Intelligence is in the Genes

All his hard work on the ship was finally coming to a close or at least it would be soon, any day now in fact! He had practically finished building the structure itself and now was looking for different ways to power it in a sustainable way. He didn't want to just power it any old way either, he wanted a new way one that he could experiment with to some extent and one that wasn't so costly either. Namek had plenty of resources but one of its biggest was its suns, the very things that almost killed him upon his arrival here. Now they were going to help him power his ship to go traveling amongst the stars, he was sure of it!

He'd left the ship for today after having hidden it amongst some of Namek's shrubbery and trees and had scuttled off in search of the best spot for solar powers as well as the best place to find out more about how they worked and how to make other things work using them. Solar power alone wasn't exactly a new way of powering things though especially for a place like Namek so he knew he'd need something more then just the suns to help him out here. He knew magics could help things fly as well and that he was capable of magic but surely not enough to send an entire ship into space yet.

As he scurried across the planets plains he'd eventually come across quite the nice sunny spot-- But it was already occupied it would seem! He first had noticed such at the sound of paper being rustled as though someone was reading something accompanied by an occasional beeping, from what? He wasn't sure. He would come to a stop and stand back onto two legs as his ears perked and his eyes tried to focus on what was ahead of him. It appeared to be a small camp of sorts? With devices and instruments he'd never seen before in his life here and there, they fascinated him truthfully! Steadily and cautiously he'd draw a little closer to get a better look at them.

It was upon drawing closer that he realized the Namekian sitting with one leg over the other seemingly reading something but what he couldn't tell. They seemed quite peaceful to be out here and given the location the Avali could understand why and part of him didn't want to ruin that peaceful moment for the Namekian but his curiosity got the better of him and his want to figure out those new devices and instruments was strong!

"Excuse me Sir" Pankaa would finally pipe up though he still cautiously approached the little camp, as if preparing for a negative response from the Namekian as he'd gotten plenty before, ever since his corruption and he knew the outward appearance of those events still weren't fully gone yet either. "Pardon Pankaa for intruding but Pank--I was curious about your devices there, what exactly do they do?"
