Pitt trudged through the muddy swamp he found himself in with a grimace on his face. "Of all the rotten ways to get me out of camp, why do I have to spend a day on leave here in the pits? Damn rules and regulations." Pitt continued to mumble his frustrations to no one as he continued his trek. He was sent here by the Shredder Corp to hunt down a Saiba beast to serve as rations. Even though he was the captain of the corp, rules mandated that even he needed a day of leave sometimes. He found that rule ridiculous especially since he didn't want to take a day off. But nothing could be done, so Pitt took his men's advice and had headed out here to find a beast to hunt. He would've flown but Pitt always preferred to hunt with his feet on the ground.
The one thing he had going in his favor was the weather. It was an unusually calm day in the wastes, and the sun was shining. It was a rarity but it occasionally rained down acid in these areas. A great thing for the Saiba, not so great for Pitt. So the Saiyan was grateful for the turn of events. He would've preferred to have brung a partner out here to hunt with, not because he was worried for his safety. But because he despised carrying the spoils back on his own. His belly let out an audible rumble and he grasped it. He took a huge leap out of the much and onto a small rock formation in the middle of the swampy lake. He sat down and began partaking in a snack he had made and brang along. He took the moment to survey the landscape from the center of his hunting area. It almost seemed like a forest in some parts, with trees thriving in some places, and in others the trees looked all but dead. But sadly there was no sign of any prey, Pitt would have to continue his search. Of course that could wait until after his snack break.
