Jackie was focused in on the earthling, keeping an open ear and mind as much as she was anticipating him moving around her torrent of flames. She was quick, but the kami knew he was more than capable enough to dodge the fire and handle the heat. Despite the destruction intrinsic with one half of her Art, there was a certain restraint in the way fires hit the body. Even ki-backed ones. The energy itself was probably more potent than she was letting out here, dealing with small bursts to keep both Yakito and herself safe as sparring partners. The clothing didn't really have the same benefit of the doubt, as flammability wasn't doused by her spirit holding back the heat. Other than her own clothes, which the fire seemed to pass over in tune with and didn't leave a mark, she could never perfectly sculpt a safe barrier for other's in battle like that.

Yakito spoke with more conviction, a sure sign that told Jackie what she needed to know in how fluent he was in this sophistry. Being able to explain your reasoning and ideals in a digestible manner helped strengthen them through thought and conversation. Through others asking questions, one sought to see the very real image of their world around them. With a yell of defiance, Yakito was the one to telegraph his own plans to rush forwards this time. The kami was quick to spot him and suddenly let her orange ki go. Surrounding her body in the usual manner before igniting into an aura of flame. Covering herself in flame, the very first thing the other Earthling would see is her shin.

She stomps with the back foot and coats it in a second layered fire, must like her fist from before, and tries catching him before he can reach her feet and ankles with a sweeping kick, aiming to toss him aside and away before pursuing with measured, steady steps.

"Not everyone is a warrior, we must see to it those with full lives of their own get to experience that! Life!"
Jackie softens up a bit as she verbally reinstates what Yakito was speaking truth to with her own words. "Don't limit yourself with expectations either. No evil is too big, no spirit to small to make a difference. You're not going to save everyone though, right?"
She pauses before approaching him, her presence giving off much more heat under this effect her aura was imposing now. This would turn out to be rhetorical. Jackie feels confident at this point this arbiter for the newest iteration of the empire spoke from the heart. "Don't let that stop you from tryin'. Do your best, that's enough. Show me some more of those moves!"
