Ise smirked as her blast tore through one of Blizzard’s extra limbs and seemingly did quite a lot of damage to it, still however in spite of this it was rather clear that no matter the damage BLizzard would not be so easily stopped, he infact seemed to barely even actively register it and pressed on with his wild attacks, his first effort was a strike aimed at Laminia, he launched some sort of weapon at them just before Ise’s attack connected with him and Ise was half ready to move to defend her subordinate when the attack was intercepted by…

Ise was actually not quite sure WHAT had caused the interception, she had felt a slight pulse of energy from Brumal so perhaps it was some technique of his, at least though it meant that Lamina was kept safe and that meant that Ise could remain focused on the battle with Blizzard.

It was right about at that moment that Blizzard moved fast enough that Ise had trouble actually keeping a lock on his position, it was really only the fact that he had been approaching her directly that allowed her to realize what was happening, how exactly she would defend herself was the real question, she felt surge of power from him which was somewhat heartening but the sheer volume of attacks that he could theoretically put out would make it difficult for her to avoid being hit and…

Ise cocked her head slightly as Brumal appeared before her and took up defending her against Blizzard’s wild onslaught, that was VERY unexpected though of course not at all unappreciated, it was a rather interesting method of defense as well, he appeared to be actively creating objects from thin air, something Ise was familiar enough with in concept to not be completely caught off guard though she had assumed it to be some sort of Demon magic, that Brumal, an Arcosian, could learn it made her VERY curious, perhaps she could learn as well, that would be a rather fun thing to have in common with Zerori.

Ise shook her head and willed herself to NOT be distracted by thoughts of Zerori and refocused on the battle at hand, with Brumal taking up her defense and Mint sending her a scouter message with plans for a combined assault Ise smirked and launched into position once she felt Mint take off.

Mint did his part launching an attack from Blizzard’s left and Ise would after a moment follow up with a rush at Blizzard’s righthand side taking aim and firing off a stronger attack than her previous efforts in hopes to make good use of Mint and Brumal’s combined efforts.

As the battle continued to get more and more hectic within the city, Lamina continued to give out his reports on the dangerous battles going on, all the while continuing to evacuate everyone in the city to the Crystal Casino. Despite Mint's orders to the contrary, Lamina knew that nothing was certain in a fight, and while a one on three was advantageous for the triumvirate of leaders, collateral damage done to end the fight was very much inevitable and with their strength, the city was pretty likely to get heavily damaged. The best he could do was get everyone out from the city, and for his part he was doing it well.

However, in the middle of all of this fighting, the building was struck by Blizzard's thrown blade, and while he avoided being attacked by it head on, he felt a immense pain as it passed by the side of his chest, melting off a chunk of flesh before colliding with the sound equipment and causing the whole building to explode. This explosion did way more damage then the grazing slash did, causing the cyborg to be launched out into the open and through one of the evacuating shuttles, causing it to crash land back onto the ground before he himself slammed into the side of the building.

Also at this point is when the Hibernal's Grudge finally fired, launching a laser straight on at Blizzard and being launched sharp at the ring that the device homed in on. The blast was very weak compared to the person it was aiming at, but in spite of this it was able to knock the ring straight off of Blizzard's hand and onto the ground as the evil Arcosian was sent reeling by Mint's final attack. Now freed from Blizzard, it landed right on top of Ise's head, with a soft plop.

With this development having happened, Lamina climbed down the side of the building which he was sent into, before looking to the three fighters. Until the Grudge fired, things looked like he was either dead from the attack or simply knocked out, but now that evacuations were almost done, it was time to give a report.

"Lady Ise, it looks like evacuations have just finished! Everyone should be on the way to the Crystal Casino for now, and it's about time to figure out how we will rebuild this city for the greater good."

At that point, Lamina ran straight up to the three, before bringing out some papers for the trio. "Oh, two more things. One, I believe this is for you." Handing out the papers from earlier to Mint, the report brought news about a breakout within the Ice Pit, but Lamina did not read any of that, simply giving it to the leader as if it were some military report given to a superior officer. "It's some report about the Ice Pit, but I'm afraid I don't know more than that. Someone tried to show it to me earlier but I was still evacuating people and had to push him away before he got to explaining it. I hope you understand."

"As for the other thing..." Lamina said, as he plucked the ring from Ise's head and showed it to the trio. "This ring was what I was detecting the Dark Ki from, the one which was powering Blizzard. The question is though... what should we do with it? Do we destroy it? Or do we study it?"

