The Large Trial
After a little bit over a day of a travel, Maxsuz and his very important prisoner arrived at Sadala Capital, at the heart of the Saiyan civilization. As the ships pierced through the pink atmosphere, the Himônus would absorve the city's skyline. A smirk appeared on his face while he thought about it.
"Well, at least they got the architecture right."
Once the pods had landed at the central spaceport, Maxsuz put on his white mask, walked out of his vessel and opened up the second one, where Major Blizzard remained during the trip, still restrained by the energy suppressing handcuffs.
"We're here. Get out."
Not more than a few seconds after their arrival, the two aliens were surrounded by armed Saiyan soldiers. An official came to Maxsuz and saluted him.
"Welcome back, Mr. Renegade. We have made contact before, in your mission to bring defectors to justice in the Saiba Wastelands."
"Ah, yes. I remember your voice. It was a shame I ended up only being able to collect their corpses. I would have liked to see them judged and punished by your Law myself. Thankfully, this time, I've brought one of the big ones, alive."
The female official stared at the restrained Arcosian and squinted her eyes in disgust.
"Major Blizzard in the flesh, if you can even say that. I'll be honest with you, Mr. Renegade. We weren't all that hopeful you would succeed in your mission."
The Argin scoffed at that comment.
"Believe me. It's not the first time I've been underestimated by a Saiyan, nor will it be the last. Now then, shall we head to the Palace? I'm certain the king will be pleased to see what I've brought him."
"Yes, of course. Right this way. We'll escort you to the Palace."
With a few minutes between the spaceport and the center of Sadala Capital, the convoy arrived at the Saiyan Palace. The official made a hand sign, and the guards opened the great gates. They crossed through the great hallways of the castle, with dozens of guards surrounding Blizzard at once. Finally, they had gotten to the main court's doors. The official explained the next steps.
"I'll enter first and inform the king of your arrival. You will wait here until you are called by name."
The bounty hunter nodded.
"Understood."
