A few days after her outburst and private message to Ticoga, Zuqetta had now collected her thoughts on the matter.
The Council would remain, but it seemed she was growing more and more into the tyrant she and Ticoga had spoken of. She would not heed the word of the council on this matter, possibly a choice that would haunter her down the line but she didn't care. Lottus was her family, and abandoning him once had cost him his life; she would not do so again...
Space, an endless void filled with worlds and stars; out amongst the stars would be the world of Namek, the place her cousin had been spirited to. Zuqetta sat upon the Captain's chair aboard the Freezing Horizon as it drifted at impulse speeds through space. Her crew manning the different controls remained silent, feeling the tension in the air. The Freezing Horizon, for it's time when Azoth was Emperor, had been the best on the line; whether that remained true these three years later remained to be seen, but the ship served it's purpose well.
An Arcosian Destroyer Class, absolutely massive in size, dwarfed only by Zuqetta's personal home away from home, The Eclipse. Even without the Eclipse, the Freezing Horizon was an imposing sight; as was the armada that accompanied the vessel through space. An fleet, far larger than what the Saiyan Kingdom alone could muster moved in formation through the stars, bidding farewell to the red orb that was Plant. Zuqetta would give a sigh as she heard Shivvz approaching her seat; she'd adjust her posture and straighten her crown for what would happen next.
"The first to address, your people." He'd say plainly, fiddling with a data pad he held which controlled a broadcasting drone.
The drone would activate, and the Saiyan Monarch would begin to be broadcast to the homes and businesses of Sadala. "Saiyans, today I depart from our world and give chase after the curs that dared to make light us. Today I go to Namek and reclaim what is rightfully ours! Lottus, my cousin; the World Breaker, the destructive Super Saiyan of Legend. Whether you accept him or hate him, he is a Saiyan, and he has been abducted by the War Criminal, Yangcong and his Mazoku cronies!" Zuqetta would shout, her expression one of an unfamiliar rage to the people that knew her, "It matters not what you think of Lottus, for to DARE to abduct him like this is an attack against us as a people! It's a humiliation of our pride and NOT something I will stand for!"
She'd pause, taking a breath to calm before continuing, "Mark my words, I will not allow this insult to carry on. With my fleet in tow, I will bring my all to bear upon those that would besmirch us, upon the Mazoku, upon that damnedable Yangcong and I WILL bring my cousin back! I will not ask any who are unwilling to join me, I ask only that you all stand proud, and stay strong until my return!"
She would speak firmly, with a steeled gaze the entire time as she attempted to rally her people; with her message to the Saiyan's concluded, she would end the broadcast with a Saiyan salute before the feed would cut to black. She gave a heavy sigh, she worried for her people while she was away, but knew they would be in good hands, especially after her next message was sent.
Shivvz prepared the second drone, a recorder drone to send a private message to those within her contacts.
"Royal Advisor Calot, War Master Vocado, and my good friend Zuci-" she'd begin, her serious tone softening slightly as she spoke, "I'm now journeying to Namek to reclaim my cousin. I know the feelings you each have are... complicated when it comes to him, but I ask you to put aside your feelings while I'm away for the sake of the Kingdom. There's no guarantee the War Criminal Yangcong will be on Namek when I arrive, and the snake that he is, he may very well use this opportunity to assail Sadala yet again."
It was something that genuinely made Zuqetta nervous, he'd done so before after all, but she would continue.
"You three are amongst those of my most trusted allies, I know Sadala will be safe in your hands." she'd say with a smile, "But, Calot... if you feel there is a danger too great in Sadala, I ask that you leave with Ayu. Her safety should be your priority, please have faith in the trust I have for Vocado and Zuci."
And with that, her second message would end; a more complicated message was still to come however...
"Do not withhold information with this next one, lest you cause a misunderstanding. If they are your friends as you say, then they will understand." Shivvz would advise as he prepared the recorder to connect to the Nova Headquarters.
