CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
The definition of the all-Earthling appeal, this hulking beast of pure patriotic duty. Standing at a staggering 9'1" (he is very disappointed at the lack of perfect symmetry in his height) and weighing in at roughly 600 lbs of pure, raw human muscle, this seemingly picture-perfect Earthling figure is rippled with abs and limb muscles. Despite his age of almost 60 years old, his hair doesn't have a single grey strand showing, his face holding a strong black chevron mustache and neatly combed back black hair, his eyes a deep brown color with what looks like an extra lined iris on either side.
His apparel is always formal, usually consisting of a nicely fit white suit with black dress pants. Despite countless shows of strength and battle, his ungodly strong clothes survive many blows with minimal damage.

BACKGROUND: Born many decades ago on Earth to a standard upbringing, Tux was not what one would consider a regular child. His life was spent rallying his fellow kids to gather and form ranks, getting whatever they needed through sheer will and determination. He led group paper routes for the working kids and teens, he organized a union for the snow shovelers in his part of Central City, and he pressured the adults to take them far more seriously than necessary. He was, by all points, born for politics. This came to a head during his high school years, where he both ran and won the election to be the student body president of Orange Star High during his tenure there. He reigned with the utmost superiority over his classmates and due to his fierce nature, his fairness to the individual, and his inclusion of snack vending machines in the halls between classes, he was beloved by his peers.
Inspired by his own work and success, he continued down this path as he entered law school and passed his classes with flying colors, showing signs of being an argumentative and political genius in his respective fields, rushing through his graduation at record speed in his goal of attaining his true goal in life. He wanted to be the president of the Earth.
He did not win. As he ran for his campaign every year, with each bit of growing support, he lost time and time again to people he considered liars and cheats. So dismayed by his failures, he ran for the simple office of Secretary of Domestic Defense and won, settled in his seat as a representative of his home of Central City. He stayed to himself and assisted his government for years, until his thirtieth birthday when he founded Jersey Enterprises, the soon-to-be leading development company in charge of repairs and construction of infrastructure after natural disasters and catastrophe. Cycling off of the profits of contracts with major Earth cities after small events and natural disasters, it wasn't until he began to receive small contracts to assist in construction on other planets that the business exploded in value and popularity, with their infamous option for 'mobile' homes in capsule form becoming a household name of luxury on Earth.
After all of his success in life, at the ripe age of fifty-five, Tux had a heart attack that nearly killed him. His body gave out on him when he needed it, and despite his massive size and rigorous physical training and health, his heart could not survive inside of his body. Being forced to made a hasty decision, the Earthling used his funds to construct his own version of an almost-perfected Infinite Energy Core and replaced his heart with the mechanism, giving him an endless heartbeat to keep him alive. Feeling the patriotism inside of him fueling his will to live, and now a mechanical bastardization of his original self, Tux felt the need to return to the streets and find himself as he came to terms with his lack of proper humanity once more. He would use the new time he was given to his advantage, and he would take the world by storm. All would remember the name of Tux Jersey, the Senator of Central City.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.

Utility Technique || Propaganda Machine
While not able to hypnotize or trick people, through his sheer level of charisma and pattern of speech, the Senator's words are extremely convincing to most people, to the point of causing many to believe most of what he says. While the most knowledgeable and sensible minded people can overcome this allure of his voice, the weaker willed find it hard to disagree with the man.
Utility Technique || Blind Allegiance
A product of his personal beliefs becoming far more powerful in his old age, his intensely strong patriotic love for the Earth has made his mind a fortress of unbeatable proportions. Physically incapable of being mind controlled or thrown into a state of confusion from this, he is immune to all forms of mental manipulation and control. The only available mental taps that can reach him are telepathic messages, which he permits to enter his mind.
