Blizzard’s towering figure would make any man fear the robotic looking arcosian. His massive oversize cloak that covered his entire back, torso, and arms was something he always dawned. Blizzard had been busy on Arcose with speaking to Mint about the incident that he had done on Earth. Blizzard needed to correct his mistakes and that was with Derry the president of Earth.
He stood at easily 10ft and weighing at 300lb of mostly muscle, he stood at the gates of Derry’s domain. He felt nervous that he was meeting a world leader from the planet he had stolen from, and he also was nervous because he wondered just how strong the man was. If he was just like Azoth and if a fight broke out, he wondered if he could beat the man in combat. He didn’t come here for that and came here to resolve the problem.
In order to show that he came here on good terms, he would have a glass of red wine in his left hand. He would want to make sure that he was less intimidating than he actually looked. The people who were guarding Derry’s domain had looked at Blizzard and Blizzard was quick to address them.
“Hello there, I am Major Blizzard of the Arcosian Empire and I am here to meet Derry.”
Thread PL: 70,000 | Items: Scouter"Let him in. The two of us have quite a bit of chatting to do..."
Derry allowed the guards to stand aside and let Blizzard enter his castle, though it wasn't entirely out of a desire to be friendly with the arcosian. The man has already slighted Derry before, and if he's also managed to get on Mint's nerves it only spells out further trouble coming from Blizzard. Still, he might as well give the lizard a chance to explain his actions, and perhaps find some way to help repay for his transgressions. Perhaps he could cut a deal with him just like with Mint, though he can't exactly shake the feeling that he might be a bit less cooperative than the previous arcosian considering their rough start with each other. That, of course, will all depend on Blizzard's own intentions.
For now, Derry waits inside of the king's office, sinking into his leather chair while looking through some of the most recent documents put forward by his field agents in the other major cities. Nothing too much seems to be happening in any major populations, so that's quite reassuring, but the president couldn't help but shake the feeling that something is going to go wrong very soon. He doesn't think Blizzard would be a cause of it, or would even be related, but for some reason the mob boss couldn't shake this feeling of dread. What could it be...

Entering the office, he had the wine in hand and continued to stand. He would gently place down the briefcase on the table, which when it came to the amount of fuel he took from the ship, it was approximately 50k
“In the briefcase there is 50k. As for why I took it. It was an abandoned mining section and I needed fuel for my ship. I wasn’t aware at the time that Earth had a fueling station for ships since I mostly see cars in the city.
I have been to many worlds where abandoned mines are free to take from. I didn’t know this planet was different. I have heard the rumors that Yangcong had a trial on this Planet regarding his crimes. Hopefully you don’t plan to go that route with me.”
Blizzard would continue to stare at the man assessing his power level. It was pitiful to say the least. He would walk over to Derry and attempted to grab a hold of his neck.
“You are nothing but a scrawny wimps. Your kind is a fucking joke. This planet is nothing but wimps. You are the leader of this sorry excuse for a planet? Ha. And here I was worried for a second.”
He would attempt to toss the glass of wine in Derry’s face.
“I have no time for out classed leaders. You need strength to conquer a planet. 5,000 power level isn’t going to protect a God damn thing.”
He would then toss Derry against the wall if his grabbing him was allowed to begin with.
“I’m done with this.”
Blizzard would take his money back and close the briefcase.
Derry does have to admit that seeing Blizzard for the first time not only made his blood boil, but also sent a shiver down his spine. Not because he was particularly intimidated by the man, but that same feeling of dread was slowly starting to pick up once more. He glares at the arcosian as he walks into the room, noticing the little briefcase in his hand. "I suppose you're truly here to make ammends, then?" Derry commented as the lizard plans the briefcase on the table. fifty thousand zeni was quite a small price, making the president question if this man even has resources to begin with. "You'll have better luck finding them in any of our major cities, Mister Blizzard," Derry replies, "I'd suggest reading up on planet Earth from time to time. You might learn something for the next time you visit."
He raises an eyebrow at the mention of that damned fool Yangcong, wondering just what the hell he has to do with the conversation. "I'd rather move on from that thing. So long as you've made your payments and given your apologies, I'm sure it will be enough." Derry couldn't help but feel like Blizzard was glaring right at him as the conversation continued. Mint sure must've done a thing or two to his pride if he looks so pissed off at this point. He'll have to give that arcosian a call sometime to see what exactly happened, and if he had anything to do with the emperor's recent disappearance. Perhaps he'll even assist him in taking over in exchange for some favors...
It took Derry a bit to realize that Blizzard was walking right up to him, moving around his desk and grabbing hold of his neck, the president struggling to breath for a bit as Blizzard begins taunting him about his apparent lack of strength. What in the ever living FUCK is wrong with this man?! Does he not know a thing about discipline? And how is such a high ranking member of Azoth's government this much of an imbecile that he doesn't consider the possibility of suppressing one's energy? In his anger, Blizzard throws the wine into Derry's face, staining the top of his white shirt before tossing him against a wall and attempt to leave with all of the zeni he had just attempted to deliver.
"Not yet you fucker!" Derry shouts before lunging forward and hitting the button from underneath the desk. Just like his meeting with Mint, all of the doors to Derry's office along with the windows are completely shut with reinforced steel doors, something that Blizzard can very easily tear through, but it was more for the purpose of sounding the alarm and alerting the guards. Derry's power level begins to rise up as he stands up from the desk, his hair ruined from the wine the lizard tossed earlier. "You dare come to MY planet, steal MY fuel, leave without any repayment, assault ME, and leave? I always thought you were a moron, but I never took you for this much of a fool." With that, Derry fires a single small pink fireball right at the arcosian's chest. The guards should be here in any minute to provide assistance should Blizzard continue to be a plague on Derry's day.

