Konatsians start with a unique racial item parallel to Super Items. The chosen item takes one item slot but doesn't contribute XP toward Malus, cannot be sold or changed normally, and cannot be traded to others. The user also cannot purchase the regular Super Item their choice parallels. Konatsians may use this special item 2/Thread. This acts like an item for all purposes EXCEPT Bare-Knuckle Brawler.
Once per thread, you may use a free 70% evasive technique that can be boosted. Additionally, you may interact with your selected Home Region as if you always had a Popo Stone consumable available.
KEEN SENSES [Optional]
You can use a free 40% Evasive Technique once per thread, which cannot be boosted. Standard Techniques with the Evasive variant gain Evasive+ for free.
CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: A suave looking Konatsian, Kuro stands at 5'10" and has a lean and athletic build, Kuro always takes great care to appear as best looking as possible, particularly taking great care of his white luscious locks.

BACKGROUND: Kuro had been a miracle child, with his mother having ferity issues that many doctors claimed would have a less than 1% chance of being able to become with child, naturally this lucky break had lead to his parents spoiling Kuro rotten and ensured Kuro would remain a mama's boy growing up, however his miracle birth was somewhat dampened when his parents were forced off world by the storms that ravaged Konats. It was during growing up in space that Kuro would meet and fall in love with a Heran, Tekina. Kuro had applied every move, pickup line and tactic he could think of to eventually win the woman's heart and the two would enter a loving relationship.
Until one day when Tekina would come home with a Heran that had both his white luscious hair and his bright green eyes. As an only child birth from a miracle, the odds of someone having his exact traits were next to impossible, his ma and pa were both alive true, but they were both only children and neither would cheat to produce any other offspring that could result in this half breed calling herself Ping. Despite Tekina's beliefs, Kuro truly had no hand in whatever brought Ping into this world, he was many things but he loved Tekina with all his heart and should the two ever truly have kids of their own, he wouldn't abandon them either, let alone abandon them underneath a tree (At least, that's what he assumes Ping meant by saying she was born from a tree, who would assume she was literally given form by a tree?)
Still, their love persisted despite the strange new addition of their adopted daughter Ping, he wasn't entirely sure what to make of half breed that called herself as a goddess and had all these crazy ideas, tree parent, somehow being 80 years old, there had to be some screws loose in her head but he had slowly grown attached the strange girl and slowly came to embrace the adopted father role forced onto him. Granted, he was pretty sure his parents would kill him if they ever found out that he might've had a daughter and let her join him as a pirate on a crew under the rule of a saiyan, but hey, you can't win them all, right?

WIZARD'S RING: This small, plain ring holds immense magic within it. Gifted to graduates of Kashvar magic institutes. Provides one of three options. A free 30% Attack Technique, a free 40% Evasive Technique or a free 30% Escape Technique. These may be boosted by momentum and other effects. POWER POLESPIRIT SURGE

Kuro draws two hands together in a cupping motion with the interior of his wrists touching each other before firing a large beam directly at the target.

Kuro envelopes himself in a simple ki bubble that rapidly expands outward until meeting contact with an attack while also curling himself up into a ball.
Power: 100% (3TP for 30% Damage buff)

Heavy Sparkling Attack || Miracle Spear
Kuro fires a single large spare constructed of his ki that is purple in colour, while the pointed end is solid and capable of piercing through most defenses, the shaft of the spear is kept malleable to better combine attacks with his beloved Tekina.
Power: 130% (6TP for 60% Damage buff)
KP Cost: 6 KP
Variants: Merging and Piercing (2TP each for 4TP total)
Utility Technique || Flight
By some means, usually through a skillful application of your ki, you are able to fly through the air.
Utility Technique || Ki Suppression
Skilled control over your ki allows you to suppress your Power Level to a minimum of 1 PL to either hide or use this lower PL to fight characters weaker than your full strength on even footing. This technique is passive and does not require KP use.
