Lady Ise

BACKGROUND: Ise's story begins with a newborn Saiyan named Shiso, born to a 'noble' Saiyan family she remained in an incubation tank while her family quickly tore itself apart, her mother nearly killed by her father, her elder brother whisked away with her dying mother to a far off world. Leaving just Shiso with Callion to decide her fate. Her father debated simply getting rid of her from the start, to start anew for himself entirely but decided that Shiso had more value alive and so baby Shiso was allowed to grow until she was ready to be removed from her tank.



But shortly after her removal a medic had dire news for Callion, little Shiso was born blind, something not easily noticed while she was in incubation but very easy to spot for them upon her release. A weakness such as this was entirely unacceptable for Callion, he had wanted Shiso for what benefit she could bring him, a blind Saiyan would never be a strong Saiyan, and no noble family would take interest in a weakling in need of help just to survive when she eventually grew old enough to be married off.

Once again Callion was left with a decision, what to DO with her. Killing her would be easiest though it was enormously frowned upon and a piece of him could not bring himself to kill her as for as deficient as she was she was technically of his blood.

And so he chose a different option, the 'clean' way nobles used to remove undesirable children. He loaded Shiso into an attack pod and sent her off into the depths of space in hopes the universe would remove her for him. Perhaps even there was a slim chance she might do something worthwhile to him and somehow survive to remove the planets population as unlikely as that was, could a blind Saiyan even become an Oozaru?

Shiso's first and last true interaction with Callion was him placing her in the pod, the blind infant confused as to what was happening the entire time, once sent off into space the pod itself handled the basics of giving the infantile Saiyan some semblance of an awareness of the world during her trip. Of course young Shiso understood only half of what it attemtped to convey as the ship's attempts to show her images failed entirely.

After a long trip Shiso's pod eventually landed and she was set loose into the world. Once again utterly confused and only somewhat aware of what she needed to do, the voice of the ship had last informed her to seek food, to rely on her instincts to know what creatures to hunt.

But Shiso could not see anything to hunt, it was mere luck that the day after her arrival, a day of confused stumbling without food or water, the Full Moon rose over the world she was sent to, and a crying Shiso happened to direct her gaze upward as she wept.

Her eyes could not SEE the moon, but the Blutz Waves were recieved all the same and within moments she transformed and entered a wild rampage, as an Oozaru 'hunting' became quite a bit easier, her senses were all heightened and she need only grab a living thing and force it into her mouth to do so.

It was during this rampage, as Shiso wandered close to a city that her fate was dramatically altered, because she was not the only invader of this world. A crew of planet traders were in the midst of taking control of it, they attacked Shiso at first but the power of the Oozaru proved to much for them.

At least, MOST of them.

One held strong against her, and possessing not just more skill but more POWER than the Oozaru he defeated her, but chose not to kill her. When Shiso eventually awoke she was aboard a ship, the ship of the people she had fought, she only vaguely remembered her rampage.

The man she fought came to visit, informed her that he was quite impressed with her skill, offered her a place with him. He seemed to not care that she was blind, and offered to teach her and raise her as his own. Shiso had no reason to decline. The man introduced himself as Hibernal and asked for her name in return. Shiso, not knowing even her own name informed him of this and so Hibernal gave her a name, one in the styling of his people. Ise.

Ise points a finger at her opponent and fires a quick barrage of sharp ki beams at them. As an Oozaru this more often takes the form of an open palm beam of energy.

Utility Technique || World on Fire
Without eyes to guide her Ise needed a way to help herself perceive the world, she refused to simply stand back when Hibernal believed she had potential hindered only by her disability, and so with her fathers help she sought out every avenue to expand her other senses and even when she developed the ability to feel energy she did not stop pushing herself further with blends of various techniques and serums that honed her remaining senses until finally she was given something she could work with. The resulting ability has been honed to allow her a facsimile of sight generated by a mixture of extrasensory energy detection and her other natural senses. The 'view' she has though she rarely speaks of it is much like a world made of flames.

Utility Technique || Energy Sensing
The first step in Ise's efforts to gain a semblance of perception, Ise is quite adept with energy detection able to pick out familiar power signatures with ease, while not strictly accurate at all times and sometimes can even gauge someone's mood by the fluctuations of their power.

Ise creates an orb of energy in her palm, the longer she holds it the more energy she can pump into it and the longer she does so the larger it grows and the stronger it grows.
