When Rensou had found out that the Saiyans and Tuffles had gone to war with each other he assumed that the Saiyans would be victorious. When he found out that the Saiyans had indeed won he assumed that the Saiyan banner would be planted across the great Tuffle structures (those left standing) and that the population would be either wiped out or take into servitude. Yet when he flew to the capital city of Hatchi he found that losing a war isn't always as bad as all that. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that the Saiyans had actually been more damaged in the conflict than the Tuffles had been.
That's not to say that the Tuffles didn't have their wounds to heal, but the great relief effort he assumed would be here was much smaller than anticipated. He thought that he'd touch down and give the people a hand in their effort; maybe get close to someone with power and maybe get a meeting with the Tuffle Chancellor. What he realized when actually arriving at the city was that most of the Tuffle population were happy to get on with their lives as they were before the war. Thought it was hard to say that this left him disappointed, he was upset at losing out on an opportunity.
The damage that he did come upon made him think to the battles he missed out on. He wondered who it was took part in them; obviously Taori was one of them, but Azoth? Zuqetta? K4? All people he had relationships with, and all whom he had fell out of contact with. Were they even still alive? And what side did they fight on? From what he understood there was a concession on the side of the Tuffles, but it seemed like more of a stalemate from both sides. The Tuffle people certainly had some fight in them, which only made him more eager to get in contact with the Chancellor.
He didn't really have a direct line of contact with... anybody as of right now, so he was expecting anything to come easy. His Saiyan appearance understandably only made things more difficult, as any assistance he did offer was often meet with a not so polite shooting down. It's not like he could really explain to these people who or what he was, so he simply nodded and left whenever they asked him to. How would these people come to accept the new peace? What did that even mean? As far Rensou could tell the Saiyans placed no burden that was not already there.
Feeling a little annoying at his lack of progress, Rensou decided to stop bothering the residential Tuffles and instead turned his attention over to the business owners. Pushing his way through the crowded streets he found an open juice bar which was definitely one of his cravings. He didn't have much experience with the fruits that the Tuffles grew in the capital, so he just ordered one of everything blended up in a cup. He once again was given a few strange looks, but he tried to ignore it as much as possible; unfortunately his social skills would let him down. "You know, for a group of losers, you guys sure seem pretty happy right about now."
