Ward had been finding himself watching over not just planets as of late, but specific people, which for him was a very massive change. Spending centuries observing almost entirely macro-sized events had given him perhaps a unique but very skewed view of the universe. It was only in the past few months he had been making friends and allies alike, not all for the better, but even going as far as to look out for them and involve himself in things he would never have even as recent as a year ago.
Showing up to Taori's claim on the Saiyan throne might have been seen as a simple gesture perhaps from the outside, but it was far from it. He had stayed out of the war with the Saiyans and the Tuffles, but he was putting his foot in the water deeper and deeper the longer time went on, going as far as to leave Plant once already to come and help. Now a second time he was showing up to try and meet the new Saiyan leader, not for a simple chat and not to play bodyguard, but to offer something he hadn't been intending to up until days ago.
It likely looked strange to Saiyans within the palace as he was teleporting around, essentially appearing and disappearing in front of them as he looked for someone familiar to address. Finally stopping at someone who looked to be more than a grunt standing guard somewhere, he walked up with his hand clasped behind his back and cleared his throat to get their attention.
"Apologies for my intrusion, I'm looking to speak to Taori. My name is Ward. I wish to bring to them something I hope will be of interest, if they aren't currently otherwise occupied with their royal duties."
