BACKGROUND:
Strom, a young man that grew up around fellow Earthling martial artists, for his family were fighters of their own. None were notably powerful of course, but they were content with not their strengths. But their bonds as they embarked on a path of self-discovery and accepted what obstacle life had thrown their way. Strom had two younger siblings, both were sisters and both had eventually branched off from the usual path of life to become heroes sanctioned by the Earth’s government as part of the Planetary Defense.
It was new and dangerous, but Strom supported his younger siblings' decision as they set about making a name for themselves. Their family was split between supportive and worried; a sentiment that Strom shared equally. By the laws established by the Central City, Strom stayed to the side as the honorable citizen. There he took up odd jobs and eventually landed a technician job where he performs maintenance upon the starships that come and go through the Arcosian Spaceport. Between his ability to practically become invisible to ki sensory abilities and restraining his strength. Strom was overlooked by many as he took up an apprenticeship on Space Engineering.
On the side, Strom was still a fighter at heart as he often trained to cultivate his power and basically kept himself in shape. Since he believed that they were in a time of peace, and that his siblings wouldn’t be in much danger despite being part of the Planetary Defense. Strom kept the fighting to the minimum as he rarely involved himself in such conflicts to begin with. Putting his faith in the government of Earth, Strom might be occasionally spotted sparring against another fighter outside of city grounds. But nothing too serious that drew unwanted attention.
At least that’s how it should have been. One particular day, it was another ordinary day of work for Strom when he received word that one of his sisters was found murdered. Supposedly, she was investigating a suspected criminal that had forced their way onto Earth. The family was devastated, and while the enforcement was frantically searching for the murderer. There was no one to be found. Strom felt like a part of him died that night, and in the conclusion that no one could find the murderer. He felt that the system that he had placed his trust in had ultimately failed him. Now he’s caught in the maelstrom of emotions as he pondered whether he should let it go unanswered, or to take justice into his own hands.

Sparking Heavy Attack || Ultima (13 TP)
The user raises their hand over their heads to gather a large pool of ki into a singular mass of dark purple/cyan blue swirling energy. With a tossing motion, the user throws this destructive ball of ki towards the target. The sheer destructive power can be felt around the user as multiple smaller and less potent destructive balls scatter towards specific targets as the user controls the ki to avoid certain people of their choice.

Utility Technique || Flight
By some means, usually through a skillful application of your ki, you are able to fly through the air.
Utility Technique || Ki Sensing
A technique that allows you to sense, measure, and differentiate the ki signatures of ki attacks and all living beings without the Anti-Sense trait. Higher ki signatures are easier to sense and can be sensed at greater distances than lower ones. This technique is passive and does not use KP.
Support Technique || Max Power
You may activate Max Power at the very start of your post, increasing the power of all of your techniques by +10% while active. This will drain Momentum at a cost of -1 MP per post at the beginning of your post and prevents you from gaining MP naturally, using evasive or escape techs, blocking escapes, and intercepting attacks meant for others. You can only turn it off at the end of a post, at the end your second post after activation at the earliest. You will still consume MP and not regain any MP on the post you turned it off on. If you run out of MP, you lose Max Power's effects at the end of your post and cannot gain any MP on your next turn.
