nearly five different directions and only one here, and given how strong Mint was he hoped he was at least capable of not going down in a single attack. Jumping back as Blizzard has his sights set straight at Mint he waited till he was striking and pointed his palms up towards the much larger Arcosian. For a split second his aura flared near triple his own body mass, and just as quickly it seemed to transfer into both palms as it shot forward at Blizzard's back in a barely visible wave.

Mint scouter beeped to life as two other large powers arrived along with a cluster of small powers. One of them was Ise, the <70,000> couldn’t be anyone else. The other was much lower at <4,000>. Must have been a strong Ise goon or something. Ise's voice rang out calling out what were they going to do, maybe she could get a chance to crack at the Arcosain or just watch. “Hmp. speak of the devil. Ise I have a position I wanna offer you. The Day of Emperor’s is over afterall. If we are going to shape Arcose we with this Triumvirate, I’ll offer you the spot.” Mint gave a nod. “Now if I got this battle my way. It be me just ripping Blizzard to shreds. But I don’t think it will be that easy. I bet you two always wanna get a lick in.” Guess that would be up to what Blizzard wanted to do.

Blizzard wanted to talk first. He seemed to be a raging mad man at what had gone on mainly with Brumal. He pointed out (and for one of the few times) rightfully that something was amiss. Brumal just comes out of nowhere and knows all this information on the battle of Plant. Honestly, the anger from the man must have been because Brumal was telling some truth. While indulging in these fantasies with such rage if you thought them false. In many ways, while he confirmed what Mint already assumed he did put a damming light on Brumal. How did he know all this stuff? He had to be at the battle to see it or know something at the battle with the information. It was possible Ise had given that information, she had been at the battle according to herself. But it seemed Ise just arrived on Arcose. For a moment Mint's eye drifted to Brumal as if to alert him that he was aware of Blizzard’s word but quickly shifted to face the Arcosian he was not gonna let his guard be dropped so easily.

“Imposter? You think they are someone else. That has taken another shape? Hmp. Arcose is a wide empire with an assortment of powerful warriors. Just because he is new does not mean he is an imposter. It sounds to me your deflecting at your failure. You want me to turn on Brumal here and side with you? You can cut a pretty good joke under stress Major.” Mint would let out a chuckle grinning slightly at Blizzard. But the man kept walking and claimed he never kill Azoth. “No your quite right. You’d not kill him. You were too much of a coward for that. Now set up a situation and help in ending his life. Certainly. I heard the tale of the battle, as more details come out it was clear you were not with the Emperor at his death. Killed by a barrage of Ozzaru as you told me once? A lie. He was killed by King Taori it seemed.” Mint waved his arms. “Not that I hold a grudge. It was war, Azoth lost. That war is done with.” If people were watching this might as well shoot out that subtle warning to Taori.

Blizzard claimed that be more than fine with being arrested, that he willing to do just that as long as he didn’t fall in the hand of the foe. He wanted to serve Arcose. “Well good that is easy if disappointing. We are still going to have to break every limb in your body. I can’t have you changing your mind. So if you would not mind you hold still and the three of us will take care of that.” He glanced at Ise and Brumal. “Don’t kill him. But rough him up. As I said we don’t want him running off. Unless you two wanna overrule me.” He had to remember he was saying they all be equals if the two of them wanted to do something else he’d follow along.

Then Blizzard seemed to change. An Evil power rising in the Arcosian. Mint was stunned for a second a flash of fear forming on his face. He remembered what Phakk did to him, and for a moment he assumed that the same had occurred to Blizzard. Only unlike himself, Blizzard had failed to resist such a force. Mint composed himself just in time to see Blizzard launch at him to attack. Mint aura exploded as he transformed to his max power his form quickly shifting into a bulked-up version of his true form, “HAAAAAAH!” He would fire off a powerful crimson beam at the swords which deflected the blade off course but nothing more. He glanced as Brumal had also attacked. “Well, that I should of expected! Clearly something has occurred with Blizzard! I want him alive! Beat him within an inch of his life if you must! Whatever happened to him I want to know!” This one was a bit more forceful because of his own fear of the power that overcame Blizzard.

(With Ward stopping the attempted Split by Blizzard. Mint gonna stay right here)

Ise was surprised to feel a familiar power signature rocketing its way from orbit on a roughly similar trajectory to the one she had taken just a few moments after her own arrival, having enough time to detect it Ise casually scooted herself in the air a few feet further away and flexed her power upon the newest arrivals impact with the ground to avoid her armor being dirtied too soon.

