Background: Nashi was born on planet Plant with both the gifts of intelligence and wealth on his side. The Karma family was already regarded among Hatchi City's elite for their involvement in weapons development, specially when it came to scouter technology.
However, what he possessed in sheer genius and resources, he lacked in compaxion and well-balanced emotions. He never really got along with other tsufurujins, be them old or young, and always found the whole war with the saiyajins a waste of money and time. Nashi had way more interest in machinery and robotics than anything else, proffering the company of bolts, circuits and gear over the touch of any living thing.
Even when his parents died in a bombing of Hatchi City, when he was only 13 years old, he felt nothing, except for relief. Their vast accumulated wealth was finally his to control and use as he saw fit, and the young tsufurujin was not about to waste any time in exploiting it. In only a couple of years, the last Karma expanded his business to the area of mechatronics and industrial armor suits which could raise the tsufurujin civilization into a galactic trade empire, no longer concerned for what the monkeys did with their half of the planet.
The warmongers in charge of Hatchi City had other plans, however, trying to weaponize his inventions in the war effort, instead of following is entrepreneurial lead. To them, the Karma were only weapons manufacturers, and nothing else, and Nashi was ashaming his family heritage by not walking that path.
The young genius did not take lightly to their insults and demands, and sabotaged his own suits so they would fail in combat, causing the death of countless tsufurujin soldiers in the battlefield. Before they authorities could come for him, though, he and his fortune were long gone. Nashi decided to go to the one planet he knew his mind for business and innovating would be appreciated: Earth.
The Karma prodigy opened shop in Central City by the name of Karma Corporation, and it was not long until his ingenious robotic creations became a fever among the earthlings, causing his power and influence to grow even more for the following years. Despite all the success he had hoped for, the more time passed, the less interested he became in earning money, or reputation.
He became a recluse, only working on his personal creations, and letting his subordinates run the Karma Corporation for him. This search for something to challenge him and make his life fulfilling made him enter the criminal underbelly of Earth. Unlike most of the lowlifes and mafia bosses who got themselves involved in all sorts of depraved acts, Nashi was only there for his entertainment, conspiring against any party he saw fit to create a show for himself.

Thus, the young billionaire began working on his first personalized armored suit to protect him in any occasion, when necessary. He would use an earthling dinosaur as inspiration for the design, while using nanomachines and a rare metal know as Trinitium to craft it. Finally, he studied the quite obscure documents and information on árula from the distance planet Seratus, using an artificial version of the Despair frequency, merged with his own small reserve, to power the suit.
Years after first joining the Earth's underworld, the Karma grew bored of being impregnable yet again, and thus desperately looks for something, anything, to challenge or entertain him.
