BACKGROUND:
Ichigo was born and raised in Hatchi.
She never knew her parents, having lost both of them when she was still so young not to have an actual recollection of what they sounded or looked like, she would only know that they were proud soldiers in the military and they gratefully served until an unfortunate recon mission failed under mysterious circumstances. However she did know her brother Dorit, a fellow orphan, they grew up together in the orphanage but they did not truly live a bad fate at all.
The government made sure that they were amply at ease because of their parents' legacy and both were easily awarded with the means to progress in life, however they did so in very different paths. Dorit became a soldier, much like their parents in the memory, while Ichigo herself was much more of a scientist and interested herself in various subjects.
As one of the few scientists, however, that chose not to study the Saiyans in ways to best subjugate them but rather she found herself fascinated alone by the Saiyan species regarding them as some kind of 'apex' of humanoid potential. However she barely had much besides what few remains she could have from battlefields and corpses, and even after the 'peace' agreements she would not find any manner of test subjects, which only made her research difficult.
She was also one of the scientists that openly participated in the project to potentially restore Sadala, although that would be a work in progress for many years and for her merely a distraction from her main interests.
But the difficulty of her research became far too frustrating, especially when things such as Super Saiyan suddenly emerged and now she found herself with even more need of studying as many Saiyans as possible to harvest the knowledge required for her to truly figure them out.
However.
During the most recent attack on Hatchi, she evacuated with a spacepod... only to find herself in the middle of a meteor storm that nearly took her life, and only by mere fortune she managed to make an emergency landing on an unknown and undiscovered planet. So small, and tiny as it was, she could not spot any signs of life, until she discovered a breakthrough; an individual apparently. Capable of thought, a caveman of sorts that resembled the Saiyan by all merits. She was intrigued, but otherwise she was dismissed time and time again, as the stranger unable to even speak completely refused contact. However, she managed to retrieve a sample of blood and fur that she would manage to return home, as she went on to continue her research.
Once she returned to Hatchi, she discovered her brother was one of the victims of the latest attack. In her grief, she was shaken but resolved not to suffer the same fate, she retrieved her research. Tuffles were weak, and Saiyans were strong, but she would find the missing link required to enhance herself up to par with the warrior species! That is her mission.
