Zuqetta gave a low hum, returning a smile to the twins as they arrived and each had questions. "First, make no mistake, I'll be winning this challenge the good old fashion way." she'd state firmly, giving a wink aimed towards Cilas before continuing on. Hearing Cilas mention being in the stands for the last challenge caused Zuqetta to groan a bit. "Bleh, I hope you don't remember TOO much from that day. I was hopin' no more than my name at most would be remembered, hehe and that maybe I could coast on my cuteness." she'd tease, "But I'll stop dragging this on and'll get straight to the point." she'd say, her demeanor taking on a more serious manner, her gaze sharpening on Cilas.

"What you said back there? That's exactly my intention; I've lost friends and family due to the way the nobles run things, especially when the King is away. I'm not here to garner your sympathy however, just to tell you my plans, plain and simple." she'd say firmly, "While our end goals may be different, our paths to those goals may align. I seek a future where our people have reclaimed Planet Sadala; one where we're seen as the powerful warriors that our ancestors were, and aren't merely equated to threats akin to beasts."

Zuqetta would cross her arms, hoping to be concise with her words to get her idea across without misunderstanding, something she often had trouble with. "While I come from noble blood, I barely know a lick about that side of my family. My father was a low class grunt who merely married into high society; he was a coward who sought to use his child as a replacement for himself in the previously ongoing war with the Tuffles. I escaped him, and lived in the Radditsu District, making friends and new family there. I couldn't care less about the nobility, but enough of the history lesson, I'll get to my point."

Whether they accepted what she'd say next would matter little, she was intent to win the throne the intended way through battle regardless. The fire in Cilas' words however made Zuqetta see him as a potential ally for the future; he didn't appear to be one who sought to make the warrior race docile, nor did he appear to be one with an unstable bloodlust wanting nothing more than to conquer and slaughter. He was balanced, and though it may have been too early to say, Zuqetta felt it was through individuals like him that the Kingdom would truly flourish; as all things however, it came down to a simple annoying detail...

"Time." she'd say firmly, "In order to change things, you need time. You can't just rush in headstrong, blast a few heads, and expect others to fall in line. You yourself are the perfect example of this." she'd begin to explain, "While my power my be massive, and may even instill fear in some, it doesn't in you. And there are many others like you. Once I've claimed the throne, I intend to dismantle the current caste system that relies so heavily on bloodlines, and wish to install a system where our people are one, divide not by blood, but by accomplishment and dedication. A "Meritocracy" as you put it-" she'd say, giving the twins a moment to ingest the information.

"-That said, if I ran in to claim the throne and used that as a platform, while I might have the support of some, fools bound to the old ways would surely rise up in rebellion, opposing me despite my strength just as you have. And so, I'll claim the throne the way tradition demands, and'll be forming a council so that the voice of the Saiyans can be heard. Be they warriors, engineers, farmers; perceived lowborn, highborn, or whatever, there voices will be heard." she'd state firmly, "Don't misunderstand however, I don't intend to create a democracy, such a thing would surely be corrupted in moments by the less savory amongst the nobility. While everyone will have the chance to speak their peace, it'll only be those willing to act, just as you have, that'll truly be able to make change."

She'd stand firm for some few moments, giving a sigh as she loosened up a bit after her little speech. A smile would once more return to her face before she'd again address the twins, this time in a much more pleasant tone.

"That said, there's a bit more to my plans than just that, but I don't wanna make this too wordy when we're supposed ta be fightin'!" she say with a laugh, "I just don't wanna do all this by myself, that's just plain stupid, look at what happened with our past leaders!? No, I'm not so prideful as ta say I don't need help. You've already met my sister out there, and the big ol' ball of super saiyan arrogance out there is a friend of mine too! As is uhh... the girl I blasted-" she'd say, feeling a bit uneasy mentioning Jagaimo, "-don't get the wrong idea! Jaggy's my friend, and she's fine... maybe, but even if someone else showed up ta fight me, I'd have taken them down too!"

She felt she was rambling, perhaps feeling nervous that Cilas wouldn't care for the explanation nor like the idea. She'd calm herself, clearing her throat before finishing her remarks. Her tone remained soft, though would be expectedly much more serious.

"I fought here before, and was plenty dishonest. There was much more going on behind the scenes than the spectators knew. So if you choose not to believe a word I say, I'll understand. Instead, I'll let my actions from the point of this challenge and onward speak on their own merits." she'd state as she looked at Cilas with a serious expression, "There's no subterfuge here; Jaggy may be my friend, but she made me promise here that I'd go all out here as I made my bid for the throne. As you saw out there, I did just that." she'd adjust her stance, holding her hand to the side as a light glitter of magic came to her palm, "Now, I've said all I intend to say here... but, if there's anything you feel like saying in response, I'll listen-" she'd say, materializing a rapier to her hand before giving one final soft, but mischievous smile, "-before I kick your butts of course."

