Awakening

From the very depths of the crater, indeed an individual emerged. But it was not simply any other individual, for she carried a tail along herself and her own figure while not nearly as bulky as many other Saiyans, resembled a toned body type. From the crater, she could only see so much, but the sky alone did not resemble Sadala in the slightest. Just wherever had she suddenly found herself? Her eyes grew larger and suddenly her head turned when she finally heard a voice, it was unfamiliar and strangely enough, she suddenly found herself on the verge of a laughter.

Just what was that dress?! It was... so weird. She had never seen anything like that before, but if anything Chiva knew that this stranger was a Saiyan, apparently.

"I am a Saiyan, yeah."

She said. Despite the fact that she was in such an uncommon scenario, and that she did not know this stranger in front of her, she looked quite sure of herself, with both arms folding under her chest. Who was this girl, and why was she dressed so overwhelmingly so?

"And I am not busting anything up. I woke up and it was already this way."

Chiva frowned, when she asked what unit she was from... well, she did not really know what she meant. She shook her head and just tilted, looking through and all the way into Zuqetta's eyes.

"What? What unit?"

Chiva had her reserves mostly about all of this. She could not see or recognize anything in the area, it all looked strangely unfamiliar to her. She was supposed to be on her homeworld, and yet there was just nothing her that felt like home. She sighed just shortly, unsure whatever the hell she was doing with that thing on her face and looked upon Zuqetta with a curious face.

"Off worlder? Are you implying I came from space? How? There is no spaceship here."

She said, whilst she looked behind her shoulders just to be sure. Indeed, there was about nothing here. Not a single trace of anything besides the crate that she was previously using as resting place. With one other glance, she was however surprised to see that a lady of Zuqetta's size would be a 'monarch'. She did not really recognize her to be that imposing, much like some of the clan leaders back home.

"You do not look like the part at all. Congrats."

She blinked, being yet one more Saiyan that was not really appreciated for how threatening she was supposed to look. But besides that, at this point she had no other choice but to tag along with this girl, see what else she could find out.

"Vegeta. That is a Saiyan name, but that is not the name of my world."

Her eyes however lightened up a little bit when Zuqetta mentioned Sadala and she just nodded.

"Yeah, just take me back there... no other place I would rather be right now than home."

She blinked silently at the younger figure. Whatever was she implying was of course lost on her, for the woman did not suffer a fight or some kind of injury at all, rather to her it felt like she had fallen asleep and had eventually found herself on another world, another time, perhaps a totally different dimension from where she used to be just a few minutes ago. So, of course the last thing in her mind was an assailant or possible loss by the hands of her opponent.

"I was not abandoned. I was running away from the apocalypse."

The warrior murmured, and instead continued to look over the area, taking a few steps away all the while Zuqetta simply continued to circle around her. Chiva did not feel too comfortable indeed, but that was not her fault or whatever, it was just her current state of being that simply led her to have her defenses up a little bit more than usual.

"I lived on Sadala. Our homeworld. Not this... dump."

She frowned and just kind of sighed to herself, obviously growing far more annoyed by whatever strange reality Zuqetta was offering her. She turned around and simply looked around once more, before her eyes fell upon the Queen.

"I am Chiva. I am not confused, it is just all too sudden. I was not here, like... ten minutes ago or something."

The Saiyan tried following Zuqetta with her eyes, whilst she circled her, her own energy, well it did feel strange. But it was not something that she could truly understand, in the end she felt pretty great right now, so she had nothing to say about that. She nodded, however, towards the Queen. Indeed she could manipulate energy, to some degree.

"Yeah. I can fly. No need to carry me."

She blinked pretty much when Zuqetta implied that Sadala was, like right here. On this world. No, it just made no sense. This place was nothing like what she remembered, whatever else she was talking about was definitely not HER Sadala.

"Wait. What kind of Sadala are you talking about?"

Chiva stopped to ask her, because obviously they could not be talking about the same thing. It would not be making any sense, at all. Especially then she began going off about something called Tuffles, but even then she just blinked and stared at her cluelessly.

"Tuffle? What is that? Do you eat that?"

The woman was pretty much ignorant in that regard, not unlike yet another Saiyan that over a few years ago had landed here, just as ignorant when it came to the knowledge regarding Plant. But... this was a little more difficult to digest, of course. She just looked away where she pointed towards, yet without a clue about what a Tuffle was supposed to be.

"Old Sadala? Why is it old to you?"

She blinked slowly, before eventually her eyes widened at the mention of a familiar name. Iluma... that was, indeed not surprising to hear, to her it had not been that long since he had last seen or heard of her, but in a world where so far everything felt different and hostile, at least Iluma could indeed be that someone she knew.