“I was not quite expecting you to join in on the fun down here Laminia, try to stay safe once things inevitably start getting exciting. Please avoid directly engaging if open battle happens, your current power is not quite enough to do more than put you at risk against him. If the battle does not move outside the city I’ll need you to get the people to safety.” Ise said giving her a quick grin, she was not entirely certain on if Blizzard would be so foolish but the fact his general response to things was to lose his cool immediately and begin ranting and raving about Brumal definitely did not paint a picture of stability.

“Ah. So he’s insane.” Ise muttered just loud enough for Laminia to likely hear as things began rapidly escalating, Blizzard appeared to… lose himself to something? He had ALREADY sounded unhinged before but his strange ring had him abruptly proclaiming the rise of the… Mazoku? That was a type of Namekian if memory served. She frankly did not much care what the source of his apparent insanity was.

Brumal kept Mint protected which was a rather pleasant surprise, having him as a third faction in this fight would have been annoying even if it was likely he would have helped put down Blizzard first, the fact he was protecting Mint indicated though that it was unlikely he would, at least at the moment, be likely to turn on them.

And then Mint went ahead and made a rather INTERESTING reveal, when last they had spoken he seemed keen to sit on the throne personally, now however he had apparently done some thinking and was looking to revive his sadly doomed-to-fail concept of having Arcose ruled by multiple people.

The idea of Azoth and her Father ruling together had been functionally impossible, but Mints new proposed Triumverate was apparently composed of Himself, Brumal, and he wanted ISE to act as its third member. That gave her a moment's pause.

She’d been unwilling to become Empress because taking the throne now on her own was… well frankly a BAD idea, she had little experience ‘ruling’ and only some experience commanding, but this was… different, better even as it meant that she was already primed for taking the throne one day down the road when she felt ready.

It really was rather perfect.

“Deal!” Ise shouted with a grin as she powered up letting go of all restraints on her power and causing the nearby ground to crack as she took aim at Blizzard and fired off a quick attack, her power was not nearly as potent as the three Arcosians could achieve but she’d make damn sure to be as much of a hindrance to Blizzard as was possible.

As Lamina had predicted, chaos did indeed break down between the three Arcosians and Ise, but not in the way he expected. A three way party leadership was something mostly unheard of in Arcosian society, there wasn't anything in their laws that went against this sort of rule, or at least if there was a rule against it, he didn't know about it. But none of that mattered in the slightest at the moment, as Blizzard went mad, a shadowy and dark energy emerging from the Arcosian's body as he claimed about being something called a "Mazoku" and how he was still angry about the Citadel attack.

"Hmm, Mazoku... never heard of the term before. Lady Ise, do you have any idea what that means?"

In the end, whatever Blizzard did mean about the Mazoku didn't matter much to him as the Arcosian found himself being dogpiled by everyone in the area at once. To Lamina, he had an incredibly hard time keeping up even with his cybernetic eye, as Brumai and Ise moved in what seemed like an instant to him, and Mint shot out a beam that barely even registered more than a flash of light before it managed to hit the criminal despot head-on.

It truly was incredible, Lamina thought, seeing multiple fighters head on face off against such a strong opponent. Such a thing had never happened in Kuriza City under his watch, and there was no telling whether or not they were going to destroy the city in the aftermath of the fight. The best he could do was help civillians evacuate from the city, but he still wanted to keep aim on Blizzard, in case he tried anything funny during the fight.

Hence, as he got ready to help evacuate citizens, he set up his sniper rifle, the Hibernal's Grudge, locking the legs down on the ground before pressing a button to activate the weapon before running off. Once it was activated, the rifle moved on it's own, keeping it's scope on Blizzard's hands and tracking the movements of his swordplay before firing support fire from the backlines. These attacks weren't meant to actually damage him, but more to distract and disorient him, so that the heavy hitters had a easier time breaking through. It wasn't much, but for the Glass Tribesman turned NSFW General, it was the best he could muster for the moment as he analyzed Blizzard one last time and gave some advice to his boss.

"Lady Ise, the Hibernal's Grudge has been set up to provide suppressive fire. Nothing too devastating, just enough to force him to let go of a sword or two. I suggest you use the opportunity to either grab one of his swords and use it against him, or to target the source of his dark energies. I can't tell what exactly it is from this far a distance, but if you do choose the latter, there is something small on his person that's instilling him with a massive amount of Dark Ki. Figures read 600,000... 610,000... 620,000... 630,000... 640,000! I repeat, a power level of 640,000!"

640,000 certainly was a frightening number, but considering that all three of the other fighters combined exceeded a million when counted together, it wasn't as frightening as Lamina first thought. What was frightening though was the fact that he was standing right by a person this powerful, even at his own now paltry Power Level of 20,000 and even while invisible. As such, he ran away as far as his legs could take him, giving the job for the heavy hitters to take care of as he gave his final commands to Ise.