Zuqetta would laugh at Celari's assessment; she wondered if it'd be too much to mention her thoughts on the matter, but would refrain. The twins were already leaping into action, and it was she herself who said she was done speaking after all. All that remained now, were actions-

The twins worked together, putting on full display the power and teamwork they'd accumulated over the years. The Oozaru's roar would certainly have been heard as it echoed throughout the arena and out the corridors. Zuqetta hoped it'd be enough to keep interlopers at bay, but considering how the arena flooded with spectators during her last challenge, it was only a matter of time before those brave enough began to arrive. she'd have to make things quick; first, focusing on the incredible fusion of ki heading her way.

Sword to her side, she'd reach out with her free hand, palm making contact with the massive blast. She'd wince, gritting her teeth as she felt the burn of the overwhelming energy; to any other, this would be a final attack, the last thing they saw before the end. For Zuqetta however, the difference in power was her saving grace; though she'd be pushed back, though her glove would begin to burn and disintegrate, she would power through. As impressive as the attack was, Zuqetta felt she could be just as impressive-

"Cilas, Celari!" she'd yell, hoping her voice would reach them through the raging blast, "You fight well!! We should play more sometime!!!"

Sparkles of light would come to her defending hand as she manifested her magic, controlling it far better than she'd done against Nasu. Twisting her wrist, the oncoming blast would spiral, before seemingly being accumulated and redirected. Zuqetta's aura would manifest in a brilliant golden display, overtaking the attack; the twins would be able to immediately see the shift in color, before the blast would suddenly be redirected at the larger of the two opponents, Celari.

Then, behind Cilas, "Hey there hot stuff~!"

Zuqetta wasn't finished yet; the moment the attack was redirected, she would kick off from the ground and past Cilas. She wouldn't toy around with the two, keeping her promise to Jagaimo, she'd act with precision, seeking to take out both twins at once if possible. Magical energy wrapped itself around her sword; not meant to enhance it, but to dull its blade. Without hesitation, Zuqetta would focus a flurry of strikes against the unguarded Cilas, seeking to incapacitate the young man.

At the end of her flurry, Cilas would be sent hurdling off, tumbling against the ground before lying flat. Zuqetta would to a stop, releasing a long breath as she undid the magic around her blade and cooled down. She'd straighten her posture, giving a quick swing of her sword to throw off any remnants of fresh blood that clung to it, before then turning her attention to both of the twins.

It seemed the sister was out cold, even her Oozaru form had been undone; Zuqetta smiled, glad that she cared about her brother so much that she'd use her large form to protect him. Cilas on the other hand hadn't yet checked out, something Zuqetta noticed as she heard his faint, defiant voice. Making her way over to him, she'd dispel her sword and her sword and crouch beside him, hugging her knees as she looked over his form.

"Heheh, even all beat up you still wanna have a go at me? You're pretty cute-!" she'd laugh, "I used magic on my sword, so I basically beat you up with a stick-" she'd tease, "-so at the very least, your vitals should be fine. I'm glad you can still speak though, I noticed ya didn't say much about the rest of my plan. Do ya always let your sister speak for ya when it comes ta complex stuff like that?" she'd ask, giving Cilas a mischievous grin as she brushed a bit of her golden hair back, tucking it behind her ear.

"Don't like the blonde hair and blue eyes?" she'd laugh, "I think it goes well with all the pink!" she'd continue, giving Cilas a soft smile; not wanting to overwhelm his sense with a looming power however, she'd undo her Super Saiyan form and return to normal. She'd stay crouched, nodding as she listened to his brief explanation, content enough with what she heard. "Glad ta hear it, when I leave I'll go announce my victory, and assuming no one else cares ta fight I guess I'll finish up with a brief little speech to announce the establishment of the Council." she'd remark, taking a moment to think of what Celari had mentioned before.

"I have no doubt the nobility will try to take control of if, placing people in positions across the council to attempt having their voice as the only voice. It might not be the best idea, but it's the best I could come up with ta make thing as fair as can be." she'd explain, reaching out and poking Cilas' cheek, "You and your sister are just gonna have ta be a part of it ta prevent any funny business!" she'd say with a sharp grin.

She'd finally rise, giving a stretch as she felt out the energies back in the throne room; Zerori and Zuci were likely still making a mess of the place. Hardly any other energies were approaching, so it seemed like there luckily wouldn't be a peanut gallery around to have seen what occurred here, or overheard anything said. Before stepping away, Zuqetta would look back to Celari, then to Cilas once more.

"I'm getting rid of the nobility." she'd say firmly, "I won't be some thug or thief and just take away what they have, but I'll put an end to the segregation of bloodlines. If the nobles want to keep what they have, then they'll have to work for it. If someone they once considered low class comes around ta take it through a challenge, then it'll just go to show how weak the current noble bloods are when they lose. That "low class" Saiyan will have my blessing." she'd state, with a serious tone before giving Cilas one last soft smile, "Welp, time ta go claim the throne! Or what's left of it at least~!" she'd chuckle, turning away and looking back towards Cilas from the side, "I'll send a medical team down ta pick the two of you up! Hehe, try not ta bleed out before then!" she'd finish with a wink as she made her way back towards the corridor to the throne room.
