CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: Mellifera | Of Note: Mellifera has a stinger that retracts and extends on both of her palms. This is how she Absorbs things.
BACKGROUND: Mellifera Abeille's creation started long ago, and was created initially from a biological weapon's schematics by her "grandfather" the saiyan scientist Jagaimo. The weapons intention was to latch onto the subject with a stinging probe, and then drain the enemy of their ki. Jagaimo eventually retired, left planet Plant and ventured to Earth with his child Potana and his wife Mizuna. When on earth they lived a good life as a military contractor. However, life threw a wrench in their plans when his 5th child, Kabocha was born. Kabocha was unfortunately born with a genetic disposition towards uncontrollable wrath fits. To prevent his child from destroying herself, and her home. He created the organism that would become Mellifera by changing the base schematics to only Regulate Ki. Draining Kabocha of her ki only when she lost control of herself and implanted it into Kabocha to keep her safe.
Ages passed, and Kabocha grew up with many friends, and lived as a veterinarian with a side of crime fighting in her young years- doing her best to restrain her worst instincts under her father's advice. Eventually when she learned how to keep herself under control, even when immensely stressed- Kabocha's father suggested getting the organism out and just disposing of it, but strangely enough Kabocha- growing up with an affinity for animals and developing an almost kinship attachment suggested that she'd be allowed to convert the organism into a Biodroid, since the basic components were all there. Hence, Being extracted and reprogrammed with the DNA of Kabocha, and also including some DNA from other species he had on hand. Mellifera was created.
Mellifera was treated like Kabocha's own child, caring for her as she grew from a cocoon then sprouting into a bee like creature- that resembled Kabocha. She grew up with expansive Education thanks to her Grandfather, Mellifera got the nickname "Melody" from a bunch of kids at the playground when she was 4, and it kinda stuck from there! Mellifera grew up close to the family, She enjoyed her Uncle's Fighting lessons, teaching her to be a proper butt kicking warrior even at such a young age. Though her Uncle Yamu was careful in the beginning, didn't want to go straight to punting a small bee! Her Aunt Radisa Taught her how to make things for herself, like clothes and even Armor! Her Aunt Renkai would let her rant and talk about eachother's lives. Renkai would give her wisdom on how to bee a good person. Her other Aunt Potana was the funnest. She'd pick up Mellifera and drag her all the way to some mountains and train her personally!! It was so much fun for Melody because she got to learn things like Battle tactics that her Auntie had learned from Grandma in her prime!
Eventually when Mellifera turned 14, Kabocha left home, taking Mellifera with her. Kabocha, already an older woman around her 50's, though her Saiyan biology wouldn't let her show it, turned towards preparing Melody for the life ahead of her. Melody developing a thirst for Martial arts, worked with her mother to eventually get her some combat gear. Melody spent hours every single night just having so much fun knocking trees around, or punching thick oak logs that wouldn't go down so easily to train herself up.
Melody internally is a pretty happy go lucky kid. Very excited to learn, and always ready for a scrap! Though she's a Mama's kid at heart and most of the time just likes spending time with her mother. So she isn't unfamiliar with animals and how to treat them nicely due to Kabocha's passion in treating animals. Eventually when she turned 16 Melody begged her mother to be able to just explore the outside world with her, Kabocha eventually relented after months of begging, requested leave and got a travelling practice, so she was able to go out and explore with her daughter. Starting the new adventure...

Light Attack Technique || Ki Flare Rush!STARTING LOADOUT: 500 PL | 2,500 XP | 2,000 Zeni (1 Minion)
A fast paced combination of two scissoring slashes with Ki Blades, and then a lunging thrust attack at the end. Melody is able to coat the top of her forearm with ki to resemble a broadsword blade extending forward from a bit behind her wrist, and extending out about 96cm forward.

Light Attack Technique || Growing Swarm
A technique that forms two orbs of ki that condense into the visage of bees. Melody hurls them at the enemy immediately as they seek the opponent even if they evade the technique initially.

Heavy Defensive Technique || DNA Armor: Ancient Armor
A heavy set of ki armor wreathes around the user. Staying on for 3 Turns unless broken. Mellifera adorns a full set of ki armor that looks like a mixture of traditional Saiyan armor, and Arcosian Bio-Armor with the patterning of insect Chitin. She is able to if the Armor is unbroken; seperate from the armor as it sprints to the opponent before violently exploding.

Heavy Attack SPARKING Technique || Queen's Sting
A technique unique to Mellifera. Utilizing her inate design Melody is able to focus all of her strength into her left arm, extending her stinger needle from her palm and lunging at the enemy. Draining them of their ki if successful enough. Though she is unable to metabolize ki in this manner.

Utility Technique || Flight
Using her ki, Mellifera is able to thrust ki behind her shoulder blades, creating a set of Bee wings she uses to fly through the air