"With the Grudge set up, I'm going to proceed in evacuating the city. Go all out, Lady Ise. Make our Hibernal proud."

A crimson beam flew straight for Blizzard as two of his swords being on the primary right, and secondary right sword would clash against it. The bright light from the crimson attack itself would cause his eyes to somewhat squint in the process. Grunt noise escaped his lips as he would have had an easier time dealing with Mint but since he was being dog piled, he had no other choice in the matter. Both attacks had collided and it proved that both attacks had fizzled in the process as Mint was left still standing after all of it. Before Blizzard could swing his left arms to assault Mint, that was when Ward's attack had caught him in the back. The damage to his back had left deep scars on his back that would rip the tissues, muscles, and cause his back to bleed from three of the long scars that now was on his back. However with his current state of being covered in the black entity figure, it would show as a black liquid dropping down to the ground instead.

The coating of the entity was indeed thick, but the power behind that strike clearly had more punch behind what was actually being seen. Blizzard's back started to hurt soon after the attack like he had been running a straight mile with poor running posture but 10x worst being applied. Taking a kneel from the attack his breath had escaped his lungs as the next assault had taken place as he turned around and tried to slice Ward's chest with three of his left swords and trying to slice up his torso in the process!

After the attempt was made, the blind girls attack had came forth and struck him straight in his chest now! Ki attacks were rupturing his chest at this point. Causing pressure to his chest, adding the collapse of his airway as he had to take a moment to breath at this point but with the added shortness of breath it was deemed almost impossible at this point. He shotted to the heavens. The strong gust of wind was powerful enough in itself to cause the android's attack to bounce off in the process and go elsewhere!

"The Mazoku will rise again. Kami couldn't defeat this body or her pathetic friends! You lot are no different! You all will bear witness to the power!"

He was well aware that his attack had been far from impressive compared to the other two Arcosians, but even being this offensive was far outside of Ward's wheel house. For a brief moment however the world had tunnel visioned on Blizzard to a dangerous degree, being snapped out of it quickly by a blast of energy grabbing his attention as it hit Blizzard not long after his own attack had struck clean. Mint had immediately nullified Blizzard's attack, and now there was the briefest of moments to reassess the situation and look over his shoulder. In the midst of what was happening he hadn't noticed the other person showing up before, but it seemed they were with Ise, and his first thought was worrying they would get in the way given their energy signature compared to the others.

It was an immediate relief however realizing they weren't here to get closely involved but as support, even openly saying they were about to start evacuations; yet another burden removed from his mind as he wasn't keen on having to protect so many people as well as the others. Moving further away from Blizzard from the moment he jumped all the way back to land next to Ise, finding his timing more lucky than intentional as Blizzard swung and missed by far less than he would have like. Now more confident Mint could handle himself, he thought it best to stay further back from those blades and to stay out of Mint's way, and more importantly wanting to be able to put himself between Ise and Blizzard if it became necessary.

"Strange way for us to meet."

His eyes never left Blizzard, and there was the slightest grin as Blizzard was still reeling from the after effects of his attack. Such a reaction never got old when his attack struck and the pain seemed minor, then the sudden exhaustion like a bad aftertaste hitting and confusing its target. If Blizzard hadn't seemed more than a few screws loose before, he had grabbed the screwdriver and plied them firmly out of place, shooting into the air and spewing further nonsense. Raising both arms he watched the deflection and looked to created a barrier just above the still evacuating crowd as the deflected blast was stopped before the situation immediately became an ugly scene.

"I'd suggest we not toy around with this for long. He's clearly lost it and I have no doubt he'll start getting desperate before long and do something stupid."

Mint growled as Blizzard coiled to attack again. He seemed to be pretty stubborn about the situation. He was not going to stop despite his attack being negated. “Fine with me you tin can.” Mint hissed but Brumal's attack slammed into the back of Blizzard and seemed to do some hefty damage. “Heh so guess you all did decide you fully step in. As I said it a shame I don’t get to rip Blizzard limb from limb myself but!” Mint aura flared. “We might as well show our combined power.” Mint grinned even wider as he saw Ise had also attacked and landed a solid blow on Blizzard and confirmed she’d take him up on his offer. On this day the old order had been torn down now they were three emperors of the empire. But of course, they had to get their throne. Which meant Blizzard had to be dealt with.

