Frozen found it hard to believe that such a diverse range of entities would all show up in one particular location, all seemingly looking to meet him without any sort of connection towards one another. Even with Rinako assuring the emperor that she had NO connection to this guy and even urging Blizzard NOT to raise his weapons, the Emperor still had a bristled back, a cold shoulder, risen tensions. This could all be a trick for all he knew... Everything was just a LITTLE TOO convenient for his taste... Too odd... but then, perhaps that is why he should take this situation at face-value. No competent assassin would urge for combat to stop while they held a number-advantage! Those sorts were in it for the bounty, after all, and would waste little time in filling their pockets! Perhaps these two, Blizzard and Rinako, were not the fiends their apparent ambush had made them out to be...
"...I was surrounded by a number of powerful entities on a world of which I am not familiar within a region I can reasonably assume would be uninhabited. I still AM surrounded. I do not believe my reaction is unwarranted." Frozen remarked with a cold defensiveness, his eyes flicking from Rinako's... to the neck-head of the android-creature. Rinako would then suggest that, perhaps they all got off on the wrong foot and, that, perhaps, they should all "chill...?" Frozen gave Rinako an incredulous stare, almost disarming him with that choice of words.
Does she jest?
How can she joke at a time like THIS!?
Blizzard would take this moment to actually disarm himself once more, reintroducing himself, as Rinako suggested, as Blizzard. He even claimed he was here to promote peace (at sword-point, evidently) and that he wished Frozen no harm. A gesture of peace, to be sure, but an uncertain one, this Blizzard, Frozen's eyes narrowing in thought... before his posture would relax. Fine. He would play along... for now, but he wasn't going to leave this form. ...Even if he wanted to, reverted into previous states was MUCH harder than transforming into them!
"...Yes, indeed. You have introduced yourself quite effectively already, Blizzard of the Arcosian Empire. Unforgettably, I might add." Frozen remarked with an icy wit, turning his gaze upon Rinako once more. "You, however, have not. What is your name, child?"
