Atunia Corundia

The odd opposite of her twin sister in a lot of ways, Atunia appears as a moderately taller woman of build, her shape appearing as that of a top hourglass figure. Standing at roughly 5'11" and weighing in at around 160 pounds, she's surprisingly muscular yet refined, her skin seemingly untarnished despite concealing layers of muscular trained thew. She had a soft tone red hair that reaches down past her hips, green iridescent eyes, and two green horn-like protrusions escaping the top of her head in a straight path upward. 
Aside from her standard yet refined humanoid structure, the main defining features of Atunia are her ancestry as a Doragon. Multiple aspects of Atunia are due to this, marking her as an oddity among other non-Doragon humanoid species. Across her body in patches and spots are swathes of green, bioluminescent scales, mostly centered around her back area and the small vestigial wings sprouting from just above her hips. Along with the scales, she possesses sharp canine teeth across her mouth like that of a shark, and regular eyes at first, before turning into vertical slit pupils akin to a lizard of prey when angered or threatened. Finally, the part of her that causes most problems, her blood and the cold fusion reactor inside of her body. From birth, due to the mutation of her Autunite Gemblood origin, Atunia's heart is a natural, constantly functioning cold fusion nuclear reactor akin to the known Jade Gembloods. Her blood is bright green and extremely radioactive, resulting in her veins themselves faintly glowing in the dark, and her chest where her heart resides constantly emitting a thick ray of light and energy even when in the daylight or a light room, those looking at her chest being able to see the flowing of nuclear energy underneath her skin. She is often seen covering herself in either soft, loose robes and dresses or in tighter Earthling attire, not desiring the type of apparel of her sister.

BACKGROUND: Born from a clan of Doragon who long ago fled the sanctity of the planet known as Eminor for something far more remote and peaceful, the Corundia Clan itself existed as a seemingly outcast group of Rubyblood Gembloods who culminated their strength through their immense powers to control the very forces of nature, their own abilities akin to that of the Jadeblood Gemblood clans who mutated from their clan. This, however, came even stronger in one of the Corundia's most recent generations of Doragon births.
It was not uncommon for their clan to birth twins, triplets, quadruplets, or more. Many of Atunia and Naomi's cousins and fellow clan members were from generations of numerous children. However, despite the Rubyblood Hot Fusion energy that formed these unions of ultra-destructive siblings tendancy to only create more and more Rubybloods, the twins born to the aspiring parents of Naomi and Atunia got something more than they initially bargained for. One Rubyblood of great build, short in stature sure, but gleaming with mutated Doragon features that showed the proud strength of their race... As if to compliment the birth of her sister, so too came forth Atunia, the black sheep of the two.
Atunia was not born a Rubyblood like the rest of her clan did. Somehow, despite the odds, the Corundia clan's already mutated lineage of Gembloods produced something new, something unseen before. Unassuming, resembling almost a human Earthling in appearance, the only part of the girl which resembled a Doragon was the scales across her skin, the small hip-bound vistigial wings, and the small green horns that fled her skull in uniform lines into the sky. She was an Autuniteblood Gemblood. Something never before produced by the Corundia clan, or presumably any Rubybloods before. While an exciting change of pace for the plan, and something akin to a miracle birth considering the rarity, it did not take long for the family to become sick of her between the two. Where Naomi excelled at her resembling the Hot Fusion of excitement and reactivity, a blooded beast of yore who held aloft her appeal to strength and striking superiority, Atunia did not hold such beliefs or emotions. Her Cold Fusion emotions, somber and regretful grew as she did, as did her supposed laziness and refusal to do much except lay around and exist for the first two decades of her life at home. A total yin to Naomi's yang. Where Naomi was aggressive, expansive, and assertive, Atunia was clumsy, soft, and reserved. She did the opposite of what the clan wanted, and presumably neglected her magical duties, showing herself as ineffective in the clan's eyes. That was, until she exploded. Literally.
During a preparatory match with a set of cousin clan members to ready herself for the future she would need to carve out for herself, Atunia neglected fighting alongside her twin and took on her triplet cousins alone. Liquid and lapping fire touched her skin from barated attacks and each slice of a claw or flap of a nonfunctional wing threw her back unable to defend herself. Lazy, unrefined, and observably lacking, the match turned from a brawl into a mocking festival. Retorts, punishing glares, and offensive tones thrown out in every direction by those around her, including from her disapproving parents. Even when Naomi was going to speak up for her twin sister, Atunia snapped, finally sick of the mistreatment for her opposition to their way of life. Her body began to glow, her veins visible through her skin as a cyclone of moving energy in her chest caused the girl to expel at her cousins a great beam of superheated plasma nearly erasing them from existence, while also vaporizing many houses, trees, and a small island off in the distance. The sizzling of the air met with a chain reaction of nuclear radiation burned through the ranks of the family, spreading among them minor radiation poisoning to those who were too close to the woman when she went into her meltdown.
No longer looked down upon or touched, the girl was left to her own devices by the family who feared what they had created, simply allowing her to be. All Atunia wanted was a calm life learning her skills, mastering whatever she wished, and spending time with her twin sister on whatever crazy misadventures the other Doragon got herself into. The black sheep resorting herself to a faithful companion to Naomi as the nuclear option if they ever got into trouble. Literally. Unknown to Atunia, she did not become an outcast of her clan that day, but rather something greatly feared among the elders. Elders who knew of stories of the Cold meeting Hot, and the resulting fusion itself being something far greater than their kind as ever known in history. All it would take would be for one moment to create a true dragon of old, something far too powerful for their people to dream of.

