General Traits
Vampiric: Once per thread, you may designate a Standard Attack as ‘Vampiric.’ If this attack deals any damage, you may recover 1 KP from its use. If it was free or you recover the KP in another manner, this has no effect.
Mimicry: If an opponent has used an Offensive or Defensive technique against you already in the thread, you may use that technique in turn as if it were your own. Does not apply to Sparking or Merging Techniques. May only be used once per thread and does not carry over to future threads.
Impossible Recovery: If you are defeated by taking Critical Damage in an Action Thread, you can choose to be dealt a Wound and continue the fight with whatever HP you have remaining. If defeated again, you will be dealt an additional Wound. In a non-AT thread, this allows you to resist Critical Damage once, and you do not sustain a wound

Character Description
Appearance: Rensou was designed to look very much like a typical Saiyan, with the exception of being a little less intimidating than the average. He possesses short, jet black hair, brown eyes and fair skin. He doesn't have much in the way of fashion sense, usually sporting his traditional, battle-worn Saiyan armor; dark blue brand with a white chest piece. He's fairly short of stature, standing in at just over 165 centimeters while in his snow-white combat boots. The color of his aura matches the color of his shielding: a light crimson red. He is a manipulator; displaying youthful and innocent expressions, using to mask his true intentions. His tail was not biologically grown, instead replaced with an artificial replicate; one with enough force to use as a tool or a weapon if called upon.
Background: Born on Vegeta to a Saiyan warrior and a Human settler, Rensou's life was planned out for him from the beginning. His father had high expectations for him; a fine warrior was expected and nothing less would be tolerated. When that day finally came his father Daikon waited patiently for the results, with the event culminating with the most important bit of information being revealed: it was a boy; what a relief! Daikon took his son home and raised him as the warrior he had dreamed of being himself. Daikon suffered from partial paralysis due to a battle wound that couldn't be healed, taking up an engineering job instead.
He would do everything in his power to make sure that the same fate did not befall his son though. He had dreams that his child would one day serve as a royal guardsman; being direct in contact with the King himself. He was strict with his child, but it was only because he wanted the best for him. At the age of seven Rensou suffered an infection forcing him to nearest hospital immediately. Though he was expected to recovery it was at that time, things took a turn for the worse in the middle of the night, and though the doctors tried their best they could not save the boy.
Devastated with the loss of his son, Daikon became insane with grief over what had happened, and vowed to find a way to bring him back. The Saiyans had not the ability to do such a thing, and even if they did it's unlikely they would want to. No, instead he was forced to smuggle his son's body in Tuffle territory and seek out those with more advanced technology. Eventually he was able to come into contact with a man named Dr. Mikan, whom promised the crazed man that he had the power to bring life back to his son. Daikon gave the Tuffle his son, as well as everything of value he owned in exchange for these hopes. Unfortunately he placed his trust in the wrong hands.
So what was Mikan's plan? He was going to use the DNA of the boy to create his own warriors, loyal only to the Tuffles. Several members of Tuffle leadership had secretly endorsed a plan which would involve bio-engineering warriors which they could deploy as false-Saiyans. These fighters could infiltrate their ranks and and pose as the Saiyans, possessing genetic code similar enough to fool anyone. Of course there would be certain enhancements made along the way; the Tuffles saw parts of themselves they could add to the Saiyans they could add to upgrade them. Mikan was the head of this organization, and often sought out those in a similar situation to Daikon, taking advantage of their emotions.
Unfortunately things didn't go quite as planned for the Tuffles. Try as they might the support, and therefore the funding, was never where it needed to be. Some of the softer Tuffles abhorred the methods used by Mikan and his cronies when gathering the 'viable' Saiyan DNA while the pragmatists simply questioned how effective the methods would really be. Dr. Mikan was a fervent believer in the project and tried everything he could to get the backing he knew he needed, but the results they received didn't back up his ideals. The first units that were put into action didn't fare well in combat, in fact they were performing significantly worse than expected, almost dooming the project immediately.
Most of the units did not have enough time to be properly trained in combat, even if the theory was all there. Others suffered from mental or emotion damage suffered from the brutal methods of Mikan. They simply weren't ready for this sort of work and were forced into action due to deadlines approaching. With these poor showings the Tuffles who were involved decided to scrap the project all together and destroy any mention of it. Mikan demanded they keep going, but the leadership wouldn't have it. They assaulted the once state-funded lab and took out all personnel and subjects. Rensou become something of a pet project for Mikan however, and was stored at his personal lab.
Though he still held hope that Rensou, now dubbed project Atomos, could prove his ideas could work, this did nothing to change his fate. Atomos showed more promise than others, but still the Tuffle leadership wanted to wash themselves of this mess entirely. An uneasy peace was formed between the Tuffles and the Saiyans and if knowledge of this initiative got out it could ruin it all. As soon as the authorities had tracked down Mikan he was summarily executed, however Atomos could not be found. Mikan had anticipated his downfall at this point and had planned accordingly. Though it pained him to know that his own government had turned on him he wasn't giving up yet. Believing in the work he sent Atomos off before he could be captured.
And what was Atomos to do now? His training--if you could even call it that, had been completed. His task? Immerse himself in Saiyan society, earn their trust then strike when they're at their weakest. He had been implanted with memories and an understanding of Saiyan culture but was that the same as experiencing it? He'd stick with the name Rensou for now, much more fitting for a Saiyan trying to blend in, but would he be able to fool the Saiyan population of his origins and his intentions? Only time would tell. As for now, his first task was finding a place to live and creating a plan. The throne of the Saiyans lay empty for now, which meant that Atomos would simply by his time and wait for someone to emerge. Then his training would be put to use.
Combat Information
Standard Light Defensive || Jinsoku
In the simplest terms, this is a very short range teleportation. If Atomos feels an attack coming at him, he is able to de-materialize himself and reappear in another spot. This is only enough for him to avoid the attack however; the range would not allow him to leave the immediate scene. In addition to that, the process while not expensive from an energy point of view is not perfect. Too much power coming at him may cause the de-materialization process to falter entirely.

