MYSTIC ARTS
    You can heal your allies with your magical abilities. You can generate a heal valued at 75% of your PL for 3 KP, 150% of your PL for 6 KP. This interacts exclusively with your base power level, and heals based on your target's base power level. You can choose to heal yourself instead of an ally, once per thread regardless of level used. The self heal generates a heal valued at 50% of your PL for 3KP or 100% of your PL for 6KP.

KAI KAI
    Once per month, you may travel instantaneously from one planet to another with up to 5 others. This also provides a free 70% evasive defense technique, usable once per thread, that is boost-able. You can also post freely in the Otherworld boards even if you are not dead.

OPTIONAL TRAIT

STALWART
    While in your strongest available form, you may activate 10% MP Power Boosts on all of your Defense Techniques for free. This halts your momentum regeneration for that turn. However, you may not use any Power or Ki Boosts on attack techniques with your MP in your strongest available form.

GENERAL TRAITS

QUICK LEARNER
    You gain technique slots every 8,000 PL instead of every 10,000 PL. You also receive a 50% discount to trait respec and technique respec manuals.

WEALTHY
    You gain Zeni slightly faster! Your ZPW is raised by +0.3 if you do not have Cash Money or Favorable Contracts, and by +0.2 if you do have them.

BACKGROUND: A simple fruit from the tree of the worlds, a Shin born in an era at the dawn of time. Ramiris herself has long since forgot the day it was she opened her eyes and bore witness to the Land of the Kais. Ancient as she is, time has become nothing more than an illusion to her, with those she meets along the way mere actors in the grand play of the universe, coming and going from the stage.

Long ago, before the recording of time, before Sapient lifeforms began to expand across the universe; a fruit from a tree in the Land of the Kais would descend and give form to the Shin-jin, Ramiris. As many others, Ramiris was instilled with the knowledge and understanding of the universe. Her role was a simple one; watch. She was to do nothing more, than watch the universe as it evolved. She was to watch the stars as they expanded, exploded, shrank and imploded. She was to watch the particles drifting through space as the rushed and raged, crashing and fusing, eventually forming worlds. And she was to watch the mortals, the sapient lifeforms as they came into being; some from stone, some from the seas, some of fire, some in the vacuum of space itself.

No more, no less, her role... was to watch...

And for eons, she performed her role dutifully; she watched, and watched. Only brief interactions with her fellow Shin would cause her focused gaze to waver, but once said interactions would conclude, she would return to her duty. It was a simple life, it was her purpose; if she thought of the future, that too was simple as she knew she'd eventually reach the end of her lifespan, and her duty would conclude.

And so, she watched, and-

"Hm?"

A reaction, how long had it been? How long had she been watching? It was strange that she was curious about it, but she would disregard the thoughts.

"Oh!"

Another reaction, they were far and few between, but she'd reacted again; she'd seen something, a star, it crashed into another in a display unlike anything she'd watched before. She continued to watch, the years passing by uneventfully until-

"A mortal?"

She was curious, was this allowed? So long as she continued her duty, surely a bit of curiosity wouldn't hurt.

"So bright! Hehehe-"

Commentary? This wasn't part of her duty, but it didn't interfere, so it should have been fine.

"Oh, gone already? Mortal lives are so short."

Time passed, she continued to watch but things were... different...
She'd fidget, she'd yawn, she'd close her eyes for a moment only to shoot them open and chastise herself. She had a duty to perform, but it was... boring? Yes, boring. It was incredibly boring! She never realized it at first, in fact, she was quite content to watch. Occasionally she saw interesting things, but those things passed by so quickly that any excitement she had would fade within moments.

She was bored, there was nothing else she could have been; yet, despite knowing this, she continued to watch. She was intent to stick to her role in the universe, it was her duty, yet her condition only seemed to worsen despite her resolve. Eventually, her gaze wandered; she still watched, but... it was clear she had no focus. No, it was different, it wasn't a lack of focus but instead, hyper-focus!

No longer did she simply watch, but instead, she searched; this should have been fine, right? Her eyes were still open, so she was still watching, right?

