CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE
(waiting for ishi art, so this thing i made will do for now)
A young Saiyan woman, though it'd probably be somewhat difficult to notice that she was a Saiyan at first glance given the fact that she appears to be missing her tail. Delia stands at around 5 feet and 4 inches and seems to have a pretty lithe frame.

BACKGROUND
Born and raised on Plant/Vegeta for most of her life, Delia found things to be somewhat hectic, truth be told- which should've been expected, seeing as though her species did just so happen to invade the planet many years before her birth. Thankfully? The Saiyan youth seemed to at least be somewhat lucky during said birth. An offspring of two Saiyan warriors that just so happened to be part of a branch of the Bloothorne family. That little fact did indeed make life a little easier for her, though just barely. Their family was moderately wealthy, so it was pretty rare for her Delia to worry about money or anything of that sort. While she did tend to go a little overboard when it came to shopping, eating, and all that fun stuff- she was a Saiyan before all that, which meant that there was (sadly) always work to be done. More often than not, Delia would attempt to avoid being caught by her parents and guardians so she could lounge around and relax. Evading the eyes of those around her wasn't always possible, however. When she couldn't do as she really wanted- Delia would have to train in an effort to become an upstanding member of a family connected to one much more respected than her own. In fact, her parents and instructors almost seemed to have a little too much faith that she'd become somebody great. As one could imagine, it was pretty annoying.
Life continued that way for quite some time, Delia eventually getting tough enough to the point where she could handle most tasks with ease. It got to the point where little to no thinking was put into rushing into fights and whatnot. While things would tend to work out for the most part, there were of course occasions where that'd backfire on her. The most notable example of things backfiring on her being one that happened to have a rather life changing effect. While out on a mission to remove Tuffle forces from the outskirts of a Saiyan territory, Delia had the bright idea to just rush right on in again- without thinking, of course. While doing something of that sort might not turn out so bad if her opponent had been a less intelligent species, the Tuffles weren't exactly unintelligent- in fact, they were undoubtedly much smarter than her own species. While the others stayed back and planned, Delia found herself entering what appeared to be an abandoned building of some sort. It didn't take long after that, those outside soon hearing various loud explosions accompanied by the flashing of lights. Those same Saiyans that had accompanied her on what should've been a rather simple task found the youth being held up from atop the building by her tail. In exchange for the youth to be returned, the Tuffles bargained for the retreat of the Saiyan group. Reluctant, it was eventually decided it best to give into their demands- after all, Delia was connected to a prominent family indeed. The Tuffle that happened to be holding onto Delia proceed to chuck the Saiyan off the roof- yanking and pulling off her tail in the process.
It didn't take long for word of her failure to spread amongst the other Saiyans. While she was upset over it, her parents seemed to be taking far harder than she was. Time spent within her home alone became rather quiet, Delia often finding herself staring up at the ceiling blankly. It almost made her wish for those days where she had others urging her to focus on her training more! Oddly enough, things became pretty worrying when neither of her parents had come to check in on her after months had gone by. Deciding it best not to lounge around, she'd head to the home of her parents- only to find them missing. Not a trace of them to be found. Further investigation had led her to the conclusion that after her failure, the connection her family had to Bloodthorne family had been severed. Whether or not the whole thing was her fault was unknown to Delia, nor did she really seem to think much on it right away. It wasn't until after a week or so had been spent without her family or any support did things start to take a toll on her. Most other Saiyans by this point had at least heard about the incident in passing, which only made life tougher. Restaurants and other facilities such as those refused her entering for one reason or another, agitators became common place, and she'd even find her belongings randomly vanishing. By this point, Delia felt it safe to assume that her parents had opted to abandon her.
A rather odd route was taken when it came to Delia attempting to throw the whole situation behind her. If people were going to look down on her regardless, she figured she may as well do as she pleased to try and make people respect her again. Even though she wouldn't admit it, having people that actually liked and respected her was something that she did indeed like the idea of. And so, opting to put her fighting equipment to the side for a while, the young woman intent on showing everyone that she was a star. To start things off, she trailed towards Earth in search of a few that would surely become her loyal fans- and a cousin that she heard rumors of being located there.

COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES
Light Offensive || Nova RushThe user charges at their opponent, sending a barrage of Ki enforced punches and kicks at them. While not a particularly powerful technique, the basic nature of it makes it easy for the user to quickly change direction should an opponent attempt to move out of the way.Power: 40%KP Cost: 2 KPVariants: N/AMedium Offensive || Stellar CrashSpreading their hands and arms apart, Delia creates two baseball sized balls of Ki in the palms. They are promptly tossed outwards at a target then double in size, capable of causing massive damage to unsuspecting foes.Power: 50%KP Cost: 4 KPVariants: OverflowingMedium Defensive || Dazzling DefenseAfter swinging her arms out in front of her and forming a cross shape with them, Delia rushes Ki throughout her body in an effort to protect herself from incoming attacks!Power: 50%KP Cost: 4 KPVariants: ShieldLight Sparking Defensive || Dance of the LuminaryA combination of leaps, twirls and dashes are done after Delia pushes a massive flow of power throughout her body. While it's fairly similar to her standard method of evading techniques, an increased amount of energy applied allows her to move faster than before- which tends to result in her using that momentum to hurl a quick attack at an opponent.Power: 70%KP Cost: 2 KPVariants: Evasive and LightspeedUtility Technique || Ki SensingA rather basic skill Delia had picked up from those around her that assists in the process of gauging one's combat prowess without the use of technology.Utility Technique || FlightA rather basic technique in which Delia flows Ki throughout her frame to defy gravity and fly around.