Blizzard seemed to have been turned crazy calling out The mazoku would rise again and the Kami could not even him. “Guess you caused some trouble on Earth first. Shame I didn’t catch you there. I was on earth too but I could not stay too long. But you come crawling to me.” Mint grin reached the maximum it could as his aura exploded his muscles bulking slightly. He listened as Brumal gave out the battle plan. They needed to end this quickly or else he might do something. “Agreed. I’ll handle this front line engagement. You two back me up. I am nearly as strong as him. If he tries something make sure he does not get away with it or the city is not destroyed. We cannot rule this empire if the capital is shambles.” Mint aura exploded to the max as he would burst forward towards the downed Blizzard. His leg would shoot out to slam into the gut of the Arcosian and knock him into the air. He was gonna take the battle towards space so any blasts he fired could be reacted to by Brumal and Ise.

Ise smirked as her and Brumal’s attacks connected, she could even feel something about Brumal’s attack appeared to almost be lingering on Blizzard, what exactly it would do she was uncertain but what she felt reasonably sure of was that it would be nothing good for him, Brumal soon landed near her and narrowly avoided Blizzard’s blade giving Ise a chance to study Blizzard’s style a bit, in spite of his slightly crazed state it was clear he knew what he was doing with those blades.

“That it is, I had intended on contacting you before something like this but it seems everyones timetables have gotten pushed up.” Ise said with a shrug while Blizzard took to the sky “I’ll be doing my best to weaken him, between you and Mint taking him down should not be terribly difficult. If you can try to get him to burn energy, I have a few tricks that should make a decent impact on him if they can land” With that Ise would take off pulling away from Brumal to ensure that none of them were TOO close to each other to allow Blizzard to try anything tricky.

“Good job Lamina, I’m counting on you to keep them safe.” Ise said as she passed her companion and then took aim on Blizzard once more to hopefully keep up the pressure on him while Brumal and Mint presumably were working on recovering some of the energy they had expended on the initial attack by Blizzard.

Ise launched another rapid series of blasts at Blizzard aiming primarily to do a bit of damage to the joints on his now far more numerous arms.

As the chaos for the control of the Arcosian Empire continued to go all out within Kuriza City, a coordinated effort began to evacuate it's citizens from the danger zone. Many smaller ships, commanded by both NSFW members as well as relief workers, landed on the streets, picking up hundreds of citizens at once, before rising back into the stars and flying off in the direction of the Crystal Casino orbiting above the city. All the while, Lamina spearheaded this evacuation effort, having made orders using his military credentials to begin this escape procedure, and subsequently using the emergency broadcast system to deliver out a (slightly embellished) warning across all of Arcose.

"Attention citizens of Arcose! This is a urgent broadcast bulletin! A climatic battle has broken out over Kuriza City, between several figures who are capable of destroying it in it's entirety! Among them, this includes General Blizzard, a man who has reportedly murdered the previous Emperor Azoth, and who has orchestrated an attack on the Capital of the Saiyan Kingdom!"

"Breaking news, the Ice Pit is-"

"Quiet you, the city's at stake! We have no time for whatever it is your talking about!" Kicking away an incoming Arcosian reporter, Lamina dusted off his uniform and picked up the man's papers, before putting them to the side. Whatever was going on in the Pit, it wasn't of much importance to the soldier as it was for the citizens of Kuriza to be fully evacuated. With that taken care of though, Lamina continued his urgent broadcast, keeping watch over the battle as it started to creep closer and closer to the city streets with a look of worry on his face.

"As I was saying... with General Blizzard being a highly unpredictable being and, at least according to my eye scouter having his madness further empowered by Dark Ki, there is no telling what he will do to gain complete dominance over the battle. As of this moment we are issuing out a full evacuation of Kuriza City, of all of it's inhabitants! Please, if you value your life, take to the nearest shuttle and hang on for dear life! Once your on, we will be evacuating you to the Crystal Casino, where you will receive a 50% discount for a one week stay as we rebuild the city... or whatever's left of it that is."

Meanwhile, as Lamina gave his report on the situation, the Hibernal's Grudge continued to provide support fire on the battlefield, launching various lasers in General Blizzard's direction. With the span of two seconds, it launched three lasers each for four of his six arms, the power high enough to force the General to let go of his swords if they hit, but not enough to actively damage his body. All the while, the sniper rifle started to charge energy for a true attack, searching for the source of the Arcosian's Dark Ki to lock onto in an attempt to blast it off from him. Whether it succeeded or not depended on the work of the three united warriors, and whether they could make an opening for this precise shot.

Lamina doubted it'd work though, as he looked out to watch the battle from within the news tower he had entered. After all, the general had become a monster, and he had no equipment specifically built to deal with monsters such as him. It was worth a shot though, so long as the general didn't block it.