Blizzard started to laugh. The pink fire had struck it chest and did absolutely nothing. Was this some kind of joke? Not going at full power was rather strange.
“I’m glad that you decided to reveal your power to me. Leaders should always show their power when it comes to meeting others. You see, many arcosians don’t like weak individuals. I’m glad you decided to show your true strength. And calm down earthling. You aren’t a threat to me.”
He would bring his mouth close to Derry’s ear.
“And you know something. You never will be.”
He would casually turn around from Derry, only this time, he would send his metal tail straight for Derry’s chest, intending to rip his shirt and toss him against the wall. He had such a big mouth and reputation to keep as leader of Earth but he clearly lacked the drive to do anything about it.
The back and forward of being nice and then arrogant was working well for Blizzard.
“I suggest you quit while you are ahead. Many die young at your age.”
He truly wanted to test the man to see if he had what it took to be the protector of this planet. If he couldn’t stand against his own with Blizzard, then perhaps he wasn’t worth defending this planet.
If the man was smart, he would notice that Blizzard didn’t even draw any of his swords out to take this man on. Not because of arrogance, but because he wanted to see the man in action and didn’t want to kill him either.
Well this day wasn't going the way Derry had anticipated in the slightest. Originally he thought he was just gonna make a little bit of money, get a half-hearted apology and that would be it. Instead here he was getting pushed around in his own damn office by some snot-nosed lizard who flaunts his own power around as if it's some sort of bragging right, acting like some child. His scouter sunglasses start beeping loudly before the arcosian attempts to slam his tail right into his body, and with some quick thinking Derry raises his power level up to his peak before unleashing a sudden torrent of flames that surrounds his body in an attempt to stop Blizzard's assault.
Unfortunately, even with his sudden burst of power he still wasn't a match for Blizzard as the lizard's tail slams right into his chest, sending him flying backwards, shattering all of the windows on the backwall despite the steel reinforcing. The lizard makes another threat against Derry as he tries to pull himself out of the back wall, his chest still aching from the sudden impact, feeling that he might've suffered a broken rib or two. Just what the hell was his problem?! Even still, Derry was able to get a good look at Blizzard's power level with his sunglasses, and what little spirits he did have left suddenly vanished as he sees that he is facing an arcosian with a power level of over five hundred thousand. There was just no possible way for him to win.
"Just... What the hell is wrong with you?" Derry mutters, still trying to catch his breath from the sudden evacuation of air from his lungs, looking for a way out as he hears the footsteps of castle guards gathering outside of the office. "Do you even realize what you're doing? You could've just apologized and left the money, and you wouldn't be marked for dead on Earth. You want me to fight you? You're a damned fool, you know that?" The president slams his fist into the walls behind him, a small part of the structure crumbling behind him as he slips out of the makeshift hole and floats outside of the building. "I refuse to entertain you any more, Blizzard. Just know that you should leave Earth while you can, or else you'll be a dead man in no time." With that last threat out of the way, Derry blasts away from the king's castle to gain as much distance from Blizzard as he possibly can.
As he flies away, Derry presses a single button on the side of his scouter sunglasses, contacting his security team and explaining, "Blizzard of the Arcose Empire attempted to assault and murder me, but I think I'm in the clear. I want all personnel to regroup and focus their efforts on taking him down. We're putting a bounty on his head: One hundred million zeni for the ones who take care of this problem. Dead or alive, doesn't matter." With that, he continues his retreat from the castle, aiming to hide out at the Dirty Snakes HQ until this whole thing blows over.

"I see, so you're putting a bounty on my head huh? You really think I came here to kill you. I came here to test your strength and to see just how strong you were. It looks like I have to take your threat seriously now."
Instead of following the man, he would look at his entire office and begin to destroy the entire property as the president left. He wouldn't destroy the building, he would instead go floor by floor, section by section, and cause so much destruction of property that it would be worth a lot to replace all the equipment. He would make sure that Derry had to pay a lot of money, on top of the money he was going to pay to get Blizzard's head, which Blizzard wasn't worried about since he was the strongest being in the universe and feared no man.
As the president left, Blizzard also leaving this place and heading to his grand size mothership which was away from the city and located in the snow region. He would make his way to Planet Arcose, where he would fight for the title of Emperor and gain his army. For his next objective was to conqueror Earth and kill the president for being so weak.