Standard Medium Offensive || MawashigeriA powerful kick executed by Atomos. It starts in a standing position; Atomos brings his knee up into the air, then rotates his body towards his opponent and extends his leg and foot outwards. The typical target of this attack would be the head, however Atomos can instead attack the body if he believes it to be more vulnerable.

Standard Heavy Offensive || Ko'BashiA favorite of Atomos. Inspired by the brutality he studied from the Saiyan race during his upbringing. It is a combination of a neck breaker and a suplex in one. Atomos starts by wrapping his arms around his opponent in a bear hug fashion. Then, regardless of whether he is belly-to-belly or back-to-belly, he picks them up into the air and brings them over his shoulder. Once in the air he then drives them head first into the ground. A variation from the air is similar, but instead he flies down with his opponent in his grip, then hurls his opponent into the ground at the last second before pulling up himself, stopping his own collision at the last second.

Sparking Medium Offensive || ShinzokenAtomos isn't known to be the heaviest hitter overall; his goal is to wear his enemies down over time. But sometimes to defeat a foe you need to throw everything you have into an attack. Atomos gathers all strength and energy he has in his body, and channels it directly to his first. With all his power gathered, he hurls his fist directly at his opponents heart, with the goal to be piercing the body itself.

Though primarily organic in nature, Mikan installed cybernetic enhancements into his projects in order to increase their potential. This transformation tree focuses on the development between the organic and mechanical sides of Atomos. What's the naming convention? Well he was created by Tuffles, and Tuffles like technology; these are the names of certain GPU architectures.Tesla - 2x - StarterWhile in this stage his the built in limiter on his systems are removed for a gain in size and speed in order to close the distance between more powerful threats. Due to the early time spent with these enhancements their interconnectivity between the biomass and the cybernetics are still in their infancy and will take time to properly develop. There is not a huge physical difference between this and his base form, with most probably unable to tell the difference without a close inspection, though his attitude is much faster paced here. His neural processors are not used to the increase in power at this point and will take time to adapt.Fermi - 6x - 50,000An ascended form of the Tesla stage. At this point the relationship between the biological side of Atomos and the mechanical side have developed greatly. This will allow for a greater power output as well as another increase in size, this time the increase is much more noticeable to any onlookers; an imperfect forced power up (Similar to the USSJ form) suited mostly for the short term until he is ready for something more advanced. This is the equivalent of overclocking a CPU; more power but at a greater cost. While in this state the organic part of his body struggles to hold back the artificial production leading to electrical streaks floating among his aura. The feeling of pace and being unhinged increase further at this level.Kepler - 16x - 100,000A further evolution of Atomos takes place at this stage. The size of his muscles from the Fermi stage can no longer linearly increase as they would begin to damper his speed, not only in terms of movement but also the time it takes for signals to reach the muscle. Instead there is an increase in the density of the muscle as wire produced from a bone-like substance is woven among his soft tissue to reinforce their resilience as well as their force output. The wire is thin enough to not cause any slow down in speed. It also acts as a faster network for neural instructions, increasing reaction times. His capacitors are running in overdrive at this point causing heavy electrical bursts from his aura. May be prone to erratic behavior while in this form.Maxwell - 28x - 200,000This form focuses on an efficiency upgrade. Like before, any increases in muscle mass would only result in a slowdown, not to mention the power requirements would cause malfunctions at this level. Once Atomos reaches this stage his bio-mechanical processes are forced to adapt further, rewriting their protocols to allow for a more efficient transfer of energy. The biological brain as well as the mechanical CPU and now cooperating better than ever before. The transfer from his processors into the soft tissue are much quicker and more efficient, resulting in a drop of the electrical surges in his aura. This had the added benefit of more clarity when viewing the battlefield and making decisions.
Pascal - 37x - 300,000
This form seeks to combine both the power increases from the earlier 'imperfect' forms as well as the efficiency improvements from the Maxwell form, which results in both the greatest size and and speed seen yet by Atomos. The mechanical integration at this point is very nearly complete, with only a few finishing touches required for Atomos to achieve his ultimate form.Volta - 40x - 350,000This is Atomos' ultimate form. At this point his body has been put under an immense amount of stress, causing significant evolution among his circuitry. The mechanical and the biological components have fully fused with each other, creating a perfect hybrid the likes of which have never seen before. There is a complete understanding between the two halves of his system which allows for maximum efficiency when transferring both energy and mental signals. At this point it would be impossible to reverse the procedure and return him to his Saiyan state as the machinery is as much a part of him as his heart or his soul. This is a form unmatched as far as Dr. Mikan is concerned.