Breathing in deeply to gather as much air in her lungs as possible, Atunia uses her radioactive blood to supercharge and heat the atoms in the air, before releasing and directing the blast of the now radioactive plasma at her opponent in a heavy beam weapon!

Offensive Medium || Meltdown
Getting sick and tired of her opponent surviving other attacks and wanting to end the battle, Atunia enters a state of meltdown. Breaking down both physically and emotionally, her skin temporarily disables its protective properties and begins to fire off a single intense beam of nuclear energy at the opponent or an attack homing in on the opponent, amplifying the damaging effect of the incoming blast by a large margin!

Offensive Light || Air Burst Kamikazi
Pulling her arm back as if to do her Surface Burst Kamikazi, Atunia instead opens her palm and allows the build up of nuclear Fusion energy to form the shape of a large crystalline rock hovering in front of her reflecting the energy from her body, before firing the beam off to intercept a friendly attack and combine with it to form an even more destructive assault on the opponent!

Pulling back her arm into a prepared punch, the very air around her fist will begin to glow a deep green color as nuclear energy emits from her skin around her arm, preparing for a moment for an explosively destructive punch!

Offensive Heavy SPARKING || Widon-Larsen Finality
Overcharging the natural cold fusion nuclear reactor that is her heart with extremely fast and plentiful atomic nuclei before channeling all of that atomic energy into her mouth and throat, absorbing and condensing the very air in her lungs into an intracluster medium made solely by her body. Directing herself to face either an opponent, or an attack going towards her opponent, Atunia fires from her mouth this directed light-speed beam of pure X-Ray energy as a solid tube-like beam of pure green and white light. The attack, burning at a heat recorded at 190 Megakelvins in purity and heat, burns so bright and hot it is known to transfer all nearby states of matter immediately into superhot plasma itself, turning even the Ki of a defensive move into the very fuel of the attack itself, piercing against almost all attacks with extreme ease and proficiency.

Utility Technique || Atom Bomb Baby
Due to the nature of Atunia's inherent nuclear attributes, her blood is incredibly radioactive by nature, protected only from the outside by the thick radiation-proof skin of the Doragon's body. While harmless to be near her when unharmed, injuries caused to the woman spills harmful radiation into the immediate area, raising the temperature and possibly harming innocent bystanders who can't protect their bodies from the harmful rays.

Utility Technique || Rookie Level Fusion Magic
Through the natural forces at will, the innate magical attributes of Atunia are Fusion magic. Due to this, utilizing her magical capabilities, she can fuse multitudes of objects together with extreme precision to form new objects or items entirely. From fusing a broken handle with a brush to create a broom, or fusing the very air in front of her tightly together to form solid platforms of oxygen to step up onto, her ability to fuse virtually everything is limited only by their status as living or inanimate. With this strength of Fusion Magic, she cannot fuse other living creatures at this skill level.
