Him and Basil had much more in common than what he originally believed; he, too, also accepted augmentations to hone his strength. While Yakito's reason for it was perhaps way more different than the Saiyan's, the consequences sounded a bit similar: A sporadic loss of control accompanied with lapses in memory.
The foxling wanted to snap that person's neck right here and now, but he abstained himself from doing so, listening to his better judgment telling him that maybe Basil could get some answers from that twisted psychopath. Speaking of which, Yakito spared the Saiyan a glance, only to notice something that made his heart sink into his stomach: That telltale yellow glow permeating the air, a flicker heralding a transformation of legends.
Yakito tasted the full brunt of a Super Saiyan's power before - after all, it is Queen Zuqetta who left that scar creeping from the left corner of his lips to his cheek.
This was bad.
This was catastrophic.
Yakito acted quickly, emboldened by his survival instincts that caused his pupils to dilate again. The Earthling killed two birds with one stone by curling up and presenting his back to weather the dropkick whilst swiftly wrapping his arms around the man's neck to block the blood flow to his brain in an attempt to make him fall unconscious.
That was nothing more than a simple dropkick. Yet, it felt as if Yakito was struck by a tidal wave of knives striking his flesh simultaneously. His legs were now embedded knee-deep into the ground, the cracks surrounding them widening into a crater. With a deep growl not boding well, the foxling let go from the probably unconscious burden he was holding and lashed out at Basil with a leap of his own, aiming to clamp his bleeding jaw around the Saiyan's shoulder to puncture the skin and cause a hemorrhage.
Hopefully, it'd be enough to knock back some sense into the Saiyan.