"Hehe, hey Jinx! Hey Novas! Nova Pink here, Long time no see!" Zuqetta would begin, feeling only a tad anxious, "Sorry I haven't been to Konats in a bit, been a bit busy with uhh, Queen stuff." she'd continue, before noticing Shivvz disapproving gaze; Zuqetta would sigh, her expression becoming more serious before she'd continue on, "The truth is, my cousin... Lottus... he's been kidnapped by a man named Yangcong and taken to Namek. I'm on my way there now to rescue him! And... I know you guys might not get along with him, even I don't really like some of the things he's done... but he's my family, I can't just abandon him!" she'd insist, her expression a mix of desperation and determination, "It'd be nice if... I could have your support in rescuing my cousin, as far as I'm aware, Emperor Ticoga of Arcose will be going to War with the Mazoku. I'm not asking you guys to fight anyone, even I don't really want to fight anyone... but, I'll do what I must to save my cousin." she'd finish firmly, steeling her resolve before giving a soft smile and a salute, "Nova Pink, over and out!"
The feed would cut, the recording sent, but still there were two messages she had left to send.
Of course, these next two were a bit different; Shivvz would hand her a small device, a phone it was called, and she'd dial the only number besides a pizza place that she had on it. After a few rings it would go to a voicemail, Zuqetta would laugh, before speaking.
"Heheh, hey Russ! Hope you're doin' okay! Just callin' ta let ya know that I'm on my way ta Namek ta fight some bad guys! Oh, but ya don't gotta worry about me none! I'll be fine, and got some friends joining me! Anyways, I know you're busy on Earth, but I wanted ta ask if you could help keep an eye on Sadala for me! You don't gotta worry about all of Plant, it's a big place after all heh, just Sadala is fine, if ya could!" she'd smile, though there would be no way for Russ to know this, "Oh, and make sure ya call me back! I LITERALLY just heard that Arachno-Man is gonna be in the new Defenders: World War movie, and wanted ta talk with ya about it!! Anyways, talk to ya later!" she'd finish, hanging up the phone and leaving the previously tense crew with a more awkward silence than anything.
"Wuh- hey! I ain't all about war and stuff, don't look at me like that! I got a life outside of fightin'!" she'd say in an annoyed tone, giving a pout. It'd prompt a nice laughter amongst the group, lightening the mood further; a good thing too considering the journey ahead. Zuqetta would take a deep breath, lifting herself into a cross-legged meditative position as she allowed her senses to stretch far across the stars. "And now, just one more-" this was likely the most difficult message to send, not just because of skill involved, but because of the location of the recipient. She knew how terrible her communication skills could be, and the last thing she wasn't was a misunderstanding with THIS person in particular.
[Hello? Nero? Is this thing on?] She'd begin, but unwittingly would continue with her telepathic message, [Ahhhh, sorry for the mental intrusion!! I normally only do this with Calot... n-not like in a weird way or anything! Guh, why am I even saying all that? ANYWAYS! Um, I hope this isn't awkward, but I'm on my way to Namek. The truth is, my cousin, a Saiyan named Lottus... -oh I hope you don't know TOO much about him- he's been taken, an evilevilEVIL man name Yangcong helped some Mazoku guy kidnap him from his plot of dirt on Plant! I'm rescuing him, I promise I don't intend to fight more than necessary, my main goal is ONLY to rescue Lottus. If any Mazoku stand in my way, they and only they, will be the ones to face my wrath. I just... I ask that you don't stop me, please. I only want to bring Lottus home.]
She'd release a long held breath; Namek was so far away she wasn't even sure if her message had reached him. She was sure she sensed Namek when she tried however, if the message had gone to Zhalla instead that'd have been pretty embarrassing, but at least Nero would still receive it that way. With that, her messages were done; all that was left to do now, was prepare for war...
"Hm... I just realized-" she'd remark curiously.
"Realized what?"

Her first message is as Queen to the Saiyans, any Saiyan or individual with access to Saiyan communicators will have been able to hear this if they were on Plant at the time of this message!!
Her second message is addressed personally to Calot , Vocado & Zuci
Her Third message is to Nova Headquarters, potentially reaching Jinx , Striker , Nervan & Friends , Dahlia & Flambréra , Zerori and Zriracha , Delia & potentially some random creature she never met that lives in the Nova Attic, Majin Meringue
Her fourth message is a voice mail to Russ !
And her final message is used via Galactic Telepathy UT and is sent to Nero or Zhalla ; Zuqetta couldn't quite pin down the location so it may have been sent to either or, maybe even both! (She hopes it wasn't Daucus, this is no time for charades with the baby!!!)
