The last trip Shakuhachi made out to space had ended in disaster. He nearly lost his mind to some invisible force which had taken weeks to properly recover from, but at least he had made a contact along the way. But his trips didn't have the intent of making friends; they were for making profits and collecting resources. He wasn't able to justify leaving Namek again if he was only going to come back empty handed. He had a war to win; even if it hadn't started yet. What was he bringing to the table? Nothing as of right now. Nothing but himself and that wasn't good enough.
He flipped through his ship's database looking for a planet which might actually have some value this time around, and he double checked to make sure it was all up to date this time. What was he looking for? Preferably a planet with an advanced, dense population; some green wouldn't hurt either. After going through a few duds finally the planet of Namchek came up. The population was greater than Nameks' and the economy seemed solid, and better yet it was situated not too far from Namek. Shakuhachi didn't waste any time heading off.
The trip took a few hours, most of which Shakuhachi spent trying to figure out his plan. Was he going to go in with a full assault and take no prisoners attitude? Or would he play things slowly and let the situation unfold before taking those sorts of measures? He opted for the latter as his ship touched down and he exited just outside one of the larger metropolitan areas. As he walked down the runway he was approached by a few of the natives; they were odd looking bunch to him though as a Namekian who was he to talk?
They had a similar look to Namekians but they were generally shorter, their skin was closer to blue than green and they only had one antennae. They seemed nice enough though; offering to watch over his ship as he did his business. It seemed a bit odd to him but he didn't mind a few people standing around his ship. He wondered the city for a while before finally finding what he believed to be the market section. The planet was not as advanced as he had hoped but they had a decent selection of technological gadgets and instruments available, what would he be getting today?
