CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
Standing at about 5'3" Morticia is a rather athletically built Oni with messily cut bobbed hair that's a dark pale purple in colour, matching the hair-fur along the back of her long dragon-esque tail. With pale purple skin and still developing scales shown as a slightly darker purple on her skin, making them appear more as freckles. With pointed tipped ears and short nub horns both with faded blued tips and striking deep red eyes. Morticia tends to wear gothic-esque outfits or other similar genre-type outfits with matching darker makeup. Most would consider what she calls casual outfits, something to be worn on Halloween.
Morticia also has tiny bat-like wings wings on her back that're purple and a sparkly blue in colour, these are so small they're often not seen from the front and are far too small for her to fly with, often times having to shapeshift them bigger in order to be able to at all. She will often times also shapeshift her tail to be smaller in size so that it's more manageable to move around. The small gem on her forehead often glows in response to magic and ki and is strangely tied to a certain cat with a bell around his neck that emits the same coloured kind of mist.

BACKGROUND:
Morticia was born to an Oni family living in the Eastern parts of Earth alongside a younger brother only a couple years apart. Aside from indulging in magics of all sorts and having quite the impressive family garden, the family wasn't that too out of the ordinary among the Earthlings-- Or at least they tried their best not to be. Morticia showed early on that she had specialities in the more dangerous kinds of magics, specifically that of acids and poisons. This quickly made Morticia a target of bullying once she reached schooling years. Other kids would often default to the idea that her powers were "villainous" and "evil" and therefore she was too for having them.
Thankfully not everyone thought this though and she managed to make two good friends out of two boys, a saiyan hybrid by the name of Russ and a demon called Tysco. These two not only didn't judge her for these abilities but also stuck up for her when others did. Both being born with magical abilities, she grew rather fond of Tysco especially and sometimes would further explore her magics with him despite somewhat growing to detest her abilities overtime because of the way it made others see her. One ability in particular though the two both seemed to get really good at, was Telepathy. It blossomed as a result of an honest positive connection, almost as if it was an expression of a literal heart to heart moment. This ability would serve as a powerful connection between the two that allowed them to trade messages from the mind and heart. Little did they know, it would prove to be incredibly useful in later years...
Throughout the first couple years of Morticia's schooling her own grandmother had grown restless-- Her grandmother was very old at this point even for a Demon and throughout all her years of being alive she had heard legends, tales of legendary magic and power. Magic that could turn back the clock on age and even bring back the dead and even though she knew it only to be that of a legend she wanted that power. But throughout her many years she had already spent far too many searching for this magic only to turn up empty handed, but that simply wouldn't do. No, if she couldn't find this magic then she would simply make it herself. She'd heard from the tales that this legendary magic required a dragon and she had a whole family full of them...
One day Morticia would turn up to school as per her usual and unbeknownst to her and the others it would be the last time she was ever seen again for a number of years to follow, as she and the rest of her family just up and vanished without a trace and no chance to give goodbyes. Their house left disturbingly untouched and all belongings undisturbed. Nothing was missing aside from the family who owned the home itself.
They'd relocated thanks to some quick magic work of the grandmother and to her this move would be a permanent one. Where they were exactly was unknown to the rest of the family aside from that it was deep in the woods somewhere out of sight and out of mind, especially since the building that was their new home was magically encased with a barrier to help keep it hidden and the family was known for having no easily read energy signatures to pick up on either. This new "home" over the next few years became a magical lab of sorts as the old woman who had clearly been driven insane in chasing a legendary tale conducted magical experiments on the rest of her family in order to try and bring the legend to life herself.
One glimmer of hope for Morticia during these years was somehow, someway, her connection to Tysco kept up and she was able to hear him as if he were still actually nearby. Though for her side of the connection things were rather different, she could convey her feelings and some thoughts but not speak like she could do previously. Despite this though Tysco for some reason didn't let it hinder and would give her a goodmorning and goodnight every single day and though she couldn't say it back she hoped he felt the fact that she very much wanted to. As the years dragged on this connection and communication only continued to become more and more weaker over time, feeling as if she was getting further and further away with each passing day.
With years passed and little progress to show for it, desperation was starting to really sink in for the old dragon oni who eventually decided that while she couldn't afford to keep looking for the legend herself, a younger and more youthful member of the family certainly could. This gave her reason to bring back out an old friend and make him useful once more. This friend was a genie that took the form of a toy-like cat with three eyes and big bell around his neck who went by the name Maneki. The genie could not go out and look himself so it was eventually decided that he would wake Morticia-- Who was by now a young adult-- and go out seeking the legend with her under his guidance. With both the experiments and someone seeking out the legend the grandmother was sure her chances for getting her hands on this magic were as high as they could possibly be.
Now awake and out in the world again after being sealed away for years Morticia finds herself rather absent minded, confused and oblivious to most of the world around her, having to relearn the things that changed or developed during the time she was away. Just before she woke a special gem was planted on her forehead to connect her soul to Maneki who she believes saved her from the experiments of her grandmother. Unbeknownst to her however this gem helps the cat to transform and control her at night so that they can continue their search without Morticia being fully aware of it, as this transformation to her is seen as only a dream.
Though confused and unsure of what to do with herself, with the rest of her family still hidden away somewhere she didn't even know, there was one thing she did know and one person that remained familiar. That person was Tysco and her connection to him had regained its former strength now that she was back out in the world! She only needed to follow her heart to find him.

Defence || Light|| Ruthless Rampart Rafflesia
Through magic Morticia can summon forth a barrier that takes on the appearance of a large large Rafflesia flower that's purple in overall colour with either red or blue luminescent spotted markings. Should this barrier remain unbroken Morticia can fire its remaining PL at an opponent as an Attack Technique with a +20% bonus to its power. She does this by firing the whole flower itself at said opponent.

Offense|| Medium || Peyote Punch
Through magic Morticia is able to supercharge melee attacks. One notable one being a hardened punch where she forms "boxing gloves" with the appearance of the Peyote cactus around her fists and sometimes her ankles as well. Given the properties of the Peyote these attacks cause damage over time if at least 20% of damage is taken the target then takes 10% of their own PL in damage for the next 2 posts. This can stack in duration but not in power. Given the nature of the peyote this technique can also sometimes cause hallucinations with the consent of the target, said hallucinations can be decided by the target as well.

Morticia has the ability to shoot blasts of acid from her body. This usually comes either directly from her palms or from a purple venus flytrap that sprouts from her palms before shooting the acid itself. The acid tends to be bright glowing purple or blue in colour and overall bubbly-looking in appearance.

Utility Technique || Magic Materialization
As a character with magical abilities Morticia is able to materialize objects or structures among other things. Larger and more complicated things take more energy and focus to create. Morticia often uses this ability to form art equipment or additional objects for clothing especially. This technique is passive and does not require KP.
Utility Technique || Magic Shapeshifting
Much similar to magic materialization in being a magical based ability, Morticia can change her own size, shape, form or appearance in a range of ways. With OOC consent she may also use this on other characters to temporarily magically change their appearances though this gives them (and her) no mechanical benefits. This technique is passive and does not require KP.
Utility Technique || Planetary Telepathy
Allows use of telepathic communication between nearby or familiar characters on the same planet as Morticia, letting her and her friends always converse internally. This technique is passive and does not require KP.