"Where is Iluma? I need to speak with her."

She frowned... even though she did not pretty much feel like she was the same age as Zuqetta at all, given she looked way younger, but nevertheless she just shook her head and folded her arms under her chest.

"Explain. Home, old home, new home, can you give me a full picture? I was born and raised on Sadala, and you are testing my patience right now."

She did not know who Lottus was, or this Hatchi stuff, so she did not entirely care about them at all, instead she was just growing frustrated with being fed so much info with very little exposure or context at all, she already felt like she had completely departed the living world that she used to know and now this, and that, and everything else that were things that she never heard of except for Iluma, indeed for her to get upset was simply natural.

"Besides... I am older than you."

And somehow she felt annoyed about having been compared to Zuqetta's evident youthfulness.

She looked back, straaaight back at her exactly. With features that were neither alerted or angered, simply unamused, as if she stared daggers into Zuqetta. How was she pretending to act like they were the same age? There was... an obvious gap or difference between the two, at least that was what she felt upon her own skin. She blinked slightly and just looked away.

"I dunno. Why is it even important to you? You are a Queen, right?"

Chiva began to ponder the idea exactly. There was apparently the notion that this was not Sadala, or well, at least they called it something else entirely. Plant. What a crude, silly name, without the slightest meaning to their culture. She did not know what a Tuffle was, but it was not like she really had something to go off by, it was some other kind of species.

"Right, right. They sound boring anyways."

Chiva frowned. By the way she described it, the planet was destroyed. Which, well, went just right as she remembered. Storms, tornados. She looked down briefly, so was that really what happened? Everything that she knew gone?

"Yeah. The earth split, red skies, all kinds of stuff."

She said to herself, not really answering her rather as if she tried to remember just what kind of apocalypse was going on at the time. At the time, for well, some time seemed to have passed, but not that she could tell just how many years. She looked back right towards her. Iluma, an old granny? What? She was about to say something, but whatever. She was not going to sound believable if she said that she was from Sadala anyway, so she found no further use in insisting.

"You definitely could not be from Sadala."

She said briefly, and looked back at Zuqetta when she asked how old she was. Again Chiva did not know why this was even a point of discussion, but at this point she also just kind of found it funny. It was better than just being desperate. Perhaps a measure of coping was picking on this stranger a little bit. She tilted her own head left and right.

"Uh. Judging from how you react, probably fourteen? I don't know. Why, how old are you?"

Really Chiva was just impressed.

She did not remember the way she was when she used to be Zuqetta's age but it was one hundred percent never this, uh, hard to find the right term. But well they were drastically different, much like other Saiyans that she was used to seeing at least in her tribe. Most other Saiyans were just as different but it was not like she was familiar with just ANY clan, after all, she hardly ever cared to concern herself with the troubles of others. She just wanted to live the quiet life for the most part.

"Are you... not already acting immaturely?"

Chiva blinked and just looked at her with a blank expression, no matter what she was not trying to purposefully pull her strings, rather she did not understand what she was so mad about. If somebody took her for a kid, she would not have cared, but she was also very uncaring of most people's opinion save for a few.

"Well, good for you. Still, it does not really help my case."

Alas, she could be as young or old as she wanted, the fact was that she was literally lost. Through both time and space, and a solution did not appear to be any closer now that she knew how old the current Saiyan Monarch was. She exhaled a little bit and then rose a brow when she asked to stop talking about mysteries and other weird stuff.

The notion of the planet being gone was hard to accept, but what truly stunned her was the possibility that there it had truly been a hundred years, which... well, of course it caused her to instinctively look at herself, her own hands. Soon her appendages stuck to her face, she began to feel herself, no, she did not spot any differences or wrinkles. She appeared fine.

This did not make sense. Did she somehow travel through time or something?

Soon she looked back at Zuqetta, but Chiva unlike most Saiyans lacked that warrior strength but she made up in intelligence for the most part, she was far more analytical than most in her tribe. If she was to carefully consider her options, trying to convince this Saiyan that she could potentially be from Sadala was basically a waste of time and she would not gain anything out of it except for a massive headache. So, rather, it was best just to try and cut it off, at least for now, while she could do the rest of the research on her own.

But she did mention Iluma, right. She was so focused on herself that she had nearly lost that part. Iluma was a familiar name, but given a hundred years had potentially passed, she did not even know if Zuqetta was talking about THAT Iluma.

"Just forget it. I meant nothing by it."

She dismissed the subject outright, much like she considered, she chose to just not pursue the subject at least with Zuqetta, however she saw a potential lead in Iluma.

"Say, this Iluma, you say she is that old? Where is she? If you know any of that, of course."
