When you have sustained 100% or more damage, you gain a +10% boost to all techniques, but you may not boost techniques with the momentum power boost. Healing to the point where you have less than 100% damage sustained deactivates this bonus.
BURNING KI
Once per thread, you may spend momentum in increments of 2 to regain KP at a cost of 2 MP to 1 KP.
COMBAT LEARNING
Once per thread, you may add on any non-sparking variant to a Light or Medium offensive technique. Cannot exceed two variants on one technique.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: Maki; Fire Force
BACKGROUND: Kali was sent off-world as many Saiyan babies are, to grow and conquer a smaller planet in the name of the Saiyans. The planet she was sent to was a lawless place that many criminals called home. A powerful criminal called Esmeralda discovered her as a baby, and knew at once the usefulness of having a Saiyan under her control. So she removed Kali's tail and raised her in the way of battle. In time, Kali came to learn about the Saiyans and turned on her so called Mistress.
Side Note: Esmeralda had business dealings with Yangcong. He and Kali knew each other off and on throughout her childhood. He sometimes had a hand in her training.
Personality and Ambitions: She's quiet and reserved in social situations. This is both to watch and learn, and because of her semi-abusive upbringing. In combat situations, she is fiery and aggressive. This will eventually bleed a bit into her regular personality once she becomes more confident. Now that she is on her own, she wants to learn about her heritage and find where she belongs in this wide universe. She also intends to return to the planet she was raised and settle some old scores.
