Since Titan had woken up, memories were flowing in here and there, but he wasn't anywhere close to complete. He knew a couple of things, his name being one of them. Besides that, and a couple of details such as his nature as a blend of several different types of species' DNAs, there wasn't much that he remembered.
He did, however, remember what he'd felt shortly before he went under. An insatiable rage towards those around him, a strong desire to enact his vengeful wrath on whoever he saw fit. What exactly he felt vengeful or wrathful for, though? The details of those were still quite foggy to him. Despite that, the feelings still lingered, filling his mind with a desire to hurt. So, he decided that that was what he was going to do.
This planet was very different. Its people filled their days with joyous activities and delightful experiences. It was all a far cry from the way that Titan grew up. From the days he could walk, he was born into combat, bred by it. Taught how to make use of his bodies abilities to cause damage to others. He couldn't help but feeling resentful towards these Earthlings for largely not having had to go through an upbringing like he did. Was he...jealous? Perhaps. At the moment, he didn't really care either way.
Titan descended over perhaps the ultimate amalgamation of what he despised about these beings so heavily. Some sort of...fair? Or maybe a park of some sorts? All he knew was that he couldn't tell whether half of the screaming he heard was that of terror or of delight. Seeing the smiles on peoples' faces told him that it was likely the latter. And that angered him.
As he walked through the park, observing the people and the activities they engaged in, his rage only festered. He tried to understand what he was seeing but...he couldn't. After a while, it started to boil over. He'd had enough of this. It was time for him to have some fun, too. Without hesitation, he sent a red beam of energy straight for a small concession stand, with an adolescent man serving some sort of food involving the combination of meat and bread. The young man saw the beam coming towards him, and rushed to jump out of the way. Whether or not it hit, Titan didn't really care. He continued to fire these beams at different stands and attractions. Soon, those screams of joy would shift entirely to the screams of terror he so much desired.
