You will be unable to gain any momentum during this effect. If you run out of MP while using MAX Power, you lose its effects immediately and can not gain any MP on your next turn. A technique that allows you to sense, measure, and differentiate the ki signatures of ki attacks and all living beings without the Anti-Sense trait. Higher ki signatures are easier to sense and can be sensed at greater distances than lower ones. This technique is passive and does not use KP use.

Upon Tabor's return from Earth, he notices a large gathering of namekians and outsiders at the Grand Elder Village. It is here that he learns of the Guru's death.

2) Practice Wouldn't Hurt || Participants: Cambia
While Tabor was training and meditating, Cambia arrives and washes herself in the waters of the Fluud Waterfall. He approaches her to see why she has come here.

3) The Art of Music and Crafting || Participants: Sesame
Tabor heads towards the Shrine of Porunga to pay respect and to clean it up. However, it appears as if Sesame arrived first, and things get tense between the two.

4) Hearing Beyond Our Ears || Participants: Nero
After traveling into the Whistling caves to get some training in, he encounters Nero who had a very similar idea.
