Mystic Arts
You can heal your allies with your magical abilities. You can generate a heal valued at 75% of your PL for 3 KP, 150% of your PL for 6 KP. This interacts exclusively with your base power level, and heals based on your target's base power level. You can choose to heal yourself instead of an ally, once per thread regardless of level used. The self heal generates a heal valued at 50% of your PL for 3KP or 100% of your PL for 6KP.
Kai Kai
Once per month, you may travel instantaneously from one planet to another with up to 5 others. This also provides a free 70% evasive defense technique, usable once per thread, that is boost-able. You can also post freely in the Otherworld boards even if you are not dead.
Stalwart
While in your strongest available form, you may activate 10% MP Power Boosts on all of your Defense Techniques for free. This halts your momentum regeneration for that turn. However, you may not use any Power or Ki Boosts on attack techniques with your MP in your strongest available form.

APPEARANCE:
Through the use of magic Surra has cast aside almost every identifying detail that would immediately mark her as a Shinjin to the less perceptive. In her current state she lives among the Tuffles as the supposed wife to Ambrose Regulus. Standing at 6'01", much taller than many of her contemporaries in her newfound home. Her paler skin is contrast by dark eyes. Her pale hair is stark against her choice of darker dress attire.

BACKGROUND:
Time for those born of the Fruit is something some forget the proper flow of, as events come and they pass often with little fanfare or grandeur to them. For Surra this was very much the truth, for she was selected as an aide to a lower kai to take care of menial tasks. While it was unimportant work, the still young psuedo-divinity took pride in what she had to do, for she had a purpose. In between her tasks she would observe and seek to learn from those she worked under and around. And through observation she would learn a great deal. For decades further she would continue her tasks, occasionally stepping outside of her allotted tasks assist those around her.
And there would be a boon to performing outside of her quarry, as Surra was to be taken into consideration for further training with those she worked under all this time. But, none of this truly interested the still young Shinjin, for the position itself mattered little. It was the opportunity to observe and to learn that drove her onwards. And in time, a decision would be made.
Surra would be put aside, for there was found a mortal of considerable capability who was brought forth to learn from this higher Shinjin. It would be this revelation that upset Surra's perspective on the world and how it operated. These past generations she was under the impression there could be no overlap in the machinations or perspective scopes of mortalkind and divinity, but this being who found themselves the student to one of her own changed everything.
But this did not make Surra made, instead it saddened her. Now that the perspective of mortalkind as beings just as capable of perspective as her own kind, it was a pity that these mortals would be born into such mutable forms. Intent to finding a means to rectify what she now saw as a universal injustice, the Shinjin would begin a lengthy exploration of the various worlds with known population centers. During this travel, under the pseudonym of Momolu, she would meet and converse with the Tuffle Ambrose, who shared some of her opinions and ambitions. Finding herself speaking with him more and more, perhaps this was the first step in her path forwards.
When Ambrose made the request of her to play the role of guardian to his new creation, she took the opportunity immediately. Hoping that remaining around that man longer would reveal to her an opportunity to enact her own goals.

Once per thread, you can add the Homing or Stasis variant to a Standard Light Offensive Technique, or Distanced or Stasis to a Standard Light Defensive Technique.
