CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
Standing at an unimpressive 5'5, Vocado is a bit of a runt, especially in comparison to his younger brother. Due to constant confrontations, he changes out his gear often, though he does have a specialized suit of armor. When its not in disrepair, the signature stunted shoulderpads and darker black tones allow him to stand out as the leader of his squadron.
Another of his signature features is the unruly mane of hair sprouting from his head. That, combined with the sharp scar on his face gives him a very wild look.

BACKGROUND:
Life isn’t easy for a Saiyan… Well, for this one it’s not so bad.
Vocado had it easy growing up. Born into the Bonewood family of royals, his early childhood was filled with little besides joy and lackadaisical days. He had no interest in politics or royal affairs; just being a kid was good enough for him. Though, being a Saiyan, “just being a kid” usually entailed fighting or eating. When he did find time to dress up for an event, though, he usually spent the few hours inside the halls of whatever grand palace they’d been invited to goofing off with friends. He and Pitt, his younger brother, made it a point to annoy the other rich Saiyans as much as possible, save for one girl: Amara.
She wasn’t anything fantastic or anything, but she had the same mindset as Vocado: These royal affairs were just to show off. To be cool in the face of the Tuffles they’d stolen parts of the planet from.
For a time, his favorite hobby became Saiba Hunting. A niche pro-sport that involved finding unique ways to capture or kill the seemingly endless supply of Saibamen that grew beneath Vegeta’s soil. He got quite good at it, too, and would’ve gone into the pro scene in his adolescence, had tragedy not struck their family.
At the tender age of 10 years old, his family life was torn to shreds when his sister, Perilla, was killed… Or at least, that’s the story Callion, Perilla’s husband, had peddled to everyone.
It was some sort of scandal involving an ambassador. Vocado was too young to truly understand, but what he did know was that his family’s name was being dragged quite harshly through the mud. It wasn’t long before their quaint life had turned harsh and unforgiving. Losing their fortune, the Bonewood boys spent most of their adolescence in squalor due to their tarnished reputation. They moved from slum to slum, making cash where they could and toughening up each step of the way. Somewhere along the way, their parents, Tulli and Tarro, stopped caring. Whether they gave up hope or died on the battlefield, Vocado wasn’t sure, but he didn’t let their disappearance get the better of him. Keep going, keep Pitt safe. That’s what he always told himself.
But that part of their lives wouldn’t last long. Before they knew it, Vocado and Pitt were drafted into the war for the planet, as most young boys had been before them. Little more than grunts, they spent nearly a decade fighting tooth and nail in the trenches of war, helping widen the foothold the Saiyans held on the planet.
It was grueling work, but it certainly awoke something in Vocado. A fiery passion for combat he never held before, especially in the name of his people. Years tussling for scraps may have strengthened his resolve, but battling for his planet had finally given him a sense of true direction.
He felt honor-bound to serve the Saiyans, and help in whatever endeavors their King ordered them to complete. Alongside this revelation, however, grew the deepened bond of the brothers. Though stronger and larger, Pitt was still his younger brother, and his being in danger constantly sent warning sirens off in the Saiyan’s head, even if his rushing to Pitt’s aide usually resulted in him earning more scars than the one he was hoping to protect.
The pair were not alone in the war, though. Despite the Bonewood’s new low-class status, Vocado still found pull on the battlefield-- Enough so to amass a crew of warriors. Known as the Shredder Corp, this ragtag bunch is far from impressive in skill, but it has its fair share of victories in low-stakes battles. Its members rotate often, usually due to one death or another, but their reputation among the grunts of the Saiyan ranks has certainly grown over the past few years.
But with the war at a standstill, Vocado is now stuck looking for answers. Less frontline combat gave him time to pursue hobbies again, such as his love of Saiba Hunting, but still, he worries for the future. What will become of him and his brother? What will happen with their King gone? Maybe he’d spend this time searching for those answers, or maybe new problems will arise in this tumultuous time...
