Ise nodded at Kayfor’s general logic, assuming of course the ‘weak ones’ were not excessively weak compared to the strong individual it was entirely possible for the stronger one to be defeated though after a certain point numbers DID become irrelevant in the face of raw power. After all if you could become so strong that you could destroy the entire continent in an instant what possibility could ANY army of standard warriors pose?
Ise tilted her head as she ‘watched’ Kayfor work, it was a bit frustrating that even as honed as her senses were the minutia of technological repairs were still pretty much entirely outside her grasp, she could perceive the small fixes being made, see that Kayfor was even adding new bits to presumably help make the connections inside the device work again, but she had no concept of WHY those things were being done, no real concept of what they were being done TO. Her best bet would have to be to run a hand along the circuit boards which she had been reliably informed as generally NOT a great idea.
“Well it depends on the situation, in general I do not think it is particularly useful but I could see some advantages in specific scenarios. If a planet has some resource that proves useful and you can gain a strong enough foothold to begin acquiring it but not necessarily TAKE the planet it could be useful to maintain that while the resource is acquired, obviously it would be better to just WIN if possible but” Ise shrugged, sometimes an opponent would be too strong to easily take down.
“For the Saiyans it COULD be useful to them to aid in building up there overall power though it would probably require better oversight by their leaders to avoid the deaths of their top fighters” Which they had already gone over so Ise saw not much point in going on about.
“I suppose it could also be effective if the opposing force is strong enough to hold their position but has no easy means of getting outside aid, while their theoretical conquerors CAN. Even if the opposing force has more overall strength if a stalemate can be made they end up on a timer of sorts until their resources begin to dwindle while the conquerors resupply and maintain their strength”