Walking up to Ise, Lamina placed the ring in her hand, before walking kneeling down for her "Until we figure it out, I suggest one of us keeps a hold on it. Not too closely of course, considering what happened to that tyrant, but we also don't want it falling into the hands of someone who knows what they're doing with it. And since your my boss, I naturally choose you. I pray you choose wisely, Lady Ise."

Ise surveyed the general area taking in as much as she could with her senses to guage the actual damage to the city, overall it was certainly not GOOD but it was a far cry from what it could have been and from what she could tell aside from Blizzard of course there were no casualties, and really that was certainly no real loss, Mint appeared to be somewhat frustrated for reasons Ise was entirely unsure of and at least for the moment she chose not to care about.

If it was something important he likely would have spoken up so she assumed it had to do with perhaps the lack of spectators for the declaration of their taking over of the Empire or perhaps annoyance that he had not managed to handle the situation without damaging the city. Either option was pretty much irrelevant at the moment and Ise was in too good a mood to try and navigate whatever else might be frustrating him.

As Mint declared their rise Ise made sure that his message was being broadcast properly throughout the Empire, once that was confirmed she floated off to the top of a nearby building and took a seat as they waited to see if anyone would be foolish enough to contest them. She mentally ticked off the number of people who even COULD do so and the results were amusingly bare, short of an alliance between Earth and Plant she was fairly certain there was no organized group capable of stopping them at the moment and assuming the positive relationships she’d been working toward held at least somewhat strong Ise was reasonably certain the few who COULD would not do so at least at present.

If they eventually decided to become a threat to them it would certainly change things but for now she imagined the rest of the universes strongest would simply wait and watch which was all Ise really needed.

As the minutes passed Ise became bored with just waiting and tapped her visor giving orders to those up on the Emperor’s Arm to move ahead on the assumption that Arcose would fall into their grasp, previously her forces were prepared for the idea of simply returning to being an allied force with the Empire, now though she was apart of its actual leadership.
It was quite a bit more than Ise had expected but she was more than willing to use this opportunity to its fullest, it was a rather rare chance to expedite her understanding of being a leader on this sort of level without the dangers of simply fighting her way to the top alone.

A few more long minutes passed making it feel VERY clear that nobody was going to oppose them “I think we’re in the clear, I’m going to head back up to the Emperor’s Arm and oversee things there and make sure nothing has gone on while we were busy here. We will need to properly sort out how this” Ise made a gesture at the three of them “will actually work out, the sooner the better. If nothing more pressing arises we should meet at the Palace early tomorrow” Ise knew it was perhaps a BIT bold of her to act as she was but her Father had always made it clear that when it came to the great political ‘game’ it was best to be proactive, Ise imagined she had far more catching up to do compared to Mint or Brumal so making it clear she had every intention of acting as the leader she now was would be smart and ideally keep Mint and Brumal from assuming she would or COULD be ignored in the future.

With her part said Ise gave a slight bow to the pair and took to the air giving one last comment to her subordinate before taking off toward the massive ship looming above them “Laminia, feel free to keep an eye on things down here or join me back on the Arm”

No one else arrived. No one wanted to challenge there power. Understandable, the three of them together would be nearly unstoppable. Mint closed his eyes letting it soak in. He had gotten almost everything he wanted. Arcose would rise from its ashes thanks to him. But there was a lot of work to be done and he also tied his fate to two others. He knew Ise would eventually try to take full power. He was not sure what Brumal would do or even fully who he was. So there was a lot to think about but it seems they would be fine. Mint let it all sink in fully into his soul. As one of the new Emperor's of Arcose he had a duty to bring this world to its peak and then eventually be replaced it seemed.

They had an empire to run, so he buried that. He had gotten almost everything he wanted. He should be proud, this could of gone so wrong. Instead, the world thanks to Blizzard broadcast had seen his death his sight of the craziness. The Saiyan would see it and they connect the dots. He was a traitor and a Wildman. They were sophistical and powerful. Challenging them would end in disaster. First, they would rebuild the empire from the state Azoth actions left it in. Then they would potentially expand. Maybe they would conquer everything. Or maybe not, he didn't know. As long the empire thrived he did not care. "Yes we will have to meet up tomorrow. For now we celebrate." He glanced seeing Ise and Brumal had already left. He must of gotten too absorbed in his thoughts. He would begin to float upwards. Yes, he needed to back to the moon to get everyone off it. And himself. This was the end of him being some crime boss. It take some time getting use too but this new position was more lucrative then a mob boss. He no longer rules in the shadows, he ruled in the light without a fear in the world.
