Yahhoy was one of the largest cities on the border where east and south collided. It thrived off a booming port, the biggest in the world, and was home to folks of all different backgrounds, creeds, and power. The Yahhoy Bridge (a creative name indeed) spanned the entire miles long distance from the main port out to a sizeable island where much of the residential sector was located. So why had Azuki come here? To enjoy fireworks. The starry night sky provided ample soft lighting over the calm oceans waters spanning into the distance, the bridge lit up with numerous flashing lights ranging from green to red to yellow. There was supposed to be a celebration tonight for the construction's anniversary with government-funded celebrations going on in the main part of town.
The pyrotechnics hadn't actually started yet so Suki was left to sit at the edge of a stone docking port, legs swinging idly over the water as she kept her eyes glued to the sky. This particular harbor was empty for the night as the company who owned it was busy helping with the actual display, meaning that she'd likely be left alone by any other civilians hoping to get a good view as the way in was gated with razor wire. Affei, unfortunately, couldn't make it tonight as she had some vague 'business' to attend to but Azuki suspected it had something to do regarding the persistent android group that'd been hounding them for a few weeks now. "Don't dwell on that right now. Just enjoy the show."
Blume was the type of person who never stopped moving, call it a result of her upbringing or just some mental tick, she simply couldn't stay in one place for long. After avoiding a robbery not too long ago, the woman would be out and about, draped in her chinchilla fur coat, gold rings, and chains around her neck. There was certainly no room for subtlety, as that galactic bank robbery made her rich. On this particular evening however, the young hybrid was unaware of any festivities that might be occurring. She had not been a resident of the planet for very long, and therefore, had little knowledge of it's various traditions, even despite having grown up there. Blume would simply be flying high above Yahhoy, trying to get back to her penthouse in North City after a long day of shopping. "Huh... What do they look all cheery about?"
Little to her knowledge, the firework presentation was about to start. On the ground, some distance away, several men would be setting up various firework launching devices. A large man appeared to be in charge of the group, and gave various orders to the other employees. "Alright people, move it! We're getting down to the last second here, does Markus have the control panel up yet?" One of the men would quickly hand the boss a metallic box, topped with various buttons. "That what I'm talkin' about, and Rico, you got those big ones loaded up yet?" Another man would give the boss a thumbs up from a large launcher some distance away. "Okay, that's it! Let the show begin!" With that, the man would press one of the buttons on the control panel, and seal their town's fate...
A large fire work would be the first launched into the air, and it would explode into brilliant gold and green colors to the amazement of the crowd. It would then be followed by several other smaller explosions of various colorful lights... That was what the people saw at least. Blume had unfortunately managed to fly directly above the town as the first firework was shot. The explosion had looked as if a strange energy attack had been sent her way! Within a few seconds, a follow up firework would actually blow up in front of her! She was of course uninjured, but her fur coat was slightly damaged, putting her into a sour mood. "T-they think they can attack me!? Destroy MY outfit!? They're going to PAY!"
Looking down towards the group of people launching the fireworks, she would fire back a violet beam of energy. Most people in the crowd would simply awe, thinking it was a new kind of pyrotechnic. As the beam collided with the group of men, it would set off a chain reaction, resulting in the remaining fireworks all being released at once! The entire sky would be lit up for several moments, revealing a very pissed off woman floating in mid-air. "You fools think you can defeat me!?" she would angrily shout down.

"Why tonight of all nights..." Azuki temporarily buried her head in her knees, letting out a short scream of frustration before immediately hopping to her feet, eyes narrowed at the speck crossing over the bridge. The display was definitely not going according to plan and Azuki could only assume it was because of the rather large battle power blasting Ki at the operators. "What robbing banks isn't enough for these people anymore??" The hybrid was no Hero, but in this particular instance she had enough rage and justification to go over and at least drag them AWAY from the scene.
Her own power flared to its maximum, Azuki careful to not damage the surrounding area before TEARING off into the sky, racing towards Blume with angry intent. It didn't take long to cross the gap between her vantage point and where the pissed purple prissy prick was floating, shouting something down to the people. Probably something evil. "Hey DIPSHIT!" Without much ceremony, Azuki would attempt to deliver a flying kick straight into Blume's side, sending her flying off away from the bridge entirely. If the attempt was successful, Azuki's power would flare as she chased after the other girl, wanting to completely ensure she wouldn't return for revenge.
Just as she fired down on her assailants, Blume could already feel a powerful ki rising to meet her. This would come in the form of a fiery-eyed saiyan who looked like she was itching for a fight. The hybrid would take a kick to the side, pushing her back several meters, but not sending her plummeting downwards. "Y-you caught me off guard, nothing more."
In response to the attack, Blume's violet aura would flare up as she charged directly at Azuki. From what she could gather, this girl was stronger than her!? On top of that, the apparent saiyan's aura seemed to have some kind of extra quality to it. Though she couldn't quite put her finger on it, the hybrid doubted it would have much of an impact on the impending fight's outcome. "Why can't you people mind your own damn business! I was just flying by, and you lunatics fired some kind of weapon at me without so much as a warning!" The hybrid was being entirely truthful in her statements. Killing and causing chaos without reason was not her MO. If a serious fight did start however, all bets were indeed off.
Once in range, Blume would attempt to land an empowered punch against Azuki's cheek. Maybe that would be enough to set the saiyan straight.

"I'm gonna continue to catch your guard if you don't scram, bow girl." The initial attack hadn't done enough to remove Blume from the area entirely, leaving Azuki in the awkward position of staring the hybrid down quite close to the bridge. She was clearly confused OR just a poor liar, claiming that weapons were fired at her first! "Do you not know what FIREWORKS are? You fly over a no-fly zone on a celebration night and act all indignant when shit that didn't even hurt you comes by!" It seemed this confrontation wouldn't end peacefully, though, as evidenced by the purple-powered prick approaching to attempt a punch.
Blume's attack would be stopped short as Azuki aimed to literally grab the girl's fist with an open palm, fingers crushing down as they were laced with Azuki's own Ki. "Look. Maybe this is all a big misunderstanding... but I can't let you muck about around the regular people since you've already attacked them once before." To the tune of the still-exploding fireworks, Azuki proceeded to try and YANK Blume forward into a knee to her gut! The brutal move was followed by a sharp downwards diagonal punch, hoping to send the hybrid crashing into the water below.