She saw planets-

"So many varieties!"

She saw stars-

"Hm? Is it eating its neighbor star?"

And most importantly, she saw mortals-

"Hehehee, so small, what will you do?" she questioned as she gazed through the orb before her down upon a lone mortal that faced off against a massive beast, "Can you glow like the other one?" Years were as minutes, and the young boy of a mortal had become a man, the passage of time completely lost on the Shin, "Uh oh, you'd better watch out little mortal, the black furred ones will take your food!"

She laughed, she cried, her gaze was different, and her morals no longer so rigid. Her role was to watch, but none ever said what she should watch; she'd grown attached to the ones she saw, but those that came and went would never know. She watched them grow, watched them struggle, watched them experience new things one after another.

"Experience-" she would mutter as she watched the lives of yet another play out, "I want to experience." she'd say, feeling a heaviness in her chest at the words.

She was instilled with knowledge and a common understanding, yet what she received was not what she'd witnessed. The way the universe moved, the things the mortals would begin to create, none of this was instilled in her. She would watch, it was her duty, she would ALWAYS watch but she didn't want to stop there. She wanted to BE there, she wanted to experience what mortals experienced, live with them, laugh with them, fight with them, play with them. She wanted to be down there with them... but her time was up.

How long had it been? A hundred? A thousand? Perhaps a million years? She'd seen so much, planets form and die, lifeforms grow and wither. she was a simple fruit, with a simple task; she was no kai, nothing so grand or special. The fact that she'd lasted this long was a boon all its own; but she could feel it, her energy fading, her body expiring. It was a cage, a trap; the universe was saying her task was concluded, but she would refuse.

"No, no it's too soon! I haven't experienced a thing, nothing at all!" she'd exclaim, her eyes focused on the orb before her as images shifted in quick succession.

Her time drew near, her body could no longer be sustained... but, did she NEED this body to perform her task? Her duty? She was to watch, but nothing else was ever specified. It didn't matter where, or when, or how, and the body she had certainly didn't matter.

"I don't need it, this vessel, this useless husk!"

her thoughts raced; there was so much she could do if she was freed from the vessel that trapped her! Was this allowed? Did it matter? If the universe believed her duty complete, then what she did from this point wouldn't matter, right? She knew what to do, she'd seen it, she'd seen something that went beyond the norm. Something or someone, whose life had expired, yet they did not come to the Otherworld, business yet unfinished keeping them bound to the mortal realm.

"I have it, unfinished business, so much of it..." she'd say, lifting her hands, her gaze no longer on the orb, her task no longer maintained, "I can't- I won't leave yet, not until I've experienced it all!" her resolve was firm, it was her life, but her duty gnawed at her in the recesses of her mind. It was yet another reason to abandon the body she had, it was limiting, suffocating. She would be free, a free spirit, free to go where she wanted and do what she wanted! Her duty was complete, her fading body told her so, the universe had spoken and therefore it was time to take her life into her own hands, literally!

Her wrists would twist, her hands, her fingertips aimed towards her solar plexus; a single, jab with a steeled resolve was all it took. Her hands would stab into her chest, the pain unbearable, but no more unbearable than the thought of never experiencing a thing. Despite the pain, she smiled, she was doing it, in this very moment she was having an experience!

As her hands dug deeper, her fading form would return to life; a strange occurrence considering what was happening. Her pink hair would begin to fade to white, her eyes turning gray while her skin became pale; it was becoming difficult to move, but she wouldn't stop short. She felt it, not the beating of her heart, but the pulsing of her very soul deep within her breast. Her arms would pull apart, her expression fading as a light shone faintly from the wound upon her chest.

Finally, she would collapse...

Rather, the body who she once was would...

From her chest escaped a light, small, and nearly faded; whimsically it would float into the air, seeming as though it could go out at any moment. It nearly did, until a feeling pulsed from the like.

Experience...

