Curie wasn't built with playing audio in mind. Indeed, catchy tunes weren't usually in the arsenal of an ordinary Destron Droid, and Curie was no exception.
Fortunately, Curie was no ordinary Destron Droid, and among the other 'modifications' she'd made to her internal composition, an MP3 player was one of them. Antiquated, perhaps, but Curie wasn't a true mechanic, and she found no reason to fix what wasn't broken. Yet. After installing the device, however, Curie promptly forgot about it- she was a busy droid, after all, and she had little time to tinker with her various vanity features before she was chased out of town.
So, there the MP3 player lay dormant, biding its time until the day she recalled that she'd installed one.
That day happened to be today.
Tarbel Village was mind-numbingly boring. Curie, just from a day and a half in the rural village, had half a mind to run herself through with her own living matter tendrils. The fact that anyone could live such a droll, unstimulating life only furthered Curie's contempt towards these biologicals- Saiyan biologicals, no less. Really and truly, she'd have rather been anywhere else... but she was a wanted woman in the Tuffle Capital, and populated Saiyan areas didn't exactly take kindly to Tuffle tech walking around. Tarbel Village was passive and scarcely populated enough to serve a suitable temporary home, at least until she'd formulated some other plan of action.

But Curie hated leaving places without any souvenirs, and while the ape refuse that lived here certainly didn't have any craftsmanship worth her while, she could still make a different kind of souvenir- a fun memory!
And how better to do that then to throw a little party.
Curie strolled into the middle of town, keeping note of a slumbering old Saiyan in a rocking chair. It seemed to be some kind of town meeting center, fit with an elevated platform for prospective speakers. Perfect. It would do nicely. Now, all she needed was a song worthy of a party... and she found it after but a short cursory perusal through her databases.
"Sí, sabes que ya llevo..." proclaimed the Destron Droid, fiddling with her audio output settings. A bit fainter then she'd like. "Un rato mirándote..."
Ah, screw it. Full volume!
"DES-PA-CITO!"
The slumbering elderly Saiyan awoke with a start, tumbling from his rocking chair.
Perfect!
"QUIERO RESPIRAR TU CUELLO DESPACITO!"
