Radic was born during the Saiyan invasion of Planet Plant in Age 994, hailing from a noble line of warriors. Trained by his father, a respected captain of The Kingsglaive, Radic grew into a skilled fighter and eventually became second-in-command. After the Saiyans established the Vegeta region, tragedy struck in Age 1021 when Radic’s father fell in a pivotal battle that left both the Saiyan Monarch and the Tuffle Chancellor dead. Now, Radic leads the remnants of The Kingsglaive, driven by a desire for vengeance against the Tuffles he blames for his father’s death. Steadfast and unyielding, he seeks to honor his family’s legacy, carving a path through the aftermath of war.

TRAITS

SAIYAN PRIDE

When Radic sustains 100% or more damage, he gains a +10% boost to all techniques, but he can not boost techniques with momentum. If he heals to the point where he has less than 100% damage sustained deactivates the bonus.

ZENKAI

Upon reaching 100% damage taken, Radic gains a 'Zenkai Charge'. Upon reaching 200% damage taken, he gains two. Healing in any way does not refresh this effect.

Radic can spend Zenkai Charges to activate the Transformation Boost Momentum Effect without using MP to do so.

NOBLE BLOOD

Increases the total damage Radic can sustain by 20%, and increases his Critical Damage Threshold by 30%.

Additionally, he gains a third General Trait during character creation.

RESTRAINED MIGHT: Radic gains a bonus of +10% to all techniques when fighting below his current strongest transformation. Additionally, when he transforms into his strongest form for the first time, he may spend momentum in increments of 2 to regain KP at a cost of 2 MP to 1 KP.

QUICK LEARNER: Radic gains a technique slot every 7,000 PL instead of every 10,000 PL. He also receive a 50% discount to trait respec and technique respec manuals.

BULKY: The total damage Radic can sustain is increased by 10%.

Grabbing hold of their legs, he locks them into a piledriver hold, and with a fierce burst of energy, he rockets toward the ground, slamming his opponent into the surface with devastating force.

Closing the distance, he positions his hand menacingly close to the adversary's stomach. Then, in a sudden motion, he thrusts his hand forward, unleashing the devastating blast at point-blank range. This intensified version of the original Demise Cannon proves to be even more formidable, possessing the uncanny ability to tear through defenses and overpower any clashes with sheer efficiency.

Radic possesses an innate ability called Ki Sensing, which enables him to detect, gauge, and distinguish ki signatures of both ki attacks and living beings, excluding those with the Anti-Sense trait. Higher ki signatures are more readily discernible and can be detected from greater distances, while lower ones may require closer proximity. This technique operates passively, requiring no expenditure of KP.

Skilled control over his ki allows Radic to suppress his base Power Level to a minimum of 1 PL to either hide or use this lower PL to fight characters weaker than his full strength on even footing. Whatever PL he ends up suppressing to, it acts as though he were at that level normally for all mechanics interactions. You may choose if transformation multipliers change this Power Level. This technique is passive and does not require KP use.