A voice not wholly its own rang out like a sound bell, though there was no body, there was emotion. Excitement, confusion, bewilderment, and utter joy! Who was this, why was she? No, it knew, the light knew, but without a form it was quickly forgetting. It wouldn't fade however, it needed to experience more, that was all it ever wanted! It was all it wanted here and now! This determination would brighten the light, and as it brightened, it's control would sharpen. Ramiris had been born anew, or perhaps she was simply dead and refusing to die, it was difficult to tell. What mattered however, was that they were free; their duty was complete, and without hesitation, the spirit of Ramiris would descend upon the realm of the mortals...

Unknown millions of years later...

"GYYYAHAHAHAHAAHAAHAHAAAAA AHHHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA!!!!" A shrill, high voice laughed obnoxiously; the voice came from something strange, something small and otherwise unassuming. Akin to a person, but... only a couple inches in size, tiny wings, but despite this appearance, still incredibly obnoxious, "Just lookit! That face AHAH! LOOKIT YER FACE!!!" the creature laughed, a closer look revealed what the thing was, it was a creature of myth to most, a fairy.

"YOU BITCH!!!" A grizzled man covered in glue and black feathers would shout, "COME DOWN HERE SO I CAN RIP YER WINGS OFF!"

The fairy paused, staring at the man blankly from high above in the air where the man couldn't reach; her cheeks would swell before she suddenly broke into hysterical laughter yet again, "HHAHAHAHAAHEHEHEHHEEHHHAHAAAHAAAA!!! NyeeheheheeeeeeeH!!! Come and get me loooooooooooooooooooooser!!" she'd taugh, laughing further as she stuck her tongue out at the man.

Try as he might, there was no reaching the fairy for him, especially in the state he was now in.

"Awww, am I too high for ya~?" she'd tease, "Well since ya can't have me, you can have this!" she'd quickly turn around, sticking her rear out and slapping it as she looked at the man and stuck her tongue out at him yet again, pulling at the bottom of her eyelid she she danced a bit in the air. "This sight's free of charge igit! KYYAAAAAHAHAHAAHAAA!!!"

Before the man could give another yell, or make another attempt at reaching the fairy, she would be gone. With nothing more than a wink given, she'd had her fun and would simply vanish from sight. Though, while neither the man nor the rest of the rabble in the bar could see her, she was certainly still there. An orb of invisible light would float away whimsically, phasing through the walls and exiting the bar. The sound of her cackling laugh would continue on, fading eventually as the orb left into the sky.

This orb, this spirit, was none other than Ramiris! And as the spirit reached a safe distance, it would return to a tangible form, one she'd taken a liking to the past few thousand years, a so-called Fairy, and a rather mischievous one at that.

"Heheheheheheeee, ohhhhhhhh, that was good! Okidokiday! Next target, next target!!!" she'd explain, dashing quickly through the air and disappearing into the crowds to continue her eternity spanning adventure.

There were always more and more experiences to have, and she would see them all first hand~!

    Is it because she's so small? Is it because she's a fairy? Who can say! But for whatever reason, Ramiris weighs absolutely nothing and because of this, moves through the air whimsically like it's her natural state of being! *BEWARE STRONG GUSTS OF WIND*

Now you see me, now you don't! || Slot #2 || Starter
    Invisible? Intangible? All of the above!?! Perhaps it's because she's a fairy, and fairy myths often say that they can only be seen by those they want to be seen by! Of course, the same would go for being touched! Though, it's likely just some weird ability she picked up! *WARNING, IF YOUR INTANGIBILITY LASTS MORE THAN 5 HOURS, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL PHYSICIAN!*

(This is pure fairy flavor, and of course will not impact Mechanical situations; I may however flavor future evasive techniques with this!)

    "Dat? Oh dats just some gli-- I MEAN-!! Pixie dust, yeayeayea, hehhehehee, it'll make ya fly if ya believe hard enough!"
    Whatever the sparkly sandy stuff that Ramiris has is, it seems to allow others to fly briefly if they're hit by the stuff. Happy thoughts however, are not a requirement. *Choking Hazard: Keep out of reach of small children!*
