K4 was on the hunt, not as himself but as 4K, an alias created to get a read on the tuffle side of things, as well as have a pull on what would come. The Great Theory set a ten week limit for Vegeta-or-Plant to be unified, or else it'd be business as usual for, at most, a couple more decades. Then cataclysms would wipe out those that survived war, which could allow for the saibamen to proliferate for those short few centuries until their bio-plascity reverted. He felt sad that there was even a chance to things to go so wrong, but his life and business had long moved elsewhere.
Except, of course, for this short vacation he was taking, a journey for self-discovery and enhancement. It was just coincidence that nanomachines, destron and flavor additives were all created by the tuffles, and sorely amiss in his database. Two-thirds of those items were jealously kept secrets that required a great degree of trust to be disclosed, and the other was a death gas he had sampled and studied in its purest form. It had potential beyond killing, as an energy source it could outclass nuclear power, but it harmed K4's flesh as any other. A problem for when he returned to Arcose.
About those flavor additives, the majority owner of Lyn's Tarts™ wanted a very particular saiyan dead, pay would come in the form of zeni and the exact chemical composition of various jams and creams. The target was a begrudgingly handsome middle-aged beefcake brunette warrior, at fault for robbing a factory. The whole thing. The cyborg was also interested in taking the capsule he had used, trophy-taking was consistent among the alter egos.
Surveying the wasteland, K4 was outfitted in the gold and noble sashes of 4K, and stripped of his vatgrown flesh to look the part of a metal skeleton. The white hair he wore marked him as something... weird.
