Budokai Preliminary Round - Cassidy VS Mister Steel

"And so the Preliminary rounds of the Twenty-Fifth Tenka'ichi Budokai continue!" Despite having done nothing but run from ring to ring to referee each and every round he could for the Budokai for the past few hours, the Announcer looked no worse for wear. He adjusted his glasses, sweeping a hand to gesture to the ring as he spoke. "Today, we have both a returning fighter from the elimination round and a new contestant to the preliminaries fighting here, both skilled participants of past great tourneys elsewhere on Earth!"

"You know him from last round, it's Mister Steel facing off against Cassidy here today- both fellow Earthlings from our home here!" He called out to the two, giving them both a friendly nod as he stepped back to allow them to prepare for the fight. "As per usual, you may not fly or maim your opponent. Whoever rings out or knocks out their foe first will be the victor!"

The Announcer raised his hand, letting the suspense build for a few moments before the fight began... "And now, begin!"
