Russ spent an unspecified amount of time away from his home planet, after trying to catch a looter in the middle of a rogue tuffle invasion at Planet Plant and failing. The alien slipped away from his fingers so the hybrid saw little reason to remain on the Oozaru infested capital. Speaking of giant monkeys they are probably still wrecking the area the last time he checked, its reasonable to think the place is in rubble and it will take months for the inhabitants to rebuild. At least he helped some civilians escape from the nonsensical chaos before anyone got seriously injured, it's time to leave all of that baggage behind him.
Once again the trip across space is a boring endeavor, forcing Russ to cut the time short by falling asleep like before. It's always dangerous for a space pilot for neglecting to keep their eyes open but as far as Russ is concerned, nothing life-threatening will happen to him. Exceeeeept a small floating debris of asteroid planned to put a stop to his way of thinking by hitting his pod with enough force to wake him up. "Ugh, what hit me!?" he snapped his eyes open and frantically got a hold of the controls, he can see planet Earth right on view and getting larger as he is entering its atmosphere. In a short amount of time, the view goes from a calm ocean blue to a violent fiery orange, and interior rumbling follows suit. The pod is reaching a deadly velocity speed, if Russ doesn't do something soon he can kiss his life goodbye.
"Cmon! Cmon! Cmon!" PULL UP! the man pressed several buttons and pulled the steering handles attempting to slow down his speed but alas it's too late, the space pod crashed into Korin Forest, destroying the green pastures in its path and creating a giant-sized crater. The impact is loud enough to scare away the animals and very likely could draw attention to anyone in the area if they dare to investigate.
