Dr Crow 5'5ft // Mechacong 6'0ft and 300lbs
BACKGROUND: Yangcong's body was never recovered that day. The day he and Amara died. Dr. Crow, a crazed fanatic who worshipped Yangcong and his radical crimes, stumbled across it deep in the ruined metropolis. Unable to return the body to life after years of experimentation he did something different. The man may have been killed but his ideas were not: and by turning the corpse of Yangcong into an Android, he could spread those ideas once again. This new false Yangcong only had fragments of his former memory. The rest were implanted by Dr Crow, who relied on embellished stories and legend to make Yangcong seem even greater.

TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an slots. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.
